I hired Nathan to handle my case when I was wrongly accused of a first degree felony. This was the best decision I ever made. I was terrified because I had not even had a speeding ticket in years, had never been charged with a crime, and was facing 99 years in prison for a crime I did not commit, but Nathan was very reassuring. When I went for the first court hearing and checked in with the court clerk, I said that Nathan was representing me. All of a sudden everyone - the clerk, the DA, and the judge - perked up a little and seemed noticeably nicer to me. To me, it looked like they all knew and respected him. When the clerk called my case, the judge told me to just stay in my seat while he, Nathan, and the DA talked privately. The next thing I know, the judge called me up to the bench and told me he did not find probable cause for my arrest, my bond was terminated, and I was free to go! The DA dismissed the charge the same day. It was the weirdest experience, but am I glad I trusted Nathan!
Nathan definitely knows the law backwards and forwards and works really hard for his clients. I am really grateful that I found him because he believed me and diligently defended me. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer - you need an attorney like Nathan in your corner.

Attorney Nathan Hennigan came highly recommended to my family, and we are so glad we contacted him. We did a phone consultation & face to face with Attorney Nathan, and we felt very comfortable talking to him, he has excellent communication skills, and we worked out a payment schedule and we hired him. We discussed our case with Attorney Nathan, and he discussed what he thought best/worst scenario could happen in court. Attorney Hennigan helped us get bail when we thought none would be offered to us, and then in court we were offered a Motion to dismiss all charges (which is nowhere close to what we thought would/could happen). We thank God for working thru Attorney Hennigan to get us this great results. We are very pleased with Nathan, as our Attorney, his knowledge, professionalism, promptness, communication, and people skills can't be beat. We do not live in Houston, TX, but Attorney Nathan kept in touch with us as needed even on a weekend. We will forever be grateful for his services. Late 2015 I hired Mr. Robinson as my business attorney. Attorneys are not favorite but Tim seems to care more about "helping" people than the money they pay, which is very rare this day and age. Doing the right thing has its rewards. That is why Tim Robinson is going to continue to be successful.

Tim is an amazing atttorney. We hired him to help a friend who had been coerced into pleading guilty out of fear and lack of understanding, to an felony offense that he didn't commit. Tim was passionate, determined, committed. He planned for every possible outcome with thoroughness, never leaving anything to chance. Consequently he preempted every move made by the prosecution. He was approachable and supportive throughout without over-promising at any stage. He also gave us a clear understanding of the costs we would incur up front and in fact because we eventually did not have to go to trial, we did not end up paying the full amount. He never nickel and dimed us with hourly charges or administrative fees. It was a simple payment structure that was easily understood and we felt incredibly fair for the amount of effort he put into the case. I used Mr. Gabriel Ogueri as my attorney on my Immigration case. I have since referred him many clients, he is an excellent attorney. I was actually referred to him after having hired an attorney from Cameroon and the secretary there referred me to him after I explained to her what a nightmare Ms. Ndoko (my former attorney) had made of my case. The secretary told me he was a very good attorney and that he would help me sort my situation out. Well she was not lying unlike my previous attorney he returned any and every call I ever made to him. He kept me informed of everything going on with my case. I am still his client and I will be forever grateful for the referral, I have found the attorney to suit all my legal needs. Mr. Ogueri handles Criminal, Immigration, Car Accident and Civil cases. The only word needed to describe his service and work is "EXCELLENT".

Don't let his mild manor fool you, put him in a court room and he will fight a relentless battle for the truth. We hired him to fight a bogus restraining order filed by my fiance's EX GIRLFRIEND to keep him from visitaions with his children. Not only did we leave the courtroom with the children but after only her testimony & cross examination the judge stopped all further testimony and met in chambers with the children, ending almost immediately with us retaining the children and the Ex owing court ordered expenses... I hired John in August 2016 for my divorce after having retained another attorney from this site in March 2016 for my divorce case. John was referred to me by an attorney at work. On our initial consultation I was looking to switch attorneys because of having a simple divorce case with a irregular retirement division which my first attorney made very complicated. John was presented with the same information I provided to the first attorney and he understood what I was wanting to achieve right away. He gave me three possible solutions with the pros and cons and advised as to my request not the norm. John said I was being very generous, but knew my intent was to do the right thing. We only met the one time and as of 11-4-16 I am divorced and was the result we wanted from the beginning with decree and a retirement QDRO.
I would highly recommend John and will be referring him when people ask. I think a personal reference is the best review source to find an attorney to meet you need.

Troy helped me out of a situation where the State kept saying they were waiting on my blood test and that the test was lost. As long as my blood test was "missing" I was to stay sentenced as accused. He would have had the case dismissed if he could have, but he knew the Judge was not going to allow that without having had me spend more months in jail away from my family. So he helped me to get a plea bargain that would allow me to use time served. Thank you Sir.

Sheri and I just finished a 2 and half year divorce custody battle. She was a straight bulldog. She's had my back since day 1 and I can honestly say that the relationship between us was more than great. The way we talked and communicated was perfect and relaxing in a very stressful situation. I was referred to Charles Thompson to represent me in court after my arrest in West University, Houston, TX. My court date came much more quickly than I had expected, so I called him the day before I was expected in court, and he began representing me. He was not pushy, but quickly and fully informed me of the levity of my situation. His retainer was more reasonable than other quotes I received. He helped me build a positive defense from day 1. He was also familiar with the court of West University and several prosecuting attorneys, so he confidently explained the process that he would go through in trying to resolve my case. I checked in with him once per week while attending college out of state. He inquired with West U and its attorneys about my case, view dashboard camera footage, and communicated all findings to me. A few months later, my case was dismissed and I never had to return to Houston or personally appear in court.

Mr. McDaniel was an excellent choice to handle my daughter’s speeding ticket. The situation was overwhelming (multiple violations plus no proof of insurance). Mr. McDaniel was highly engaged with us throughout the entire process. He showed a willingness to have every detail taken care of, sharing information with us along the way. He went out of his way to have conversations with the prosecutor, the judge and even the court clerks. He made sure we were informed and making the right choices to result in the best possible outcome. Matt is a great lawyer, in my opinion. While I was in jail he came to visit on a regular basis an said he did so because "bad news is better than no news", he said. He is a person just like everyone else an does not treat anyone different nor does he judge them. Matt is also prompt in getting back to you as soon as he is able to, be it a returned phone call, to answer questions, or provide you with anything that you need to be aware of. As a teenager, our daughter, as do many children of that age, made some poor choices. She was hanging with the wrong crowd and ended up drinking which lead to the involvement of law enforcement. We contacted Amanda Erwin and discussed the case. We immediately felt that she showed true compassion and understanding for our daughter's situation. We were very confident that her advice was in the best interest of our daughter. We scheduled an appointment to meet with Amanda and her husband, Josh. They were both wonderful! In 2004, I was charged with Aggravated Assault after I fought off an attacker at a public pool. I was charged with such a harsh crime because I'm a professional fighter. I was originally seated with a public defender who did NOT care about what the truth was. After nearly 3 years of back and forth preliminary hearings, and postponements, in 2007, I asked for a different lawyer. They gave me Mr. Smith, and then gave him only ONE month to prepare for a case that the prosecutor had nearly 3 years to build against me. We went to jury trial. I had 5 witnesses against me, and only myself as a defense. The jury was comprised of 11 white people, and only ONE black woman (I am a black man, the "victim" was a white man). To say the least, I was terrified. After only 45 minutes of deliberation, which is usually a bad sign, they came back with a verdict of NOT guilty because it was deemed as self defense. Due to Mr. Smith's ability to fully ensconce himself into my case with such a short notice, listen to me as the client, and his skills cross examining several witnesses who were lying, I am a free man today...the most incredible part is he was acting as a public defender for me at the time, which are notorious for NOT caring because they're not getting full pay. I would more than recommend Mr. Smith to anyone facing any court case.

'When I retained Kasey Doggett to represent me, he provided a clear and detailed scope of services that he would provide for his stated fee, along with a list of some potentially necessary services which would entail additional costs. My case began just prior to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and he brought it to resolution in the court by May of 2021. There were no terms in our agreement with regard to the effect of the pandemic on the case pertaining to costs or timeline. While there may have been some some extension of the case duration caused by the pandemic, I found it understandable and acceptable, and I incurred no additional costs due to it. Kasey clearly explained every step to be taken during the proceedings. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and I feel that Mr. Doggett works with high ethical standards. I would not hesitate to retain him again should the need arise and very much recommend his service. He is a credit to his profession.

Attorney Loretta Keller, is hands down the VERY best, most professional, efficient, effective & let’s not forget to mention, an absolute BOSS in the courtroom & outside of it. In 2016-2017 Loretta helped me fight to get my children back. The TX CPS Office we were dealing with, switched me to a different case worker- who did nothing but LIE & didnall she could to try and destroy my relationship with my children, get my rights terminated, & who wouldn’t allow me more than 2 supervised visitations a month (while I was in OK). Oh yeah, the most important part is that my children & I only lived in TX for less than 31 days- My children were with me in OK- & in no way shape or form in any danger, let alone Imminent Danger, the police proved that to the 1st case worker & ‘she didn’t believe them’ - & thus illegally custody of my children was taken & they placed them with toxic & substance abusing extended family. My aunt knew the original case worker (the one she called to get a case going, due to finding out we were moving back to OK) to remove us from the toxic, unhealthy situation & upon a judge signing the warrant to take my babies, that 1st Case Worker excused herself immediately- I’m assuming she did this so not to get caught fabricating a CPS Case for a “friend” & my children were therefore illegally seized. Loretta had her work cut out for her- My extended family is extremely narcissistic, my past is ugly, & the CPS office we were dealing with were obviously, & ‘Allegedly’ acting corruptly. She fought & pushed, & won my case 4 days before it would have gone to trial. If you ever have family problems concerning your children- you NEED & WANT Loretta Keller representing you. She does not mess around, and you better be ready to do WHATEVER she tells you. Trust her, it’s in your best interest & she is an Attorney with real morals. That is near impossible to find anymore.
