I have had Mr.Shultz as my attorney on my case for about 3-4 years. I first hired an attorney and paid a ridiculous amount signed for deferred probation. Each time I was revokated Mr.Shultz was my appointed attorney and I was in disbelief about how much he cared and invested into my case. I cannot say enough great things about him. He also is the attorney that fights for what you want and just doesn't try to have you sign for time quickly so he can move onto another case.

This true gentleman is extremely good at what he does. Mr. Schultz takes his job and an individual's case very seriously. As someone who unfortunately, has one of "those" family members who can't keep themselves out of trouble, this attorney is not only there for the client, he is there for the client's family. He understands the difficult obstacles that a client may face and doesn't sugar coat things . Instead, he puts forth sincere effort in getting things in favor of his clients in a fair and just manner . Mr. Schultz explains legal procedure in language that I can understand, and I could tell from the first opportunity of speaking with him that he is very experienced . If ever, I personally need representation, then Mr. Schultz will be the one that I will make a bee line to. Truly, he is a rarity in a field that I have always viewed with a skeptical and critical eye. All I say is true and I do not benefit from anything I'm saying. I'm not even going to tell him about this review. Also, I am not a paid spokesman;)

I've always known Mr. Ismail as Shawn, so that's how I'm going to refer to him. Shawn is professional and ethical (I know - a lawyer... crazy, right?? - lol). Shawn started as my lawyer in my divorce case that began about four years ago and he has been my lawyer through the initial divorce, a reconciliation with my ex, and the more recent divorce petition and subsequent (and very messy) custody battle. He has always given sound legal advice, told me the truth even when I didn't want to hear it, and clearly explained every step of the process in layman's terms. He's a great litigator. His line of questioning when I took the stand was always clear and concise and led to a great point. He fought for my young daughter as if she were one of his own. He wore hot pink accents on his tie and handkerchief during trial because, as he said, "I'm fighting for a little girl today." He even called me on the phone later on in the evening on the day that our trial ended just to check in and see how I was doing. I could never thank him enough. And if I ever need a lawyer for anything else (which hopefully I won't!), I would be calling Mr. Shawn Ismail.

Mr. Spears represented me for a very messy, ugly, and drawn out seperation/child custody dispute.
He was very honest and up front of his perception of the case and my chances of custody. He gave invaluable advice and reccomendations that proved to be the difference between me recieving primary custody or just visitations with my children. Mr. Spears always made clear his fees and charges for representation and kept me up to date with monthly statements clearly itemized with time spent on my case.He always made the most efficent use of our time together and never "racked up hours". Mr. Spears seems well connected and very well liked when at the courthouse, in hearings, and interacting with judicicial staff.He is a very experienced, methodical, and articulate litigator. His skills in negotiation, mediation, and thinking outside the box are truly a rarity. Mr. Spears was always candid and responsive to issues that arose. Communication was always open with phone calls and emails being returned in a very timely manner. I could go on and on of what a great attorney he is but to to simplify it : When you need an attorney ecspecially in cases of child custody, you don't want to take a chance with a sub par clock watcher who never takes a genuine interest in the well being of your children. Mr Spears is the most persuasive, assertive, competent, and one of the most genuinely decent men I have ever met. I would and do reccomend him to all my family and friends and would most certainly retain his services again in the future without question.

I was introduced to this attorney during the middle of an ongoing criminal case that was heading in the worst imaginable direction possible. Once I hired this attorney, he took the time to explain the legal aspect of my case and broke down everything to where I was able to understand. Mr. Ezeoke kept me fully updated throughout my entire case. At the time Mr. Ezeoke took my case, I was facing 5 years of federal prison time. Needless to say, I am here writing this review from the comfort of my own home. Mr. Ezeoke had my case dismissed and all charges dropped. He made the impossible look so easy. He was unafraid of the unjust court system and fought for my case as if it were something personal to him.

Once I brought my case to atty. Alphonsus Ezeoke, I knew right then I had chosen the right person to help with my criminal case. This attorney took the time to explain to me the details of my case, which most attorneys have failed to do. He allowed me to work as apart of my case so I would understand all legal aspects dealing with my case. This attorney saved my life, I went from a possible 5 year sentence to all charges dropped. Mr. Ezeoke did not accept any other answer from the Courthouse, because he believed in me.

Tonya took care of my minor son's felony possession case. This was of course a very trying time for us. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable. My son had a record of mischief and the DA was looking to make an example of him. Tonya got him differed. The judge at the time seemed appalled that the DA had been arm wrestled down to such a weak position. My son’s probation is over now and Tonya agreed to help with the paper work to get his record expunged. What a relief to know my son has the opportunity to put his youth behind him and start with a clean slate. Thank you Tonya!!!!!

Never having to navigate the legal system before and in need of an Attorney, I asked friends for recommendations which led me to other Attorneys and a Judge. I received my first DUI in July. I had previously never done anything wrong in my entire life. I was terrified. I was having trouble eating and sleeping. I slipped into depression. Mr. Huffman helped bring me out of all of that. He was present at all of my court hearings and was a generally nice person. He made me feel respected and helped me to receive a Pretrial Diversion. Mr Gluckman came highly recommended to me by a friend. On multiple occasions, Mr Gluckman has worked hard to make sure that the consequences for my bad decisions were little to nothing. I rarely provide excellent reviews for anyone because it means I have to put my signature behind that person and be able to stand firm on my position regarding them: that's hard to do with most people in today's society.
However, I immediately stood firm on my support regarding Mr. Willhelm because I have known him for almost five years now, and I have seen his professionalism, excellent and very caring representation of his clients, his stature as a Christ-centered man who cares deeply for "family", and he surrounds himself as well, with fellow professionals who display the same sense of honor, justice, and integrity. One simply has to take all of these attributes, observe his actions both in and out of the courtroom, and it is very clear that the Court NEEDS a Judge of his caliber.
Legal decisions will always have an impact on others throughout this community, because all rulings (whether it be a case you think is meaningless or not) have a role in setting a precedence... ALL rulings... We wouldn't have penal codes had it not been for rulings which began a process to make a difference. We must ensure that those who practice the law understand that they, along with their actions, make a difference... Mr. Willhelm understands this and strives to ensure his practice and his actions, make a JUST difference.
One thing I am confident about saying is this: regardless of the decisions made in what would be "Judge Willhelm's Court", you could at least leave his courtroom knowing that an honest, fair, impartial, experienced, honorable, and JUST person sat on that "bench"... No underhanded envelopes with coin being slid under his door, no "I could care less because it's not MY family suffering"... Because he doesn't operate that way.
Having Mr. Willhelm as an attorney made an extremely difficult crisis for me and my family, bearable... And during the very hard times I have always said to myself what he told me years ago which was, "You WILL get through this"... He cares about his clients, their families, and providing JUSTICE for those who need it... And I will stand behind these words any day!

My minor son had 3 separate criminal charges pending in Denton at the same time. Ryan was able to negotiate a plea that dropped all charges except the least serious one, and got him probation on that one. When my son reoffended and had a probation revocation hearing, Ryan got the jail time reduced from 6 months to only 20 days, with credit for each arrest date. Ryan once worked as a prosecutor in Denton, so he knows the ropes and knows the prosecutors. He works well with them, but he is prepared to go to trial if he can't get a good enough deal.
