Dalton Law firm saved my life. I didn't know what to think when I was accused of things I thought unimaginable. But Nicole and her team stuck with me to the end and never let me feel alone. She never treated me different and was always kind and sweet to my wife and kids. She was understanding and defended me to the end in an broken legal system. And brought hope and positive results to a case that seemed unwinnable. For that she will always be my goto for help and legal advice when things look dark. My family and i are rebuilding our life since being represented by her firm. Hope and a bright future has become achievable.
The legal system is flawed and warped. Sometimes carelessness is all that is required to fall victim to it, when this happens you really want someone with knowledge and perseverance to represent you. Daltons team believed in me and my innocence and never gave up on that belief. Which is why I am able to write this review for you all today. Don't give up, I recommend you give them a call if you need help.

Matt. Is an extremely personable, positive and smart lawyer. He. Always made me feel like I was important, worthy of his time and treated me like I was #1 , even though I'm sure he had other very important cases to work on as well. He was so good for my self - esteem and self- worth as I had been in isolated from my for several months ( no contact). He could tell I needed a moral booster to lift myself to focus and concentrate; so we could go stragiize on moving forward. He gave me export opinion and advice but let me. Ultimately take the path I wanted too. I could tell he would be the best lawyer from my first phone call. I think it was on a weekend evening and at least a full hour of free advice. Other lawyers that I called admonished me for my crimes, ridiculed scoffed,,belittled me and talked to me as if I were a bad small child. I was very surprised and they were high profile attorneys that have work in the community. With Matt. So , I would say Matt treats his clients like they are people, worthy of being presumed innocent and worthy of professional help/advice.
He values your time as much as his own. He actually delivered paperwork to me because of covid; . Meetiing me at nearby locations so I would not have to take public transportation. Getting paperwork faxed to me immediately. Always extremely focused, personable and at ease deliverance.m He would call immediately, astonishingly within 2 seconds ! Took away the self doubt and made me feel from beginning to end to stay strong and positive. He is a very smart , astute person and I feel he treats every client equally. He treats individuals like they are welcomed, not like they are criminals. He makes you feel like he has your back and then puts the trust back into your going forward. This was our 1st time looking for criminal defense attorney for our young son. We had interviewed approx. 5 other lawyers and were trying to make the best decision possible. When we sat down with Mr. Walker, he asked how we were doing prior to jumping into the legal stuff. This was the 1st Law Firm/Lawyer to ask about us personally during this extremely difficult legal situation. From that moment on, we knew Brian Walker was the Lawyer for us!

Attorney Sean Downs represented me in one of the most difficult cases to win , a 6164 petition for re sentencing which is reviewed by the prosecutors office and either granted or denied by them. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, diligent, professional and always responded to me in a timely manner. Mr. Downs actually cares about his clients and goes above and beyond for them. My grandson was issued an undeserved traffic ticket so we called the law office of Grecce Downs. We spoke with Sean Downs, explained our situation and sent him a copy of the ticket. Sean contacted us within several and stated he felt he could help us. We got the good news today that the court agreed with his argument and dismissed the citation. Sean represented my grandson and kept a serious charge from going on his young driving record. If the need ever arises we will not hesitate to call. Robert Russell and his office were spectacular. I would hands down hire him again and highly recommend his office. He thoroughly outlined the process and what was to be expected. He is a straight shooter, to the point, and very professional. He is a great communicator and listener. He called me on time for every phone call we had scheduled, he was prompt in responding to my emails. I hired Ms. Townsend for a child custody case. In the beginning I was going to court without a lawyer, just me and my Mom. It felt like no one was listening to me and thought I would lose my son. My Mom was able to find a lawyer for me that didn't ask for $1000 of dollars before talking to me. She listened to me and I knew I hired the right lawyer. She stuck with me to the end making going to court so much easier. I could always talk to her. I won the custody case because of Josephine Townsend. Ms. Townsend is dedicated to her clients. She kicks injustice in the butt.

Josie was the best, definitely made the right choice to hire her for my mom!!!! We were highly recommended to do a consultation with her by another lawyer and it was the best decision made. We talked to plenty of other lawyers and seemed like they didn’t want to help and just take our money but when we went to see Josie she actually took the time to listen to what we had to say and was very patience with us. Josie was very straight forward and was very honest. Josie was actually wanting to help us and told us exactly what it was and what we could expect out of our case. She responds quickly to emails and text messages and even when she was in court she would let me know she would get back to me as soon as she was done so it made everything easier. Jack Green was the attorney we needed to get us out of a jam. He would respond to our calls quickly and got our questions answered. He was never afraid to put his foot down and defend us. I got a DUI in September 2019. It was a very stressful situation. Prior to hiring Mr. Green, I was recommended to go consult with a different law office. I hired them and explained to them that I had a DUI 13 years ago, and this would be the 2nd time. They reassured me that it was far back that it won’t count against me. We went to our 1st court appearance, and come to find out, the prosecutor counted this as a second offense, and my attorney was clueless about the change in the law. I was offered jail time, work crew, DUI charge, and fines. I was terrified. Weeks passed and the attorney kept saying that he was building rapport with the prosecutor. He started negotiating my deal prior to receiving discovery evidence. He then told me that the prosecutor is offering me pretty much the same deal that was offered at the 1st hearing and that he thinks it’s a good deal. He also suggested that I wait until the last court date and that sometimes they have better offers waiting . In other words the prosecutor did not want to make deals, especially on second offense. I did not want to leave anything to chance.I let my attorney know that I was done and wanted to change counsel. He gave me a partial refund and recommended another law office, and then asked me if I had already found counsel. I mentioned that I was thinking about hiring Mr. Green, and he advised that I go see a different firm that only did DUI’s. Trust me, speciality does not mean good service, it’s like wholesale, they get you in and out with mediocre results. I lived it. Enough about that. The best thing I did is hire Mr. Jack Green. From the moment we started talking, I felt the confidence he had. He interviewed me thoroughly, he laid out a step by step game plan. he requested every peace of evidence that could made available, to include the cam footage from the officer, and to interview the officer who pulled me over. He was also very upfront about the difficulty of my case being a second offense, and that the prosecutor was not interested in making deals on second offenses period. That did not discourage him. He asked to be positive and let him do what he is best at. He kept digging until he found a violation in the cam footage from the officer. It looked like the officer had his hand slightly inside my vehicle cabin wish turned out to be a violation. He got the prosecutor to reduce the DUI to a wreck less driving, no jail time, and 2 days community service.
It was a sigh of relief. I am 100% certain that if I had not made the change of counsel, the charge would off ruined my life and cost me my job. I am very grateful. I also really appreciate his office staff, who been with him for many years and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are ever in trouble from a DUI, or any lawful matter, And you want results call Jack Green, he will leave no stone unturned to get you results.

Mr. Bogar was the attorney for the defendant charged with Assault 2. I was the victim who filed charges. At the trial his cross examination was very tough on me. His client was guilty but that did not stop him from using every tactic he could. Fortunately for me, the evidence was overwhelming and the jury found the defendant guilty. However, Mr. Bogar was impressive. Even though he was representing the other side in a no win scenario, he was very professional and intelligent. If I ever end up needing a great attorney, Mr. Bogar is at the top of my list. He is very effective and commands respect from the prosecution side. His reputation is excellent.
