There’s saying I remember from my childhood, “be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let it your request be made known to God”. I found myself in a precarious situation that required law services which also required patience. A friend gave me Mr. Lee’s information and I proceeded to contact him. We discussed my situation and realized the gravity of the issues before me. He clearly explained each issue in laymen’s terms and let me understand that the process will take time. Mr. Lee was through and meticulous. Mr. Lee had the ability to keep me engaged in the process and kept me focused on important matters.
The process took a year to complete, but it culminated in a successful litigation, having my charges dropped. The character, deportment, and professionalism of Mr. Lee was exemplary. I’m truly grateful for his services and give Mr. Lee my highest recommendation.

I have retained the Law Firm twice. I was being sued by the county in civic court over a rare firearm violation. Mr. McAleer was trustworthy, professional, and responsible. The final lawsuit judgment was very satisfactory to me. I was here reviewing my current lawyer, and thought “why not leave my first lawyer a review”?
Nick got me everything I needed in my initial divorce petition and temporary orders. Even majority custody of my children due to DV which was amazing.
His downfall - Not wanting/ability to withstand a long holding case. *Important for people in my DV similar circumstance*
Once my temporary divorce orders passed, he did not want to continue the case because in his words allegedly over a phone call “If your ex is the abuser you claim him to be and his family has money, I’d feel guilty taking any more money from you because your ex will not relent”. - which is valid, but not comital.
Detrimental to anyone experiencing relentless Domestic Violence.
Note: He DID cover a extra hearing he wasn’t required to under our contract. - This leaves me believing there was a miscommunication between expertise and compensation. I didn't understand that at the time. I wish he was more transparent. He could’ve billed me and I’d have paid him.
Then over a phone call told me it’d cost be $15,000.00 upfront to deal with someone like my ex husband. That was saddening.
Where did that leave me? Having to find another attorney to learn my details. Finding another attorney who understood that amount was unrealistic (for myself) upfront.
He was also hesitant in believing my domestic violence claims. Which is already hard as a survivor and not something you need extra from your lawyer.
Nick did get confused on travel dates I had (I mentioned to him at least 3 times) which caused me to have to purchase extra tickets to return for a child exchange. He blamed me for not reminding him prior to the hearing - but he knew I had mentioned it in general. He generously offered to pay for return tickets acknowledging it was his mistake. This was extra gracious of him.
But if you’re needing a long-standing attorney - who isn’t just in it for the wam and bam, this might make practice questionable. Only leaving my open opinion here for those in a situation similar to mine and looking for long-standing representation.
He did amazing law wise is good hearted. But maybe not so much for my extensive needs and being transparent. Which is critical in a relentless DV case like mine. Now I’m happily continuously paying a different attorney. No billing confusion and they’ve learned my details since the beginning of my case. Like everything in life trial and error - not all (people) attorneys are for everyone and that’s totally okay. Nick was great but it didn’t match

As mentioned by others on this site, it is impressive to watch him in action as he represents you in court. One gets the distinct impression that he has earned the utmost respect from his peers and colleagues in the courtroom from years of distinguished service and an impeccable track record. He’s done his homework, and he presents his arguments in a concise, intelligent, and articulate manner.
The fees for his services are very reasonable, but that should be a lesser consideration in your decision to hire him because he gets results.
Many years ago, I had a life-altering disposition that resulted in a considerable loss of my freedoms. Over the years, Mr. Muenster has adeptly secured provisions; privileges that most people take for granted that were lost as a result of my disposition. One such privilege was my right to vote. On this occasion, Mark convinced me that I could accomplish this “Pro se.” He was very gracious in making time for me on two separate occasions to answer my questions, and did so “pro bono.” With his invaluable expertise, I was granted a Certificate of Discharge by the judge.
Since then, I have presented Mr. Muenster with increasingly more difficult challenges with respect to what I was requesting from the court and he has masterfully delivered on every one of them.
I apologize to any readers or prospective clients who may be annoyed with my lack of specificity regarding the aforementioned “privileges and provisions” (by excluding details of my legal petitions as a matter of privacy), but trust me when I say that I have spoken with, and have been represented by, my share of attorneys from the beginning, until meeting Mark Muenster. Ever since the first time he represented me, I will not consider hiring a different attorney. I regret that fate had not delivered me to his doorstep sooner; I strongly believe my felony disposition would have been much different, or not at all.. I hired Ms. Townsend for a child custody case. In the beginning I was going to court without a lawyer, just me and my Mom. It felt like no one was listening to me and thought I would lose my son. My Mom was able to find a lawyer for me that didn't ask for $1000 of dollars before talking to me. She listened to me and I knew I hired the right lawyer. Jack Green was the attorney we needed to get us out of a jam. He would respond to our calls quickly and got our questions answered. He was never afraid to put his foot down and defend us. I got a DUI in September 2019. It was a very stressful situation. Prior to hiring Mr. Green, I was recommended to go consult with a different law office. I hired them and explained to them that I had a DUI 13 years ago, and this would be the 2nd time. They reassured me that it was far back that it won’t count against me. We went to our 1st court appearance, and come to find out, the prosecutor counted this as a second offense, and my attorney was clueless about the change in the law. I was offered jail time, work crew, DUI charge, and fines. I was terrified. Weeks passed and the attorney kept saying that he was building rapport with the prosecutor. He started negotiating my deal prior to receiving discovery evidence. He then told me that the prosecutor is offering me pretty much the same deal that was offered at the 1st hearing and that he thinks it’s a good deal. He also suggested that I wait until the last court date and that sometimes they have better offers waiting . In other words the prosecutor did not want to make deals, especially on second offense. I did not want to leave anything to chance.I let my attorney know that I was done and wanted to change counsel. He gave me a partial refund and recommended another law office, and then asked me if I had already found counsel. I mentioned that I was thinking about hiring Mr. Green, and he advised that I go see a different firm that only did DUI’s. Trust me, speciality does not mean good service, it’s like wholesale, they get you in and out with mediocre results. I lived it. Enough about that. The best thing I did is hire Mr. Jack Green. From the moment we started talking, I felt the confidence he had. He interviewed me thoroughly, he laid out a step by step game plan. he requested every peace of evidence that could made available, to include the cam footage from the officer, and to interview the officer who pulled me over. He was also very upfront about the difficulty of my case being a second offense, and that the prosecutor was not interested in making deals on second offenses period. That did not discourage him. He asked to be positive and let him do what he is best at. He kept digging until he found a violation in the cam footage from the officer. It looked like the officer had his hand slightly inside my vehicle cabin wish turned out to be a violation. He got the prosecutor to reduce the DUI to a wreck less driving, no jail time, and 2 days community service.
It was a sigh of relief. I am 100% certain that if I had not made the change of counsel, the charge would off ruined my life and cost me my job. I am very grateful. I also really appreciate his office staff, who been with him for many years and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
