So, I have been fb friends or followed Mr Russell for a couple years now & knew when I was ready for bankruptcy he would be the first place I went. He offers a free consultation, & during mine he was so nice & straight forward, explaining everything to me in a way I could understand but did not make me feel dumb lol. I was nervous & left out a pretty big detail (the amount of my debt) & said it was wayyy less than it was (I actually only said the amount of one of my debts) & he told me it would cost more to pay him than for me to pay that debt, & I was like ok & said the total of all my debt, & he looks at me & laughs & was like wait, that's all your debt & not this? Well, that is a different story.. We both laughed at my blonde moment & I knew right there he was my kinda guy haha.. I retained him that day & we got to work, everyone in the office I had any interaction with was great! Shout out to Brandin, super cool & made me feel comfortable & welcome every time I came in. I definitely recommend Robert & his team. I'm so grateful I did this. Thank you all so very much!

Attorney Sean Downs represented me in one of the most difficult cases to win , a 6164 petition for re sentencing which is reviewed by the prosecutors office and either granted or denied by them. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, diligent, professional and always responded to me in a timely manner. Mr. Downs actually cares about his clients and goes above and beyond for them. My grandson was issued an undeserved traffic ticket so we called the law office of Grecce Downs. We spoke with Sean Downs, explained our situation and sent him a copy of the ticket. Sean contacted us within several and stated he felt he could help us. We got the good news today that the court agreed with his argument and dismissed the citation. Sean represented my grandson and kept a serious charge from going on his young driving record. If the need ever arises we will not hesitate to call. If it was possible to give Brian Walker more than 5 stars we would do so in a heartbeat. When looking for an attorney back in 2020, I had called more than 5 attorneys and each one saw our case as a money case. They wanted money before even going out and speaking to my significant other which was an important thing to us. When I had found out about Brian I called right away and his assistant patched me through to speak to Brian. Brian talked to me over the phone for over an hour talking about my significant others case and what he could see and understand just by glancing at it. The very next day he spoke to my significant other and got down to business. Brian called me right after letting me know how much the total would be to take on his case, I mentioned to him that I was doing this all on my own. He offered me an amount of retainer and the rest to be paid off in payments. When I had the retainer amount ready Brian was actually on a trip but took my significant others file with him just in case something came up & it surely did. That same week Brian came back and appeared in court as my significant others attorney. Brian has worked hard these last 4.5 years on our case. Despite our trial date being pushed out over and over again Brian had us ready either way. He was always ready to answer our questions no matter how big or small the question was. He’s a very sympathetic person when speaking to him outside a court room, but the moment he’s in the court room representing his client he is quick to dismiss any accusation and stand behind his client no matter their race, charges, or attitude. After 4.5 long years Brian has now given us our freedom from all of this. My significant other was told he was facing many years in prison & Brian got us out of this problem. My significant other is now my husband and father to our two beautiful girls & none of this would’ve happened if we didn’t have Brian fighting in our corner to reduce his bail & give us the opportunity to continue living our lives as normal as we could while the case was being worked on and Now that it’s all over we couldn’t be more grateful!
As much as we are thankful for Brian we are also thankful for his legal team. His assistant have always been so kind, thoughtful, and very cooperative with us. There was never a moment we felt like we were being dismissed by them, we always felt heard when expressing our questions and concerns. They see their clients more as just clients, but as a family. Many times when we would call they would ask about our family and how things were going in the pregnancy and our toddlers life.

Be mindful Brian is a very busy attorney and can be a little hard to get to, but when he gets to you his mindset and priority are you in that moment. Absolutely could not ask for a better lawyer. Jon not only gets the job done, but he is extremely passionate about what he does. This is a lawyer that's not all about money, he truly looks out for the best interest of his clients and his reputation as one of the best, if not THE BEST defense attorneys you can find. He's a straight shooter that tells you the truth instead of what you want to hear, and I think the rest of the legal system respects this very integrity giving him the upper hand with negotiations within. He remembered the littlest details I told him about my case months prior and used them to our advantage, his mind is like a steel trap! The only time he can't be reached is when he's giving another client the same undivided attention you would hope he gives you, and for such a busy man he gets back to you right away every time. Steven took my Superior Court Case back in May 2012, I was looking at 6 charges total by the state, 3 of them being serious felonies facing me at 12 years minimum. I WAS SCARED FOR MY LIFE! Steven did not keep intouch with me allot, he only kept me informed when something changed, this was only because he was doing his job... he was fighting for me, not to mention he doesnt like to BS with clients, he's a hard worker, straight to the fighting facts. So in the end I got slapped with 4 months House Arrest over a 12 year sentence... even with my priors thanks to Steven. If i ever had anymore problems in the future i would personally pay the money to hire Steven again.

i have had mister rucker as my court appointed attorney in the past and he was very informative on every thing that was going on with my case and he always tryed to keep me up to date with all or any changes as they happened in my case . he was always available to answer my questions and if he couldnt answer them he would find the right person to answer it for me . he is a very good and fair attorney and i would recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise .

Laura did a great job on our child support, parenting plan, and all family matters. She was excellent at arguing in the court. She was very knowledgable. We had 3 lawyers prior to her and she was most certainly the best. We have since moved out of the area and really miss having her as our lawyer. It has been hard to find a lawyer as good as her. On the other hand her paralegal is an idiot. The paralegal constantly got things messed up and we did have to go over all of her work to be sure it was correct. So be sure to check her work.

Told him my expectations and my 4 issues. He was happy to charge me thousands of dollars to always seem to forget that there was more than just one thing to take care of. When I would ask about the other items that he assured me about, he would become condescending and short with me. Didn’t follow thru on the two most important items, and then hindered me from getting the job done myself. His secretary informed me that I could do something on my own to save money then Chris took it away and threw it into the court system which in turn foiled my almost completed task that would have netted me over 25,000 dollars. Now I have nothing but paper “judgements” when I could have gotten my own money . Would NOT answer direct questions and does not keep user friendly invoices to see where your money went. He DOES NOT answer your emails in a timely manner, if at all, yet charges for each email you send. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was referred to Chris Sundstrom by my divorce attorney who had retired. I had been served contempt of court papers when my spousal support ended at retirement. Chris did a great job and was everything you could ask in representation: efficient, dedicated to my case, on top of my case and very fair in all charges. I wouldn't use anyone else.

His website specifically says he is compassionate and will fight for you! My experience with Chris and Stacy is completely the opposite! If he doesnt feel like meeting with you he will absolutely NOT meet with you or take your call, period! It doesnt matter if you desperately need him. He beats to his own drum. By that I mean he will absolutely NOT inform you of all your legal rights, rather how he wants to control you as his client and the outcome of the case as he sees fit not according to your wishes even if its within your right! He will fight with you rather than for you, that was my personal experience. He was definitely not compassionate in my case whatsoever. I say that because he will threaten to withdraw when you are vulnerable and relying on him completely. He took advantage of me being vulnerable and ultimately settling just to get him out of my life. If you want someone that will hold your hand, he absolutely will definitely NOT do so. Ask him how many times he has been divorced before you ever think of hiring him. He had a absolutely no problem taking my money but NEVER fought for me like he fights for himself to get your money.

If you choose this guy and get screwed around remember it's not because I didn't tell you so. I paid this guy $3,000 cash up front in full to represent me on my first DUI. I am 42 years old I had a perfect driving record prior to this. I was involved in a accident with myself and no other vehicles which resulted in my situation at hand. I hired this guy under recommendation from a pastor at my church who is over the AA ministry. The first time I met with him he sold me a great story about how it was all about finding weak points in the process that they used wow incarcerating me the night of the accident sounded great to me. At that time I informed him that I had a CDL driver's license and that I would love to be able to keep it. Also that I had a 13-year-old child that I am the single father of and have no one to keep her so I can't really do any jail time. He told me don't worry you won't be going to jail we'll get this if nothing else drop down to something less than a DUI. The case resulted with me losing my CDL. Having to do a class. $4800 in legal fees and fines. And a 90-day suspension on my license. But wait that was only the beginning after a year of going back and forth allowing my case to get switched around to multiple prosecutors he ended up settling for a deal that left me with a DUI conviction. I have to serve one day in jail. I have to have SR22 insurance. And I have to have a interlocker on my car for a yr. Now here's the messed up part when I was in court in the judge mentioned something about an interlocker he told me don't worry about it you already took care of that so I was under the impression that I was only supposed to have it for the 90 days of the suspension. After court come to find out I was supposed to have the interlocker the whole time I have been riding around breaking the law for a year and he never even told me that I was supposed to have this on my car. I have been riding all around the state of Washington with my family not knowing that if I got pulled over I will be sent to jail for automatic 30-day sentence. When I asked him about this after court he said don't worry you're moving out of the state anyway so you won't have to worry about the interlocker or anything that has to do with your Washington license. Today I got a paper from Missouri saying that my Missouri license that I don't even have and suspended for 30 days followed by a 60-day restriction. And that I need to get the interlocker put on my car in Missouri as well. Now I don't know what kind of lawyer you're looking for but if you're looking for one that is knowledgeable of the law. Or if you are looking for a lawyer that is not willing to tell you anything to get you to cooperate with scheme he is concocting then pick Aaron Richie. Oh yeah not to mention six points on my Missouri license that I don't even have!! WORST LAWYER EVER!!!

It won't let me put negative or no stars !!! I don't know where to start about how bad of an attorney this guy really is. I'll start by saying he gave me a price and I paid him in full thinking that that would get me the best representation. Boy was I wrong. The first time I met with the guy we sat down in his office I explained to him that I had a CDL and that I would like to keep it he told me he understood. Upon going on to the next phase I realized that my CDL license had been suspended when I asked him about it he said oh I didn't even know you had a CDL how does your lawyer not know that you have a CDL license strike one. Next he told me that I would not be seeing any jail time seeing as it was my first offense and I have never been pulled over or had any interactions with the law the entire 10 years I have been living in Washington. But when it comes time after a year of telling me we're setting it back so we can get it worked out we're setting it back so we can get it worked out. He comes and tells me that he needs me to do 24 hours in jail or 15 days on house arrest not to mention five years bench probation and over $1,000 in fines. When I went to his office and he opened my file not only did he not remember ever meeting me in person there were other people's paperwork in my file folder. Throughout the case I always had to call him to find out what was going to be happening at a court date he never called me to update me or have me on point about what we were going to be doing on court days. Just pretty sloppy all around. Not to mention the final play in court when they ask something and I didn't think it was correct he told me don't worry about it and then after court was like there's nothing we can do now. In other words I would conclude that this is the worst attorney I've ever had he came by recommendation. I am definitely going to go back and let the person who recommended him to me how poor of a job he did. I would not recommend this makeshift attorney to represent me or anybody I know.
So if you go forward and use this guy this joker know that you were warned by one dissatisfied client.

They say our younger years are mostly trial and error, but in todays society it is harder to make an error without a serious consequence that is potentially life altering as a result. I am a prime example of that, a poor choice of words during my high school career led me to not being expelled once... but twice! One would think you would learn the harsh lesson of reality the first time around, but sometimes we need that extra nudge to move forward and grow up.
Both times Louis was retained as my legal counsel on the matter, and both times he aggressively represented me and got me reinstated. The second time around though, I received some straight forward advice from him. But something that rings true to this day that he made me say over and over is "I am sick and tired of being sick and tired", also known as the politically correct way of saying "I am tired of getting in trouble and costing my parents a bunch of money because I did not think before I spoke."
These events took place back in 2005 and 2007. And because not only of the love of my parents, but the dedication and determination of Mr. Byrd I was able to graduate on time and move forward with my life. Ironically I work in the legal system now, just in a different capacity.
Something that makes Louis Byrd unique as an attorney is that he is very much a straight shooter, he does not beat around the bush or sugar coat anything. He will be upfront about everything in regards to your case, and many people out there seem to have difficulty with facing reality and the tough times.
Nobody is perfect, but Louis Byrd is an exceptional attorney who helped place me on the right path. It took a couple mess ups and some stern straight forward words from him to really set me on the path to move forward with my life.

This attorney stood up for me better than anyone has. Ever. I was court appointed, but not ONCE treated that way. I think indigent clients often expect to be at a disadvantage, as their is little incentive motivating pro bono work. Mr. Sowder took personal offense at the injustice in my case, and rose to the occasion to expose it. He seems a casual, quirky man, but is CLEARLY respected among his colleagues. I hired autumn for a restraining order case for myself and teenage daughter against my exhusband. Paid a tremendous flat fee, she said the case was going to be easy cut and dry and would be done and in our favor. She had my daughter write a declaration and advised she be there for the trial online incase judge had any questions for her. As soon as the judge saw her I was told I was in question of my parenting judgment for having her there and for her writing the declaration, The judge would not let me speak to let her Know that it was my lawyer that had her write those and all under her advisement that it was done and autumn did not speak up or say a word about anything or even in my defense that it was her doing not my own and the case was dismissed With me being in poor judgment. When I asked her why she didn’t defend myself she refused to answer my question and so I wrote to the head of her firm Erin to get. A refund for the unprofessionalism. He advised me That it wasn’t his business what his lawyers dead and would forward my email to her and of course I never did hear back from her whatsoever.
