Should of went to jail but Mr. Cafferty got possesion charge dropped. Only had to deal with ccw permit violation and paraphernalia charge. Luckily I didn't go to jail and ended up on probation. Not happy about probation but better than going to jail. Very happy with his work. Could of been a lot worse with a public defender. Definitely worth the money even if you have to borrow or put it on the credit card. No amount is too much to have stuff dropped off your record. Something a public defender will never be able to do for you.

Chad is an awesome lawyer. He made a painful criminal matter turn into something very easy to deal with. Chad took the bull by the horns when the DA tried to rush us and showed him who was actually in charge. I cannot say enough that is good about this man. When all was said and done he offered his legal help to a non profit group that I belong to. I highly recommend Chad to anyone that needs a damn good lawyer!

I hired Chad Kaehne for an OWI. He was the second lawyer on the case. My first lawyer did nothing but charge me money. I had 3 scheduled trial dates with my first lawyer that ended up getting pushed back a day or so before the trial without my knowledge or permission. Each time, as well, I would get a bill from my first lawyer for several, several hours at $250 per hour for "preparation for trial" even though it was his decision to push it back. Based on all this, I fired my first lawyer after paying over $5,900 and decided to look for another lawyer. After a neighbor friend of mine used another lawyer from Chad Kaehne's firm for a child custody battle and said he got everything he wished, I decided to give the firm a call and set up a meeting. I was told I would be meeting with Chad Kaehne. I showed up to the appointment with all my paperwork and the squad video from my case. From the moment I met Chad, I liked him. He simply told me to explain what happened and he listened. He asked me what my goals were and he listened. He read through the police reports and he actually grabbed a laptop computer right on spot and threw in the squad video DVD to watch. I made clear I wanted to go to trial and he accepted my case. Chad filed his papers with the court and got it set for trial. The FIRST trial date was not pushed back and we went forward. I was found not guilty and the case was dismissed. I need a regular license for my job. If I would have been revoked, I would of lost my job of 14 years. I told Chad my livelihood was on the line. He recognized the seriousness of the case and worked on it in a hard and dedicated way. I would not have a job if it wasn't for Chad, and Jason too. Hire Chad if you need a great lawyer for an OWI case!

Last year, I was involved in a sudden, unexpected, and potentially severe legal situation. I'd never been in trouble with the law before, and was at a total loss not knowing what I could do. Chad not only took the time to explore my options and carefully explain the process to me; he was also calm, friendly, reassuring, and his optimism was contagious. He was able to reduce my charges and secure an agreement with the court that saved me from penalties that would have been disastrous to me and my loved ones. Several months ago I was slammed with a hefty speeding ticket after attempting to pass an unsafe driver on the highway. I was ordered to pay $250 and had a 6 point mark on my license, which would likely lead to even greater losses due to my insurance. Amy was a truly amazing help throughout the whole process; not only did she handle the entirety of the court processions and remove that stressor, she also managed to negotiate a total negation of the ticket as long as I took a short drivers safety class for a considerably cheaper $70 fee. Without her, I would’ve been at a complete loss, and I can’t thank her for her services enough!!

15 months from start to finish. That’s what it took for my case. At first glance I don’t believe any attorney, if given the chance to look at my case would of thought it’d become an issue. I hired Amy Menzel through a recommendation of word of mouth. After the initial consultation. She gave me a outlook of possibilities. All of which ultimately would be determined by how I handled myself in this domestic case. I should add that my case began in December of 2019. Due to COVID, the pace of or lack there of almost seemed to come to a stop. The hearings were stretched out. All of a sudden everything was done over the phone or web conference. This in my opinion created a handy cap of sorts due to the D.A’s lack of familiarity with my case. It seemed as if they were going over the same issues during every new hearing. The positive information I was attempting to show them sort of got lost in the traffic jam of the court due to the pandemic. With the amount of time Attorney Menzel dedicated to my case because of the aforementioned issues. I started to view this case as if it was almost for charity considering the extreme amount of extra time it took. At no point from start to finish did attorney Menzel ever make me feel secondary. Anytime I sent a question out through email or phone. I would get a quick response. She never promised me a magic deal where all the charges I had pending would simply disappear. But that she could greatly reduce the damage. When it was all said and done I’m at the opinion that I got the absolute best deal anyone in my position could have asked for. I strongly feel that my representation from attorney Menzel exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in need of her expertise. A++ job. She’s a very smart, classy and all around genuine lady to work with. Thank you for everything!

I hired attorney Dineen for a felony case that was very unique and probably should have never been filed in the first place. His professionalism and communication throughout the case was excellent. Ultimately and in a relatively short time frame he got the case dismissed. His knowledge of the law and navigating the court system is second to none. My opinion is that most attorneys would have been very challenged with my case, this was not the situation with Nathan. I highly recommend him!

We had a very difficult situation with one of our sons, who was jailed for a felony change while we were on vacation. Knowing no one in the community, we did an internet search, read reviews and selected Nate to represent us. Kirk Obear gave me my life back. I was accused by my ex of heinous acts that I didn’t commit, and the city of Sheboygan charged me with zero evidence that I did anything. Kirk took my case and was a Godsend. We went to jury trial and he completely obliterated the prosecution and won. It was amazing watching him do what he obviously takes great pride in. End of the year in 2019 and I was facing 2 felony charges for something that never even happened. I was scared that something like this could happen, even though there was no evidence whatsoever. From the get-go Kirk tried to get the charges dropped for various reasons, but the prosecutor apparently had a big ego or something to try and prove. These charges should have been dropped from the beginning and Kirk knew this. Anyways a full year later (mostly due to COVID) I finally make it to jury trial and Kirk "gave it to them" in the court room. Not once did he stumble. He was FULLY prepared to show them what a waste of time and tax payers money that was used to fight this. Needless to say the jury was in agreement and I was found "Not Guilty".

Out of nowhere i was hit with some felonies facing up to 35 years. Never being in trouble before i was terrified of what was going to happen. I cannot say enough about the representation I received from Rebecca she literally saved my life. Facing 3 felonies and an enhancement charge facing 40+ years in Waukesha jail she got me 2 years probation is a miracle. I recently found myself facing DV criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges because of false allegations brought by a vindictive ex-boyfriend. Due to my immigration status (I'm here legally, but I'm not a citizen) I knew I needed a highly-skilled criminal defense attorney who ALSO had a good understanding of immigration law. Thankfully, that is EXACTLY what I got with Marc Christopher! From the very beginning, Marc did an excellent job of walking me through ALL of my options and discussing the possible defense options for my case. We spoke to another attorney about my sons case and all he seemed to care about was a paycheck and not helping my son. My son was facing time not only in jail but in prison, Attorney Edari worked long and hard to do what she could to lessen that time. While meeting with her and my son I could tell no one is a case number to her, they are human. She does not only care about helping with court, she stands up for that person and makes sure she gets them into a position they need. She discussed with my son getting into school, counseling, etc. She would check in with both of us to make sure things were going ok. She believed in my son changing as much as I do. My son ended up serving a month in jail and is now out trying to straighten his life up. He is with his young son who needs him. Which Attorney Edari made possible. I met Vata, during the most horrific time in my life, I was facing felony child abuse charges. Vata was the third attorney that I had spoken with inregards to my case. Jillian handled my traffic case of a 27 MPH over the speed limit. I went into this case very nervous of what could happen to my driving record.
