highly recommended. I have been included in a number of class action lawsuits with Leeds. First thing- they have an lovely secretary who picks up the phone right away. In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. I have been in touch with Dave Mayo a number of times who answered all my questions thoroughly as if he had all the time in the world. If you want boutique service, I highly recimmend Leeds!!!

Intimidating was the word that came to mind before conversing with Michael. Once I could discuss it with Michael, all of my fear disappeared. He is smart and explained to me most simply yet without being condescending. He went through each potential move and possible outcome depending on which activity I chose with his guidance. He broke down what my case could be worth through a process where he asked me some questions and then answered them on the spot. Michael emailed me often, more than an attorney at his level would typically do. He also listened. He was neither dismissive nor rude throughout my experience with him or his firm. I am happy I chose their firm and moved out of the way for them to handle something that seemed impossible, yet here we are. If clients want to be given the runaround and pushed to the back, you should not reach out to this firm. Once Michael worked his magic, it no longer mattered if we went to court and won, went to court and lost, or settled because the weight lifted off my body from my experience was priceless. However, if you want an honest and educated opinion from expert trial attorneys, well, in that case, you should contact Michael and his team. Finally, no amount of money could ever replace what Michael and his firm did for me emotionally. My case is in the process of settling, and I know that Michael and his team will be compensated for doing precisely what they said they would, but I will always be in their debt.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Susan. Not only does she have excellent communication skill and its easy to get in touch with her but she also goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

If you've been sexually harassed or discriminated against in the workplace... I seriously can't recommend Steven Arenson enough! I asked Jonathan to review my employment agreement. I sent it to him on a Sunday, and he gave an answer in 30 minutes. In our follow up discussion at 9 PM (!) two days later, Jonathan was very thorough. He pointed out a number of flaws in the agreement. Ultimately, he put my mind at ease on the matter.

My case took over 3 years, but never once did I doubt that I was in good hands. Megan and her team were supportive from the very beginning... they took me on as a client after another male-led firm said I have a valid claim but it wasn't worth their time and pursuit. She understood why this was so important to me, as a reflection of my values and commitment to justice, and agreed to help me on this journey of accountability.
Although I worked with several attorneys on her team (who were all amazing!), eventually Megan personally managed my case to the end. She was very transparent about everything happening, allowed me to "be in the weeds" when I wanted to be, always shared the pros and cons of the decisions I considered, and was so responsive whenever I needed to connect. I am suffering severe pain & unable to return to work after experiencing a work related accident. Unsuccessful pain management treatment & multiple surgeries continued to keep me from returning.
