This is Werls Francois, couldn’t switch over to my Google account for some reason, but I’ll I had a massive $41,000 private student loan debt collector that was on my case and John Hilbert was able to get a fair and great deal for me because he was able to spot errors and inconsistencies in their documentation so thank you to John as always he really saved me a headache and now I have a more affordable payment that is also 100% completely interest-free. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Susan. Not only does she have excellent communication skill and its easy to get in touch with her but she also goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. She has walked me through the process of my case and always made sure I understood what was going on and that I was comfortable with every step we took. After being wrongly terminated from my job, I contacted Susan through this website and she got right to work making sure I understood my rights and the steps we were going to take. She was always available for any concerns I had, and always answered my emails and messages even though it was the weekend. On a recommendation, I reached out to Tiffany at Young & Ma regarding what would become a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. What really stood out to me at the beginning was getting a near-immediate response after I contacted her, followed by a phone call. Since things were very raw at the time, this was incredibly appreciated and made me feel heard from the start. In addition to being very empathetic, Tiffany told me the truth. I knew what to expect from the start, and she kept me in the loop as the case progressed. She asked me the right questions which provided insight into facts and issues where the law was broken that I didn’t even realize. I could go on and on about how professionally the case was handled, but the most important thing is that Tiffany made me feel confident that I was right and that I was justified in my allegations. That will always be something that I’ll remember about a situation that was scary and confusing. When we settled, I walked into the courtroom at peace and told my story. In our follow up discussion at 9 PM (!) two days later, Jonathan was very thorough. He pointed out a number of flaws in the agreement. Ultimately, he put my mind at ease on the matter.
