Steve took on my complex custody case (UCCJEA, special needs, split custody) December of 2018. Where previous attorneys had only shown me large bills, and larger losses, Steve helped calm me down, and plotted a better way forward. He expertly navigated change of jurisdiction from Washington to California, responded succinctly to multiple ex parte motions, and eventually won the case for my family. All executed flawlessly despite less than ideal circumstances (e.g. being forced to argue in front of three different judges ... in one month). I ended up in a better situation than I expected, with minimal effort or outlay of cash. Oh, and he talked me out of spending another $5K (with him) on what - in retrospect - would have been an 'overkill' motion. A lesser attorney would have taken my money and ran with it, despite an outcome that would have had little to no positive effect on my family. Hire this guy, and don't look back.

Kept second guessing myself when I considered switching attorneys but it turned out to be the best decision I made. The case manager at the first law office I hired was never available and even when he was he would tell me there were no updates. After 4 months of getting no where I called around and found Krasney Law. They ended up settling my case within 3 months!!

Contacted other law firms and they answered some of my questions but made me feel like I was being pushed to just hurry up and "sign up". I reached out to Krasney Law and my case manager was so patient, and answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was obligated to hire them. Ultimately glad I went with them in the long run as the process was quick, easy and best of all stress free for me.

complete fraud This attorney charged me $7500 to represent my interest if a R.O, against my son I wanted removed as I did not put it on. Instead she sold me out and had my son removed to a rehab facility , did not mention the removal of the order without even telling me. She did that to help the prosecutor. It lead to disastrous results to my son leading to his death and the destruction of my family. I hired her the next day in shock at her behavior so criminal. Do not be fooled she does not know who her client is and will she rip you off also OF Course.

I would recommend the Modern Divorce Mediation to anyone getting divorced. I worked with family law attorney Kristina Kell and she was able to get us to a settlement when nothing I had tried in the past worked with my ex. Michael Goldstein is by far the best lawyer i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and beyond grateful he is representing my husband during this awful series of events. He was initially charged with 2 counts of premeditated attempted murder. Mr. Goldstein worked magic and allowed my husband the opportunity to obtain a plea bargain that included dismissing the more serious charges and entering a plea to one count of assault with a firearm, a non-violent offense which enabled him to serve only 50% time. Our time with Mr. Goldstein was all around a 10/10. From the beginning to the end. Every encounter with Mr. Goldstein calmed any nerves we had. He personally met with us and appeared at every single court hearing (most other lawyers send their not so inclined nor convincing representatives) and also personally visited the jail on multiple occasions to speak with and confirm the safety of my husband. If you are in need of help you must reach out to Mr. Goldstein, it will not be a waste of money or your time. My respect and gratefulness is beyond words.

I had been in law enforcement for thirty-five years before retiring in 2014 and have owned a New Jersey Private investigation firm since 2016. Early this Spring, I needed to find a California Private Investigator in order to assist me in conducting a multi jurisdictional investigation.
