Ross Gordon is the lawyer you want. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else. He's amazing!! I live in a very strict county yet he had my case dismissed!! He is highly intelligent, a fighter, and without a doubt, someone you want on your side. He didn't give me any false hope, he absolutely followed through with his word. I want to personally thank Mr. Wosnik. He recently represented me in my divorce case. I came to him from an attorney that I did not feel understood me or the gravity of my case. Mr. Wosnik really heard me out and acted in the best interest of my family. He cared. Instead of treating me like “another client”, he made me feel like I had someone that would really defend me and fight for me. He did just that. He was patient and understanding. I want to first thank Wosnik Law for such an AMAZING Job. They helped me this week with my son’s case. Mr. Wosnik is so kind and soft spoken, he will tell you upfront what to expect. Everything he told me exceeded my expectations beyond human understanding. I went to court with Mr. Robbie and the judge 👨⚖️ gave us a dismissal of additional probation. I know it was the gracious hand ✋ of God working through the attorneys but I have to give them credit for their professionalism, knowledge, wisdom and understanding. I have had not so great experiences in the past with attorneys in my divorce/custody case. Kimi was as breath of fresh air. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions. This is seemingly so simple but apparently other attorneys have issues with this. We were able to get everything signed and in motion extremely quickly. I highly recommend Kimi and will use her again should I need anything else with family law.

I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. It was terrifying. At the end of my case, I can honestly say Ms. Evans was the best lawyer I could have ever asked for. She fought hard for my daughter. I genuinely felt like she was fighting for her well being, just as she would want for her own. She kept her safe. Ms. Evans knows her stuff and is on top of it. She is prepared and can rebuttal facts! She is not only good at what she does, but she cares for her clients. She is very affordable and will work with her clients. Bianka is just as amazing. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. She consistently gave good advice, responded to inquiries quickly, and pursued whatever was needed for us to finalize the guardianship, and then the adoption, of our child. She took care of many things "behind the scenes" that we had not even thought of needing to be done. Her rates were fair and, honestly, her services are worth more than what she charges. Followed all his recommendations and after serving the so called mental rehab facility with a formal petition to discharge my husband on a Friday at 455 pm and multiple hours of patiently waiting for my motion to be received by an employee that never gave it to him..
Guess what happened??
The same medical staff that said to my husband that petition won’t do anything called me the very next day at 9am stating that my husband was going to be discharged in a couple of minutes..
FOLLOW ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! Yes the motion was one of the recommendations but some other magical touches expedited everything but I will let him share that with you as he knows what he’s doing and will definitely provide you with the best advice.

(Beware) All the reviews are good but thats useless when Sean only showed up to 1 or 2 of my court dates in cherokee county and now a year later and over 20 times in court alone, now i have to find another lawyer to start all over. After paying sean almost $5k ive got nothing to show for it. No evidence no communication no lower plea deal not anything to show. Ill be filing comments to the state bar and hopefully save someone else from this horrible nightmare.

Mr.Barber was outstanding.. He represented me on a probation administrative hearing. The lawyer is very pleasant and respectful. I. My experience may not be your experience when I call this Law Firm I let Diego that my insurance would not be taken responsibility for this accident. I asked him if they could still represent me. He said yes, they would get a copy of the police report. And try to get the charges dismissed. My first meeting with the lawyer representing this Law Firm was with a young lady. She came late to the courthouse, she wanted me to fill out a pretrial intervention form. I informed her that I couldn't fill out that form because my insurance was not taking responsibility for this accident. She asked me how do you know the insurance company has to take a responsibility? I said because it's written on the the paper. She said well let's fill it out anyway, she filled it out. I asked the young lady to have Miss Duvernay call me. When Miss Duvernay called me, I said, I had informed you that I my insurance was not taking responsibility for this accident. So I don't know I can't do the pretrial intervention. She said, you didn't inform me because I don't answer the calls. I said well I am from Santiago, she said you mean Diego I said yes maybe we can get it dismissed on the fact that he didn't give you a police report. We're on the same page now I understand. Now before my next court date I called Diego to ask him to describe the person that was coming to meet me if it wasn't going to be Miss Duvernay. He said , well we only work with two other ladies so it would be one of them preview when I got to the courthouse a gentleman call me on the phone asking me where I was located. He said I'm here to pick up the pretrial intervention form. I said okay I'm getting frustrated now I've already told Miss Duvernay is that my insurance is not taking responsibility for this accident. So he went and got a copy of the form, he said I read it I was hoping it didn't indicate that's the insurance had to take responsibility for the accident but it does. Miss Duvernay call me later that evening, she said, I thought you wanted to go ahead with it. I said that I can't do pretrial my insurance is not taking responsibility for the accident. A court date was set and missed, because I wasn't informed of the court date I just happened to check my mail, while checking my mailbox I realize that he got a failure to appear. The first thing I did was to send a message to Miss Duvernay. When she sent me a message back it started off with: "first of all..."The Law Firm did send a lawyer to go fix it. Her name Kristen Clark. I was told to wait for my next court date, the law firm would inform me. I did not believe them so I called for my next court date. They did not show, there were two other court date set they did not show for either one of those court dates. The judge even called the law firm they still miss the court date. It took a Google review Duvernay and the chargeback. She told me she had conflicts in the court should have known about it. There was only one problem she wasn't assigned to my case unless she was Kristen Clark. She did show up the next court date, but during the third Miss court date I was asked, if I wanted a public defender, I said yes. But when Ms Duvernay asked me to give her a chance I said okay since it wasn't her that was supposed to show up. Now I was told signed up with this Law Firm they would get a copy of this police report. But the public defender delivered it to me and I had to take it to the law firm. On the trial date we were supposed to meet at 9:15 because the trial was at 10:00. Miss Duvernay as with every court appearance we made she came at 9:40, I could excuse that but at 9:40 was when she told me all the evidence I had ,was usable. They had the information for a year. My Insurance indicated that they were looking at the cars damages. She did not ask for the pictures. So we went in the court with nothing. I had a diagram of the damage. Miss Duvernay asked, what's that? It was then I realized that nothing I uploaded was looked at.

I had the pleasure of working with Alyson for nearly 4 years on a divorce case with a covert narcissist who suffers from various mental health issues in addition to his personality disorder. It was a nasty and stressful case with a completely uncooperative defendant but ultimately it ended up in a total, outstanding victory for me and I can unequivocally say that it was due in large part to Alyson being my attorney.

If you're a serious person who is doing your best to do the right thing then Alyson is your attorney. Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
