OUTSTANDING!!!!!
I'm a father to two of the most perfect kids in the world! Going to court in ILLINOIS fighting for time with my childeren I've only ever heard horror stories. I thank God everyday for the choice in lawyers i made. Joel not only made me feel confident the entire time, but was more than well respected in the halls of the courtroom let alone in the courtroom. Its my understanding hes been doing this a long time and you can sure tell just by walking with him in the hallway. The respect shown to him and the respect he shows to others. Second to NONE. I felt like i was walking around with a celebrity. But anyone can make friends and have respect shown to them. The true tell was when court took place and ended. I got not only the time i wished for with my childeren but so much more that i didnt even think to ask about. Such as being involved in the schoolong,religion, and all around decision making.
If your going through this life changing experience, i first of all am sorry your going through this its rough. But, look no further than Joel DeGrazia!!!! To say i was treated as a son to him is much more than an understatement. Everyone in his office is fantastic. Erica the recepionist is so polite and understanding. A true family feel!

David Winer was a huge help in getting my permanent driving revocation overturned. He explained things clearly to me and kept me updated throughout the process. I did an out of state packet because I live in Wisconsin. I went last week and got my Driver's license after a permanent revocacation in 2009. I could not have done this without his services.
His prices are affordable compared to some of the other attorneys I have talked to. I was able to work out a payment arrangement.

If you are looking for a DUI lawyer to help you keep your license or get it back from revocation, I strongly recommend hiring David Winer. First of all, he charges a fair price for his services. Secondly, his services are worth the cost. After multiple DUI arrests, David Winer represented me during a Formal Hearing with the Secretary of State. He did an excellent job representing, protecting, and supporting me during the Formal Hearing. I got my driving privileges back after just one hearing. It is nerve wrecking and stressful having to answers questions from a lawyer representing the Secretary of State as they don’t typically think you should get your driving privileges back. However, David prepared me very well. I have no regrets about hiring David, and no complaints about his legal work. He will get the job done. Thank you again, David.

I very highly recommend using David Winer, especially if it’s a DUI matter. In our first conversation he put me at ease by clearly outlining the range of outcomes, including best and worst case scenarios. He told me what I could expect to happen and why. He was also honest and upfront about his fee structure, which was very reasonable. Throughout the process he was always available and responsive to my questions. He then exceeded my expectations in terms of the outcome he delivered. He got me the best result I could have hoped for and one I frankly didn’t think would happen. It was a difficult time for me but it was obvious he had done this probably thousands of times, which was comforting. Even in brief moments at court I could tell I had the right guy. I will be recommending him to all my friends, family, and associates, if they ever find themselves needing legal defense.

Neal was my second lawyer in my divorce. The different between Neal and my first lawyer was night and day. Instantly my case got back on track, negotiations with my ex happened and were agreed to. On top of this, Neal was there for me personally as I asked many, many questions. I felt secure in a time of my life where I was at my lowest. He is a very honest lawyer and will tell you what you need to hear; no over promises, no grand statements. In fact, he has told me a few times that something wasn't worth going after.
Later in life I was remarried and Neal helped me with those nuptial agreements. He handled them professionally and with haste.

Called Jeannie for an order of Protection. My hopefully soon to be ex husband is abusive and is an alcoholic. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but after the first meeting with her, I felt a million times better and could tell that she was nothing like what was said. Jeannie took the time to explain to me not only legal aspects of my order of protection and divorce, but the entire process and what to expect. calls or emails are always responded to in a timely manner. Absolutely the best legal experience I've heard from anyone and arrival at justice in a difficult case. My company used an IME which lied. It was easily shown to the arbitrator and Mrs. Bridgette Kolb ensured justice and a fair outcome, recovering all of my lost workers compensation and covering a partial loss of my body due to the injury. During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. He assisted me to stay in my forclosed home for 5 years, to recover some of the financial loss I incured when the bank kept my escrow money through the forclosure process. As a small business owner that made a terrible honest mistake with IRS taxes, we were referred to Lane Marc Gensburg by our CPA .
After a short call and a reasonable retainer amount of 3k Lane started working on my case, getting information about our situation, we were positive we got the right guy! ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the type of lawyer you need to stay away from, he transfer our case to Michael Gutting from his office, this guy was a total joke, he made us provide all the paperwork we provide Lane again, and of course he charge us for it again, this time the bill come back more than twice the retainer amount, we immediately called Lane , overwhelmed by the bill amount, Lane told us that the majority of the work was done and we should not get anything significant bills, but of course we did!!! Not only that the bills kept coming he also wasn't informed at all of our case progress, I remember we had a conference call between Michael, Lane and my business partner and he didn't have a clue on what's going on with our case.
Not only he was just a very expensive way to transfer all of our business financial information to the IRS agent, we end up worse then before we hired him, the tax agent was pissed and before his office start working on this case, the tax agent was willing to help us with payment plans and was going to recommend reducing the penalties, but that was not the case anymore.
At the end of the day if Lane was honest with us he should take our case as an adviser and get the CPA that freered us to him to provide the paperwork to the IRS.
Again we are a small business and almost 20k fees are not proportional.

This law firm did the unthinkable: after losing our case miserably, they turned around and sued us—their own client!
We hired them to handle a breach of contract case they confidently called an “easy win.” And it should have been. The other party failed to make payments, and we had everything in writing. But somehow, this licensed law firm still managed to lose the case. Their lack of preparation and knowledge completely cost us. They botched the arbitration, failed to inform us when to file for a trial, and we ended up losing everything. Honestly, this is grounds for malpractice.
They blew through our retainer and still had the nerve to send us a massive bill at the end, claiming an outrageous number of hours that I’m certain they didn’t actually work. I’m already talking to the Illinois Bar about their work and what looks like fraudulent billing practices.
When we asked for a discount—more than fair considering how badly they handled everything—they flat-out refused. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they threatened us and eventually sued us for the amount they claimed they worked. They knew the size of our company and probably assumed we’d just roll over and pay them.
Hiring them was the biggest mistake we made. They’re inexperienced, money-hungry, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this firm. They only care about money and nothing else.

Well, I actually started my case with a public defender. But as we all know the Pc's job is to try and get the defendant to take a plea. All attorneys in K3 co. run together, so how do I receive a fair trial? Call Attorney O'Connor. Filled out a questionnaire online and within minutes got a call! I'm very impressed with his professional outlook on my case. Made sure I understood everything. I will leave another review as my case continues. Mind you, I'm scared outta my mind. Never had charges like this, but Attorney O'Connor made me feel better after speaking with him. And he didn't try to get thousands of dollars out of my account. Divorce is painful and emotional and if you're like me, you don't know much about the process and don't really have the headspace to learn all about it while it is happening to you...Ron's parting words at my first consult with him were, "The best thing you can do is pretend like you are asleep for the next 6-12 months and let me handle things." Those words were so true. I didn't always want to listen to them, but being 5 months post divorce and still dealing with some issues with opposing parties not living up to the terms of the MSA, Ron is still in my corner. I don't think I realized how good he and his team are until recently. Discussing my agreement with divorcees has shown me that Ron helped me reach a fair deal that allows me to move on in life with confidence and financial stability and do the right thing for my children and he kept emotion out of it which is so important in negotiation for separating assets and in my case a lot of liabilities.

I hired Floyd to handle a divorce case and he likes to shuffle papers and over bill.
I feel he is unorganized because weeks I would go by and I wouldn’t hear anything. Finally I will send an email to inquire about my case then I was flooded with emails that were sent to him weeks ago. I finally fired him because he was taking my money. The next step will be a complaint with the ARDC.

As a small business owner that made a terrible honest mistake with IRS taxes, we were referred to Lane Marc Gensburg by our CPA .
After a short call and a reasonable retainer amount of 3k Lane started working on my case, getting information about our situation, we were positive we got the right guy! ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the type of lawyer you need to stay away from, he transfer our case to Michael Gutting from his office, this guy was a total joke, he made us provide all the paperwork we provide Lane again, and of course he charge us for it again, this time the bill come back more than twice the retainer amount, we immediately called Lane , overwhelmed by the bill amount, Lane told us that the majority of the work was done and we should not get anything significant bills, but of course we did!!! Not only that the bills kept coming he also wasn't informed at all of our case progress, I remember we had a conference call between Michael, Lane and my business partner and he didn't have a clue on what's going on with our case.
Not only he was just a very expensive way to transfer all of our business financial information to the IRS agent, we end up worse then before we hired him, the tax agent was pissed and before his office start working on this case, the tax agent was willing to help us with payment plans and was going to recommend reducing the penalties, but that was not the case anymore.
At the end of the day if Lane was honest with us he should take our case as an adviser and get the CPA that freered us to him to provide the paperwork to the IRS.
Again we are a small business and almost 20k fees are not proportional.
