I cannot recommend Mr. Delaney highly enough to anyone who needs quality legal representation. I feel I know Mr. Delaney very well professionally as he represented me for several years in highly contentious litigation. I will be forever grateful for his services to my family and I. Certainly my life today would not be the same had I not been referred to him.
Mr. Delaney is extremely proficient, professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable of not only the law, but also of the other attorneys and judges involved, their personalities and tendencies, which allows him to present options to his clients when discussing their cases.
Mr. Delaney is an adept multi-tasker/prioritizer, probably the best I have ever known. If something is important or very time sensitive, he WILL get it done.
He never acts without a client's permission, makes himself available to clients, returns phone calls, and NEVER misses a deadline or court appearance. I cannot emphasize this last point strongly enough. Many, many times I was stressed about making a deadline and he always came through, even when I didn't think progress was being made or the deadline would be met. Also, Mr. Delaney will never miss a court appearance. Countless times I witnessed opposing attorneys either not appear in court for their clients, or be significantly late, causing the judge to move on to the next case. Can you imagine how you would feel if the judge were to call your case, your attorney is not there, the judge tells you to come forward, and asks how you would like to proceed? You won't have to know that feeling if Mr. Delaney is representing you, rest assured!
Mr. Delaney's fees are going market rates for experienced attorneys, which I feel are fair. While market rates may be difficult for some to afford, particularly during turbulent times (believe me, I understand), never was the statement "you get what you pay for" more true than with Mr. Delaney. He takes steps to be efficient and has other staff handle routine tasks to minimize costs and maximize your resources.

Unfortunately when you are in a position to have to hire a lawyer it isn't a good thing. After meeting with James "Rhino" Doerr it was apparent that he walked softly but his knowledge & demeanor was powerful. He listened to my concerns, informed me of what my options where and was patient because. After a reference from a local PD social worker, I was sent to Figiel Law after a horrible experience in court with my initial retained counsel in my contested divorce.
While granular details will not be provided in this review, the circumstances that triggered an email for help came from the place of pure desperation during one of my many sleepless nights.
My email must have validated my anxiety and fear from the events that unfolded in the weeks prior with the previous divorce attorney as Lucas called me first thing next morning, 6:30am to try and put me at ease and determine if Figiel Law could provide support. He spent nearly forty minutes on the phone with me and upon initial discussion felt Figiel Law could help me out of my situation (one that felt helpless from where I sat).
They scheduled me into the office immediately after I retained them as counsel and I quickly sent all my files over for review. At my first visit, not long after the prescreening callback, the firm made me felt like this is exactly where I should be!
Nicholas read all my files in great detail so that upon our meeting, he already had some strategies, asked several questions and provided a roadmap of activities for us to spend our time and focus in order to counter back against opposing counsel with their lies presented in an emergency motion to the court.
All this from our first meeting!
Nicholas quickly drafted the top priorities for my settlement agreement and set appropriate expectations for the various possible outcomes. This was a good strategy as he also armed me with information about custody and parental laws; this was never shared by my previous counsel.
The reason I bother to share this, is that I never realized that I should have really spent more time on hiring and qualifying my divorce attorney as if they were my defending me for my life. As it turns out, contested divorce is really ugly and can turn your life upside down quickly, especially when trying to escape a domestically turbulent situation.
I am extremely grateful I had Figiel Law on my team and because of their support the outcome was in my favor! I am now happy, thriving and healing as I raise my child in our home in peace and tranquility.

Joel was the first attorney that believed in me and I felt comfortable talking to about my case. He did everything that was asked of him and that he promised he would be able to perform. He is a very good listener, which is why I hired him. (not always comfortable discussing problems with strangers) He works quickly and continued to communicate with me on the status of my case. .A number of years ago I found myself in the need of a lawyer. Having known Joel for many years he was the first I thought of calling. The police wanted me to come in, Joel picked up the phone, talked with the officer and came along with me. Joel cleared one of his typically busy days and met with me and the officer. It was important to be final in 2018 and Mark got it done.
My now ex wife of 10 years and I agreed to use one attorney and that was Mark. He represented me and she was the Pro se... it only worked because Mark was great at explaining the details in a direct but calm and unbiased way. In other words She had to feel comfortable and she did.

Clifford Law Offices helped me with my falling on ice personal injury case. They were incredible for the entire time they represented me. I’ve done business with Robert J Adams and associates a couple of times over the years and I highly recommended them. I thought the experience would be stressful, but it was the total opposite.
