I was 19 at the time of my legal matter. I was scared for my life facing some serious charges. I’ve had 3+ lawyers & never knew if I had the right defense team. I very highly recommend using David Winer, especially if it’s a DUI matter. In our first conversation he put me at ease by clearly outlining the range of outcomes, including best and worst case scenarios. He told me what I could expect to happen and why. He was also honest and upfront about his fee structure, which was very reasonable. Throughout the process he was always available and responsive to my questions. He then exceeded my expectations in terms of the outcome he delivered. He got me the best result I could have hoped for and one I frankly didn’t think would happen. It was a difficult time for me but it was obvious he had done this probably thousands of times, which was comforting. Even in brief moments at court I could tell I had the right guy. Private attorneys are gonna run you a pretty penny but I know undoubtedly that the Longe law firm is worth every coin.They got my case dismissed in trial! They also managed to block the state from suspending my license while the case was pending. On top of that, I had another pending case that was concurrent with the other one and now both cases are over.Excellent and very professional law firm. Definitely would recommend without question. I thank attorney Longe, attorney Brown and Cisca for the superb communication with me over these last 10 months.

Today was a success Gbenga Longe as my attorney for a DUI case. Got arrested for DUI May 17th, cops pulled me over stating I was driving without headlights and in between lines. I Refused field and breathalyzer test because it my right too, the tow tuck was literary there before they put the cuffs on! Towed my car and took me in for processing, contacted Gbenga that day went over the details of my case a told me "don't stress yourself out everybody is not perfect including the police". Gbenga went through series of strategies how to get my license back and case dismisse. A lil under 3 months on July 24th, that’s what she actually did while being pregnant; I appreciate her patience, hard work and craftiness around the courtroom. Thank you again!

As a small business owner that made a terrible honest mistake with IRS taxes, we were referred to Lane Marc Gensburg by our CPA .
After a short call and a reasonable retainer amount of 3k Lane started working on my case, getting information about our situation, we were positive we got the right guy! ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the type of lawyer you need to stay away from, he transfer our case to Michael Gutting from his office, this guy was a total joke, he made us provide all the paperwork we provide Lane again, and of course he charge us for it again, this time the bill come back more than twice the retainer amount, we immediately called Lane , overwhelmed by the bill amount, Lane told us that the majority of the work was done and we should not get anything significant bills, but of course we did!!! Not only that the bills kept coming he also wasn't informed at all of our case progress, I remember we had a conference call between Michael, Lane and my business partner and he didn't have a clue on what's going on with our case.
Not only he was just a very expensive way to transfer all of our business financial information to the IRS agent, we end up worse then before we hired him, the tax agent was pissed and before his office start working on this case, the tax agent was willing to help us with payment plans and was going to recommend reducing the penalties, but that was not the case anymore.
At the end of the day if Lane was honest with us he should take our case as an adviser and get the CPA that freered us to him to provide the paperwork to the IRS.
Again we are a small business and almost 20k fees are not proportional.

My mom had purchased a condo after my dad died. The sellers of the condo stated they had homeowners, senior and senior freeze on their real estate taxes. Mom was supposedly given 110% of the taxes as credit on the master statement. However the sellers failed to apply for the senior freeze that year. No one was able to help us..... until we called David Hochberg who connected us with David Schlueter. Mr Schlueter told us exactly what to do and mom was credited over $1,700.00!!!!! He knew exactly what form we needed, what to say to the sellers attorney and how to resolve this problem. Mr Schlueter was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of the legal issue Mom faced. Usually, I find working with an attorney to be challenging from the get-go. No matter how transparent I ask the attorney to be, anything goes. Not with Elizabeth.
