Michael Goldstein is by far the best lawyer i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and beyond grateful he is representing my husband during this awful series of events. He was initially charged with 2 counts of premeditated attempted murder. Mr. Goldstein worked magic and allowed my husband the opportunity to obtain a plea bargain that included dismissing the more serious charges and entering a plea to one count of assault with a firearm, a non-violent offense which enabled him to serve only 50% time. Our time with Mr. Goldstein was all around a 10/10. From the beginning to the end. Every encounter with Mr. Goldstein calmed any nerves we had. He personally met with us and appeared at every single court hearing (most other lawyers send their not so inclined nor convincing representatives) and also personally visited the jail on multiple occasions to speak with and confirm the safety of my husband. Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.

Jason came into my life by a simple twist of fate. I overheard him talking at a restauraunt about a case he had won and I told him I needed a lawyer. Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Ethan has a good grasp of knowing what is important and what isn't, which often provided relief for me on many occasions when I was overstressed out about something. He gave solid guidance prior to my custody/fact finder evaluation. Ethan was always available in some form or fashion, which is rare with busy attorneys. If Ethan was in trial or mediation, he would always make a transparent attempt to let me know what he was doing whenever he was available to do so. And after he would reach back out, which speaks to his ability to juggle many cases at once. I have personally witnessed how he works hard around the clock. I remain more than impressed in how he continued to provide support for my case despite sometimes having to travel long distances within the state of California to represent his clients in other counties/jurisdictions as not all of his cases remain solely in Los Angeles. I was represented by the attorneys of Lari-Joni & Bassell for a recent personal injury case that I had after a severe motorcycle accident and I have to say that I am very impressed with this team and their employees.

WOW is the first word that comes to mind about Warren. I had a tough case fighting for custody of my teenager. It is hard to enforce custody orders when your child is older and it was imperative to have enforceable orders as the clock was running out. His orders along with Ex Parte's to get the job done in the shortest time we could do, were amazing. Warren knew just the orders to ask for that were enforceable. If you are coming from your heart as a parent for the best interest of your child, taking steps towards that goal consistently and with determination. Warren is extremely knowledgeable, fair,

Warren is an excellent attorney. Last year he represented me in an international move away case. I moved back to South Korea with my children and Warren successfully won a trial in which the Los Angeles Court decided that the case and custody was better decided by a Korean Court. He was well prepared, highly organized, knowledgeable about the law and procedures. In Korea, I won custody of my children and I have sole custody.

BEST LAW FIRM.
Hi everyone, my name is Karen. I have had an accident on last year in LA.I was driving a rental vehicle and the rent a car company was suing me for that accident.
I have talk you more than 50 lawyers, and only Greg took the case.
When I was talking and explaining the situation to different lawyers, each of them were saying that they won't be able to work with it.
I'm not gonna write all the details here, because it will take 1 full day.

To anyone in need of an attorney like my husband and I were, I would HIGHLY recommend Kraut Law Group.
We were in desperate need of an attorney after coming home one day and receiving some disturbing information that could jeopardize my husband’s livelihood and future schooling prospects. Like some of us do, I found myself having a wonderful child with a not so wonderful partner. Soon enough the relationship went from terrible to worse, and I needed to get a custody order in place. Because of the complicated nature of child custody, I was referred to Nathan.
As it turns out, Nathan is the kind of attorney you can only hope is on your side of a child custody case. He walked me through every step of the process. Within days of our first phone call, I was reviewing a Request for Order. He walked me through the Declaration of Income and Expense Reports, the Plaintiff's responses. He explained in detail what each and every word meant.
During the deposition, Nathan was more prepared then I could ever have imagined. He was direct and pointed, and extracted information that would be very helpful during court.
Within months of serving an RFO, I quickly learned that I had been served with a restraining order. Scared out of my mind and spinning in circles, Nathan helped me navigate through it. Not only was he my lawyer, but he came a confidant. He helped me with the visit from the sheriff's department and the painful supervised visitations.
The week prior to my first court date, I spoke to Nathan everyday about what the court proceeding would be like. He was very honest with me and told me that there is nothing you can do to prepare for testifying in a child custody case. He was right. There is nothing like it that I have ever experienced, but because of the relationship we had developed over the course a few months, it more was like talking to a friend across the table instead of sitting in a courtroom.
On Nathan's cross examination, he was able to discredit the Respondent and get the restraining order removed.
If you ever find yourself in my situation, I would highly advise that you hire Nathan. He is a great lawyer, he cares, and he will argue your case until he is blue in the face. I would give him ten stars if I could.

So as you read all the reviews about this guy, ask yourself if you want a nice, polite attorney? Or do you want a shark who fights for your rights? If your opposition is a great person you have a lovely relationship with, and their lawyer is a wonderful person too, give Mr. Gabbard a try. Or just DIY it if it's that simple. Bit I would guess that most people looking for this type of attorney really need help. If that's you, and especially if losing your case will seriously wreck your life and your loved ones' lives, then RUN from Mr. Gabbard. He literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in my case. I've spent the last several months and a lot of $ trying to recover, and it looks like I probably never will. This guy ruined my life--not just figuratively, but literally.

I can not recommend Nahjabi enough. I was involved in a horrific DUI accident, and was facing around 5-6 years of county jail time. There are awesome persons and there are awesome attorneys. . Rarely do they ever correlate. My opinion, but I believe a awesome attorney should be willing to go to any length to win for their clients. That's assuming the client is guilty, however.. And if the client is truly innocent then "going to any length" really isn't necessary, due to the facts will back their innocence. A decent lawyer would do. Rockit isn't just decent. Truly she's one of the few attorneys who's awesomely aware, compassionate, and lovely disposition. . A perfect match for a defendant that's truly innocent..
