Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.

I've been working with my attorney, Jay crook at the law offices of Shryock, Crook and associates since 2008. In that time they have helped me with countless business dealings and disputes, as well as The state issues when I lost a family member. If you're looking for an attorney, here's what I'll tell you. Spending $600 an hour for a attorney in the tallest building downtown is a complete waste of money. Nearly the same skill set if not more exist in attorneys all over the state. The difference is, my attorneys overhead is minuscule compared to someone who takes an entire floor of the key Bank building. Sure, there are times when a scary law firm's name on a suit or a response helps but less than you think. I have complete confidence in the attorneys that this law firm and I've never had to worry about their expertise bankrupting me. These are people like you and me, who happened to be attorneys and are very good at what they do. Regardless of what you're looking for, criminal, business, contract, probate, family law give these guys a call and judge for yourself. I think you'll be glad that you did.

I had a very disappointing experience with Yazdani Law, LLC, Columbus, OH. Despite paying for their services in full, they mishandled my case by submitting incorrect documentation, leading to delays and unnecessary stress during the visa process. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon contract amount, claiming it was for unforeseen circumstances—issues that should have been anticipated with proper diligence.
Their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident throughout. They acted as if they were providing a free service, despite the significant fees I paid. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they attempted to mask their mistakes by blaming and suppressing.
I do not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration assistance.

I cannot say enough great things about Kia and the incredible work she has done for me and my children. From the moment she took on my case, she was relentless in ensuring that every detail was handled with precision and care. Litigation is never easy, and when things took a turn for the worse, Kia stepped in and made sure that my paperwork was solid and in my favor.
What truly sets her apart is her resilience. She didn’t care she challenged the court she was going to keep approaching the bench until we got what we needed. April is my attorney, and we recently closed a filing process in my divorce (originally finalized in 2013; reopened for modifications).
She is an outlier in a sea of “yeah I can get that for you…now give me your retainer fee” attorneys.
She doesn’t make flippant promises about results, which is so refreshing. My daughter’s best interests were, and continue to be, at the top of April’s concern. She cares about her clients, doesn’t put up with underhanded antics, and fights for the RIGHT thing. I can’t emphasize that enough.
Even if it’s not exactly what I had in mind, April put so much in proper perspective for me, and supported me mentally as I navigated different emotions.
Couldn’t recommend her more, and would choose her every time.

Jack Abel was my primary attorney for my divorce and I could not ask for anything more.
Jack has been doing family law for 40 years and he knew every dirty trick that would be tried before the other side tried it. He researched the other side's attorney, knew that attorney would be super aggressive, and he basically judo'ed them to make them look unreasonable (they were unreasonable) which made the other side almost weak in negotiating.
I felt like we were a step ahead of the other side every step of the way - Jack would tell me when to bring pictures in, when to bring family in, when to look my tip top best, what the hangups were and how we would handle them - he knew where we wanted to go, and he got us there a step ahead the entire time.
Jack is a soft spoken man, slow to speak and eager to listen, a real example of wisdom. As quiet as Jack is, he has a team of absolute pitbulls around him - they go in and do the negotiations during the phase when nobody wants to give an inch, then every few sessions he would come in, a 40 year legend in the courthouse, and make an offer that the other side just couldn't refuse - and we would land exactly where he said we would. It was the perfect dichotomy and the results speak for themselves.
At settlement, I had talked to my ex in private and walked back a few of the concessions that Abel and Zocolo had gotten for me. I was so satisfied that I actually gave up ground, which meant I got everything that I wanted AND was able to part ways amicably from a tough battle. A truce which lasts to this day - and was worth the give back in spades. It would not have been
possible without that aura of quiet power that followed Jack when he walked into a room. The type of lawyers the other side had would have run over any average attorney - Jack was really the difference that made them know things would not go well with their unreasonable demands if they actually went into a full hearing. I won't even say some of what Jack told me - but this man has handshake power in Cleveland.
Jack, Lori and the entire Team at Abel and Zocolo are everything a great team of lawyers should be - and they actually cared about me as a person, they listened to my story, and they adjusted their tactics to leverage my strengths - and it worked perfectly. My divorce was 5 years ago, and I still talk to Jack, Lori and Lisa several time a year to this day - and he refuses to send me a bill, they actually want to know how things are going, just
good people.
I can't say enough about the quality of Jack and the Team at AZ Law. I would't just use them again - I'd never use anybody else.

I was referred to Steve by the victims of crime program when I filed for a protection order. Steve is very professional and genuinely kind. He has been with me through every phase of this emotional and confusing court process. He has been a strong advocate for me and has worked selflessly to see my case through to the end.
There are a lot of crooked attorneys out there, but Steve is not one of them. My case should have been pretty cut and dry, but even when the opposition tried to make it seem a little more gray, Steve handled this case with poise and sensitivity to the subject. I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me.
With Steve in my corner, the protection order was granted and I feel a lot safer because of his guidance. He's made my scary situation a lot less frightening.

I decided to hire Stephen Szuch because I believed he would actually go up to bat for me and help me fight for my rights as a father. In todays society with all the negligent so called men who run around and knock up females then aren't interested in even acknowledging let alone being held responsible for their actions, most parenting rights are just given to the birthing mother. It becomes an uphill battle for a man who actually wants to raise his son if the mother of his son would rather not be a family. This is why I hired Stephen.
Being a father is one of the most important things a man can do with his life and just because my sons mother didn't want to be a family with me, I refused to just let her run the show and try to tell me how my son would be raised. I took a proactive approach and took her to court.
Doing so is proving to be well worth it because I no longer have to fall in line with my sons mothers' actions. I have my rights established through the court of law. Unfortunately this step needs to be taken because many women out here who have evil mentalities want to kick the man to the curb and get the government to raise their children through "FREE MONEY" as I call it. The system is being perverted by those who have a "dog eat dog" mind frame.
After hiring Stephen he was always on point in getting back to me and advising me throughout the case. He was very diligent with his work and wasn't afraid to put the necessary leg work in to getting a proper end result. He wrote up numerous drafts in a timely manner and was excellent at networking with me and others throughout. I have joint custody and school residency. He understood how important it was for me to have these things because I want to give my son the best shot at being prosperous in this world by building bridges rather than burning them and "Getting Over" and to teach him to treat people in a respectful and proper manner. I strongly recommend him for anyone who would like to obtain proper parenting rights.
