I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone considering divorce!
Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism are just three adjectives I would use to describe the entire team at Zoller/Biacsi. I was already a year into me divorce process and was extremely frustrated when I hired them to take on my case as it was not progressing. Hiring them was most definitely the best decision I made! I had a very complex case and a very uncooperative ex which made it difficult to get anything accomplished. The entire staff at Zoller/Biasci took off running on getting the information we needed to build our case. They helped me stay focused on the goal as the stress levels were off the charts. I think that for most of us, making that final decision to file for divorce can be very scary and you feel very alone. From our first consultation, I knew right away that they would always have my back which was a huge comfort and load off of my shoulders.
They truly care about their clients and getting them the best possible resolution. They are very good at what they do and are extremely detail oriented, organized and conduct themselves with class.
Unfortunately my case was settled without going to trial as I was really hoping to see Mary and John in action in a trial setting as they are the dream team of lawyers!
A big huge THANK YOU to John, Mary, Kirsty, Lisa and Landon - you all helped to give me back my life and I will always appreciate the extremely hard work you did on my case!

You have been warned. Jim Lane has no idea what he is doing. My case dragged on for YEARS and he accomplished nothing. My daughter was being abused during the process. His response was to "file motions". He would get very upset anytime I tried asking him simple questions. His firm is now "coincidentally" down to just him and Rosenthal... many of his staffers have left and his former partner. He will not advocate for you. He will play games with the other attorneys intentionally causing you more stress and loss of money. Seriously, you have been warned. If you made the mistake of hiring him, I would drop him ASAP before you screw up your case any more.
There is zero possibility the 5 star reviews of him are legitimate.

Navigating the justice system ( cops, courts , and corrections) is not for the faint of heart. Once a person becomes a defendant the ball is no longer in their court and trusting the process is tough. I am so grateful for the guidance and legal representation that my family received from Attorney Bret Jordan. My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.
I can’t speak highly enough of Neil and his team. He always responded right away, was there for a phone call if I was confused about anything, and is a great human being. We are now working with him for my wife’s change of status paperwork.

Divorce, synonymous with stress, sadness, anxiety, etc. and it is true that going though that path is difficult to endure, I personally have just gone through that path with the help of two tremendous professionals, attorney Steve L. August and paralegal Jo.
Without the help of Steven and Jo, it would have been impossible for me to go down that path of divorce.

My husband and I retained Greg on a personal injury case involving my husband being hit while riding his motorcycle. I would highly reccomend Greg. He did a wonderful job. He kept us updated on information and fought hard to get the insurance company to settle with a fair amount. It was done in a very timely manner. Greg was not afraid to file a law suit and go to court if need be. We were able to settle out of court and our settlement was quite satisfactory. I would retain Greg again in a heartbeat if the situation should ever arise again.

I hired this law firm in trying to clear my name. The day of court my lawyer hadn't showed up to the very last minute and he wasn't even prepared. The judge was annoyed because he didn't even know that he was the lawyer to be present and then had to fill out paperwork at the start of the court preceding to sign in. Clearly, didn't make my representation better. My lawyer hadn't read any of my documents because if he had, then he would have better arguements. Definitely, just another pay day for these people. My lawyer was dumbfounded regarding this civil matter. Nothing was accomplished to protect me or to make me come out feeling like a 2000 dollar investment was worth it. Very dissatisfied and told their was nothing they can do about my case not being sealed, but not enough was done in the court room in the first place. Just thought it would be a smooth ride and I would get the verdict, but that wasn't the case.

I was unjustly accused of a crime, and retained Mr. Rittgers as my defense attorney. I had never been in trouble in my life and was quite upset and nervous. Charlie walked me through the process and assured me that I would come out fine. He kept me informed during the entire process and we won the case. I felt like he really was emotionally involved in my case, and that he was completely confident in our defense, which in turn, made me confident that the outcome would be favorable. We hired Charlie to represent our juvenile child who made a very poor decision that could have had a major negative impact on our child's life. Charlie was honest and straight forward with us and shared with our child how lives can be ruined by the wrong choices. When I was arrested for felon in possession of ammunition and charged federally me not my family knew what to do. This was all very new to all of us. I was given George's name by a friend an man was it a life saver. I still ended up doing 21 months but that's because of my past criminal history. He was able to get two felonies knocked off my my criminal history which took away points for sentencing since everything federal is on a point system. Hank came to see me every two weeks even if there wasn't anything new to tell me he just wanted to see how I was and where my head was at. He is an AMAZING attorney and now I can call him a friend! George will return your calls, but he never has anything together. Just walk into his office- that’ll explain where he’s at in his mind. It’s a complete disaster. He was supposed to find out several things pertaining my case & he failed. For one- my vehicle was immobilized & was supposed to be for only 45days. I asked him specifically about having that taking off & he was supposed to check into it. He didn’t. Instead, he gave me some rant about “ohhh it’s the Ohio law, it has to be on for 90days!” WRONG! Judge couldn’t believe I was still paying for a club on my vehicle & that I had gone an extra month with that on! For 2- He is not a “voice”- in fact they call him “whispering George.” He talks about other peoples situations (very unprofessional) rather than yours- giving example after example. He does poorly with doing what he says he’s going to do. I was referred to him from a good friend that used him many years ago. He may have been good back then but this man needs to retire because it’s obvious he’s tired at what he does. Lastly, he was my ride to & from court. I was ordered to the probation department to get that going & was told it may take up to a half hour. George claims his “daughter has an emergency” & hands me money for an Uber! Here I am, almost an hour away from home, in another county wondering when I can get picked up & taken home! The bailiff of the court room couldn’t even believe what he witnessed. The crazy part to all of this is that I hired this guy & paid him $2500 in FULL! This is the worst guy to waste your money on- I promise!

Jodie is not someone you would want on your side she biases her clients as far as hair color and my friend was going for a paid internship she seen her demeanor and respectfully declined. She said it's my duty to call her on my children service case as I did and she failed to get back to me me and my counselor went and met with her and after that she didn't confirm or contact me. I called her office several times. She proceeds to tell magistrate Karen I have not tried to contact her and I corrected her stating I did. I was informed that she would no longer be my attorney because she's pursuing something different in her career. I'm fed up with her and richland county and judge Karen. They all are together. They stole my kids off allegations and I have receipts and proof of parenting classes drug and alcohol screening every 2 weeks and mental health.

I understand that emergencies come up last minute and I know a bug is going around. It doesn't make it better for the person your defending when they are there at court waiting for their attorney that is suppose to be there doesn't show up. This person has been in jail for 30+days has a tooth infection and a BP of 164/106 and can't even get the nurses to get him in to see a doctor. People have died from Tooth infections. Talk about a heart break. SMH...
