My friend referred me to Arthur as I was struggling in my case. After my first phone call with Arthur, I decided to choose him as my second attorney immediately. My first attorney did not do good job that make me suffering and dragging my case. Instead, Arthur has very good knowledge that helped me a lot. I hired Arthur for an uncontested divorce. His fees were much lower than another attorney I interviewed. He is friendly and easy to talk to and at times would remind me that he would have to charge me for certain tasks that I could do myself and for other time spent not covered under the original quote. He is very responsive and checked up on me when things were stalled (with my spouse). I communicated with him via phone and mostly email which was very convenient. His advice was practical and realistic, not trying to get more money from my spouse for little things which would've costed me more in fees. I would definitely recommend him for an uncontested divorce.

Mr. Shebby began handling my case about seven years ago. In that time he has provided invaluable advice and guidance from a disputed divorce settlement transitioning to custody issues.
In the beginning, Mr. Shebby was very honest with me about his experience and had been very fair with his billing. Being pregnant and unable to work (a biological hazardous lab technician) to a sleep deprived could not find employment single mother, I struggled to pay all of my legal bills; Mr. Shebby did not stop representing me nor sending it for collection. Instead, he set up an installment plan with me. His legal secretary is very punctual. She took care of the paperwork and kept up with all the submission deadlines to court. There was not an instance where we missed a court appearance or response to a filing.
It was an incredibly stressful and trying time for me, Mr. Shebby was and continues to be exceedingly supportive and successful. Mr. Shebby won an argue for an ex parte move away order in my case, getting permission from the court to move out of state with a minor child in a custody dispute is very, very rare. I am greatly indebt to Mr. Shebby. He had allowing me to have a new start in life with my child again.

I contacted Magdalena Chattopadhya of Magdalena Law Group three years ago as I went about interviewing (5) separate law firms in the San Jose area. My effort was to replace my attorneys at the time related to my family law case that had been in effect for over 10 years. My case was related to a divorce in 2008 where my ex moved to CA and took our two boys with her. The divorce matter was resolved but the custody disputes were ongoing and intense. We never went more than a year without being in the courtroom, where my ex-wife attempted over and over again to reduce my parenting time. When my boys wanted to come and live with me, it hit the fan and an Emergency Screening was ordered. Then, a Parenting Coordinator was assigned. Apparently, a Parenting Coordinator should generally work to reduce issues, but our assigned coordinator did not work fairly. I didn't know what to do and my current attorneys didn't have much to offer. I wanted someone to fiercely represent me and pursue what I knew was right! Magdalena jumped in and had to review over a decade of material and circumstances. I was constantly surprised by how much information she digested and knew without being prompted. Not only did she keep us out of the courtroom for the remainder of time left until my youngest turned 18, but she silenced the efforts of my ex-wife and her attorney and also silenced the Parenting Coordinator who, in my opinion, poorly handled the case and should not serve as such in good faith. Magdalena herself helped me to do exactly what was needed in order to prevail. Even when I would be exasperated over the ridiculousness and contentiousness of the PC, OP, and my ex-wife, she assured me that if I followed her counsel, we would prevail - and we did! Had I remained with my former counsel or selected anyone else, I could not imagine having survived the legal attacks as I did. If you're looking for someone who won't "blow sunshine" and instead, give it to you straight and compel you to understand, Magdalena Law Group is THE choice. As an aside, everything with her office is smooth. Payments, documentation support, meetings, etc., - the team at Magdalena Law Group is smart, quick to act, and at your service, as they were at mine. I am beyond grateful for the services rendered and recommend Magdalena Law Group as they were the best family law representation I had - totaling 5 other firms!

This is a complicated review to write as Mr Morris was actually the DA who was prosecuting my case. But I must give credit where credit is due. I admire a person who shows conviction and tenacity. Mr. Morris unfortunately was going thru troubling times in his personal life, But didn't allow that to affect his performance in the courtroom. My personal belief is that Mr Morris knew the charges against me were shady and bogus. Yet he stuck to his job and represented the state with conviction. It was an honor to meet in the arena of the courtroom. and to watch him keep his case together despite the crumbling of his evidence and witness's. Should he ever decide to jump the fence and become a defense attorney. I think he will make an Awesome one and will truly make his mark on the world. My hats off to you Mr Morris.

When I was seeking out a criminal Attorney and presenting my charges 4 felonies, 3 Attorney's said I will have to do jail time until I met Cory Fuller he assured me he could get charges dropped or reduced and he did just that. No jail time 3 felonies dropped 1 reduced to a misdemeanor 1 year informal probation. I was so relieved. Hire this Attorney don't worry about money worry about your freedom and record. Sent these guys a very detailed email with all the facts regarding my labor law case. They scheduled a zoom call following a few calls. Spoke with a person (not sure if a real attorney or not) named "Frank Zecolla" for an HOUR over zoom and agreed to send him evidence supporting my case. After sending him all the evidence requested they simply GHOSTED ME! Sent several follow up emails, called and left several voicemails and NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO COURTESY CALL...
They Simply GHOSTED a possible client. Glad it didn't go beyond that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and speaks VOLUMES on how this "firm" practices law.

Craig Darling and Sylvia Gonzalez handled my case with so much empathy and fought hard for me. Sylvia was my cheerleader in the corner, while Craig got me back more time with my sons. I now can travel internationally on vacations and have peace from constant harassing allegations from a hostile coparent.
The biggest win was more time with my children who are the joys of my life.
I could have been ordered to pay $3,000 a month towards my coparent that refuses to maintain steady employment, but Craig fought for my pocketbook as well. He reduced my child support obligation significantly to only $500 a month.

I came into contact with Nathalie through her involvement in Step Forward Foundation, a non-profit legal organization serving low income clients with Domestic Violence (DV) issues. In the 22 years that I lived with DV, and for the additional 3 years my husband continued to perpetrate DV against me after our separation, I searched high and low for an agency to help me but was unable, because the form of DV my husband perpetrated against me involved restraining me, shaking me, throwing things at me, threatening me, spitting on me, withholding assets from me, and other actions that didn't involve hitting or leaving physical marks on me that would warrant assistance from police and courts. Finally, I began secretly making videos of his attacks on me and took one of these videos to the Step Forward Foundation, where my appointment was referred to Nathalie. What a God-send that appointment was! Nathalie took my case right away. She not only represented me in the courts, but she provided the validation and support that I needed to begin to re-learn that what I was suffering really was DV, and unacceptable treatment of me - because after 25 years of calling the police and petitioning the courts and getting no assistance, I had come to believe that "maybe it was just me" or "maybe this is just normal." Nathalie's commitment to my case made me feel important again, and I began to grow stronger in my resolve to finally stand up to him. Nathalie won for me a 5 year DV Restraining Order that protects not only me, but also it protects my son until after his 18th birthday. The terms of the Restraining Order require my ex/his dad to go through significant counseling, drug screening and rehabilitation, etc., before he can resume visitation again, and it requires to visitation be supervised. This is an almost unheard of ruling, as most restraining orders are only granted for 1 year and do not prohibit the relationship between parent and child as was needed to also protect my son. After my DVRO was awarded, Nathalie continued on with me and took me as a client in her private practice to ensure that my divorce (pending in the court system and held up by the manipulation and delay tactics of my ex) would be finalized. Prior to Nathalie, no lawyers would take my divorce case. My gross income was too high to receive pro-bono services from non-profit agencies on matters besides the DVRO, but the marriage nor myself personally had any assets or savings to pay the lawyer's retainers and fees. Nathalie demonstrated commitment to ending DV for me once and for all when she reduced her retainer fee and wrote a fee agreement contract with me that allows me to pay her for her services at whatever (reasonable) monthly payments I can afford. Other lawyers refused to represent me unless I could pay $5,000 - $15,000 up front. Nathalie is allowing me to go into debt with her, which I am so grateful for that I feel like I will be indebted to her for the rest of my life - not in a monetary sense, but in the sense that without her help, I may very well have been stuck in my marriage forever, subject to abuse and torment. Nathalie bills reasonably, and doesn't penny-pick every millisecond you are on the phone with her like other lawyers do. She understands financial constraints of her clients and uses her time wisely to avoid over billing them. My case is scheduled for trail in 30 days, and I am so excited about the new life that lies ahead of me. There are some people in your life who serve such a meaningful purpose in transitioning you from one state of being to another. Nathalie is that for me. I will always hold regard for her in my heart and her success, well being, and blessing will for the rest of my life always be a part of my prayers. I ABSOLUTELY recommend her.
