Sarah and the entire team at Peak Justice was absolutely amazing to work with.
Sarah's paralegal was so informative, helpful, and communicative. I only had to do two things: fill out some paperwork and provide a copy of my infraction, and they handled literally everything else. The team kept me up to date on the details of the case, possible outcomes, and possible paths forward. In the end, my traffic infraction was completely dismissed.

Amanda is a godsend. I had a tough time not only dealing with my child's father, but finding someone willing to take on a parenting plan not tied to a divorce. She was able to deftly navigate antagonistic emails in a timely fashion, made sure she was available at critical events and only billed for time spent, and protected my daughter and myself by making sure I didn't sign anything without her review. Going through a separation is hard enough but having to go through it when a child is involved makes it 10x harder. While still grieving and being so confused on what to do next I contacted Amanda’s office to schedule a consult. During the consult Amanda was extremely mindful, understanding and patient, she talked me through exactly what needed to happen and even provided me with options on how she would be able to help depending on how much I was wanting to put into the process. After thinking it over I hired Amanda and asked that she handle everything and she delivered! The process was so easy and she walked me through it the entire time. Amanda’s communication was amazing and she made sure to respond to any questions I had either same day or the following business day. While working with Amanda I could tell she truly cared about me, when I would have guilt about any part of the situation she would listen and give me the best advice, she never pushed me to do anything I truly didn’t want to do. Erica and her team of Caitlin and Dona absolutely saved me in so many ways. I was awarded 78% custody of my kids in the end, and a very fair financial settlement which is saying a lot in the State of WA. My case was a roller coaster that many would say only happens in nightmares, but the team was able to deliver a very prompt and professional approach to the case and also keep my mental state in check. Erica and her team have been nothing short of phenomenal!!! I tried taking my child's mother to court 3 times after she kidnapped her and was unsuccessful because I had no idea how to properly navigate the court systems before I finally bit the bullet and looked into hiring an attorney. I called 3 different firms when I started my search for a good legal team. The first didn't answer nor call me back, the second firm was really dry and short with me during my initial phone call like they didn't seem to care about what I was saying just throwing price quotes in my face, so I hung up on them and then I contacted Knauf Santos law. From the initial intake phone call her office was so empathetic, so inviting, so kind and they seemed so eager to know more and try to help me! They stood out from all the other firms so I had a great feeling about them and after having my consultation 2 days after the intake phone call I knew they were the firm for me. Erica was so personable, so empathetic, so knowledgeable and so strategic! Erica brought it to my attention at the intake that I had enough evidence to not only have my ex held in contempt but also other things AND I could even get more residential time with my child than what I was initially given in my initial parenting plan (which I always dreamed of) but I had no idea!
The fight was long, this custody battle has been hard, 2 years ago I started out with a 4 hour visit a week (super unfair) and now 2 years later with the help of Erica, Dona and their fabulous team I now have full custody of my daughter and I'm so grateful because I couldn't have done any of this without them. Not because it wasn't possible but because I was so lost without them and they have so much knowledge and access to things I had no idea of! They've helped me in so many ways! Since hiring them we have been undefeated in court.
Things got tough dealing with my case, they continued to stand by me and help guide me during this process and were so punctual, I remember one day I emailed Dona (Paralegal) and was like wait you guys that thing was due 2 days ago what do we do now?!!!! Dona responded, we already had that taken care of don't worry. :) They have been so on top of things and handling all the all the footwork and making things clear for me and prompting me to do things correctly, they made this horrible experience as breezy and smooth sailing for as they possibly could, I tell ya! I paid a lot of money out of pocket to cover expenses but it was worth every. single. penny. I would do it all over again. I tell anyone I know or run into about these guys! Dona and Erica are angels, I feel like I owe them so much more than what I have to give for all they've done for me and my family during the hardest time in our life. I hope God continues to bless them in life and everything that they do.

I was being charged with a DUI and 5 hit and runs and Quita St. John got ALL CHARGES DROPPED COMPLETELY. Not only were all my charges dropped but my drivers license was never suspended nor did I have to get an ignition interlock device. Kirstyn and Catherine were great advocates when my Ex was infringing on my parental rights with visitation. So often, and particularly in WA State, fathers are at a disadvantage when trying to enforce parenting plans and court orders. Kirstyn was able to provide balanced advice telling me what is and is not possible based on our prior Court Orders, and we determined that my Ex was in fact in contempt. We then created a case and roadmap setting expectations of possible outcomes, and Catherine represented me in court. Even though the judge was blatently against us in court based on his opinion of our verbal argument (his own bias), the written contempt was ironclad and indisputable and as a result we won, creating better and healthier boundries with my Ex. I was even awarded some of the money from the judge based on the degree of contempt and Catherine's ability to outline the ramifications.

I went through a HORRIFIC 2+ year long high-conflict divorce from a narcissistic man who verbally and physically abused me in front of our young child. Yasmeen was my 3rd lawyer and I am thankful to God every day that I finally found her. I could tell right away that she is a person of the highest integrity and retains expert knowledge of the legal process. Beyond those stunning traits, emotionally, she was my rock as she guided me through the incredibly traumatic process of extricating myself from my toxic marriage and fighting for custody of my child. My ex and his low-vibrating energy monster of a lawyer did everything in their power to break me: Manipulation, lying, defamation, disregarding court orders, twisting the truth, and hiring "expert" witnesses to try to discredit and demonize me. Yasmeen remained optimistic and unshaken, having full confidence every time I spoke to her that we would win. She encouraged me not to give up, even though I wanted to so badly so many times as this process nearly broke me as a person. But, in the end, Yasmeen came through for me and my child, and we won at trial in a big way. I can't say that I'll ever feel fully vindicated after what my ex put me through, but at least my child has me as the primary parent with full decision making, safe and supported, which makes the whole thing worth it.

I had some serious difficulties with another firm and went to see Glenn for a consultation . He offered me some reassurance and encouraged me to finish my case with the firm I already hired and paid. He told me that if I still felt unsatisfied that he would be happy to take on my case, but that he didn't want me to waste money unnecessarily. He spent the remainder of the hour talking to me and explained how the legal system worked and by the end of our meeting I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders.

We discussed my situation and realized the gravity of the issues before me. He clearly explained each issue in laymen’s terms and let me understand that the process will take time.
