Don't let her age fool you, Laura knows her stuff. I had a difficult and very contentious case with my ex. My ex was attempting to restrict my visitation with my daughter. Laura was all over it, she completely destroyed my exes case and laid waste to her first lawyer pre-trail and her second lawyer during the trial. I went from possibly having my visitation restricted to gaining primary custody of my daughter after not seeing her for a year and a half.
I really can't say enough about Laura. My ex continues hiring new lawyer after new lawyer and Laura continues to send them packing!! I wouldn't dream of having anyone else in my corner. If you want someone that is going to fight tooth and nail for you and isn't going to BS you she's the one you need. If you choose anyone else and find yourself on the otherside of court against Laura...well good luck!

There is not enough I can say for all Melissa has done for me and my children. I hired Melissa after having 2 other local attorneys. I won’t mention their names, however I don’t feel with them they always had the best intentions of my children involved. From the start with my consultation, Melissa always had not only my protection legally /finamcially at the top, but the protection of my children first and foremost. It had taken me three years and two attorneys before Melissa came and finished my case with the amount of money she told me she would. She actually finished my three year long case in just 6 months. Ms. Rodriguez helped me when I got falsely charged with assault DV. I was impressed because whether it was my case or not, when she walked into the courtroom, she would know what is said on every piece of paper she was given. Often times she could dispel the spinning of the story by other lawyers. She still managed to maintain a level of respect while she was arguing with her adversaries. Seeing that made me feel positive about my representation even though the subject matter of our interaction was not pleasant, she made it possible for me to get through it and I’m forever thankful to Ms Rodriguez for that. I hired Miss Rodriguez for a DUI back in April. I thought I was going to lose my job and kids while I was also dealing with a divorce at the time. After I had consulted with her several times, she remembered details of the story I had already forgotten about discussing with her. I couldn't say the same for my divorce attorney though. I had a terrible issue with a neighbor who requested a protection order against me. It was one of the most stressful events I had experienced. I didn’t know how to defend against the false accusations in such a short amount of time. It feels like you are tried and convicted when you have to defend against this type of thing. After calling several lawyers, Ms. Rodriguez came highly recommended by another lawyer who saw her in court fighting my type of case successfully. After my consultation, I felt a weight lifted but even though she made it clear there was work to do but I felt good that I had her by my side to do that work. She was supportive and understood my feelings and helped me to emotionally get through it. She asked me questions I didn’t even think of because I was overwhelmed by the process. In a short matter of days, she had gathered text message conversations and emails and ripped apart all the false accusations. When we got to court, I felt vindicated. We won! Being charged with child abuse by prosecutors and then getting "Founded" of child abuse by CPS left me devastated to say the least. I had already hired a criminal defense attorney to address the assault charge I was being charged with. It was not until I had gotten a letter in the mail from CPS saying that they "founded" me of child abuse that I then called my criminal defense attorney. My attorney then explained to me that they were two completely separate matters which would require two separate attorneys. My criminal defense attorney on this matter then referred me to Denise. Here is why I recommend Denise as an attorney. In my case I hired Denise to appeal the CPS matter. My first time talking to Denise on the phone I was full of emotional trauma and had a lot to say about what had happened. She listened to everything that I had to say about what happened with this matter but also how toxic the relationship between me and my mom biological daughter had become over the last year. Denise did not pass any judgement against me nor did she profile me as what I was being charged with. When we spoke about the facts of what had happened and that there was no intent and I was just playing with my non biological daughter which lead to an accident we then used everything we could to prove that what had happened was "truly" non intentional. Denise typed out a very professional, truthful and sincere declaration on my behalf and submitted mailed it into CPS for what we hoped would be over turned. As the months went by my criminal defense attorney had gotten a he assault charged dismissed and not too much longer after Denise had gotten the CPS matter over turned. Denise is not just someone who will go up to bat for you but she also will listen to you have to say even if it does not benefit your case. Which at the time when I found Denise is what I needed. I needed a professional such as her to listen to me and hear and understand how much suffering I was truly going through and that it was an honest mistake. Thanks to Denise getting my case with CPS over turned I will be able to do things such as volunteer at schooling events or girls scout events with my biological daughter in the future. Miss Gagner is a 5 star attorney and I have the up most gratitude for her. If you are being charged with something and you are innocent or even if you are guilty. I would recommend giving Denise Gagner a call to represent you. Thank you Denise.

Hire Natalie she is amazing!!!
I ran the gamut of attorneys before finding Natalie and honestly I was getting quite discouraged. I spoke to leagues of highly recommended and sought after attorneys who have clear reputations for winning cases like this, and I can tell you that I was more impressed with Natalie in the first two minutes of our conversation than with any of the other professionals, even the ones with over 21 years of experience. I have heard many people complain that once retained, attorneys become less communicative and less responsive. Natalie was the opposite, she was fully committed to doing everything she could to help and keep me updated on the case. I talked to her a number of times after normal business hours and even met with her on a Sunday to work on the case. Natalie is the kind of attorney you pray has time for your case. I was referred to Mr. Lee through a lawyer referral service. After describing my case to him over the phone, which I took to be my initial (free) half hour consultation, he invited me to meet with him at his office to discuss my legal situation in more detail. I did so and went into depth with him about a civil action the State was taking against me along with related potential criminal charges from the County Prosecutor. Mr. Lee spent over two and a half hours studying my documents, asking case related questions of me while answering my own for him. He provided me with good legal advice and helpful information while demonstrating genuine interest in my personal outlook as well as the health and wellbeing of my family members, given our unusually demanding living situation. To my amazement, Mr. Lee charged me nothing for his time but simply stated that he’d take my case if I should eventually face charges.
In short, Mr. Lee impressed me as being a knowledgeable and experienced attorney who truly cares about his clients.

The mother of my child came after my family and I hard. She made accusations against my family, my friends and myself, claiming whatever she could to get full custody of our son and have a ton of restrictions put on me. I must have called at least a dozen lawyers, many of whom were either not accepting new clients or were charging insane retainer fees. I had my consultation with Kiley shortly after contacting her firm. She was extremely professional and seemed more knowledgeable than most people I'd talked to. Since hiring Kiley, she has helped me get an order of protection against me denied, a very favorable family plan ruling and is currently helping me deal with a child support issue as DCS has the wrong information about my income. I would absolutely recommend Kiley Anderson to anyone who's in need of a family law attorney. She prepared an eloquently written and factually accurate argument. She pointed out every little inconsistency in the other parties claims, and there were a lot of them. This is actually a tough review to write because truly I have appreciated so many things about Emily and her team. Some things that come to mind are that she would always encourage me kindly and professionally not to waste my time, effort, and money on a battle that I would not win. I have to say never does any attorney work overtime non sleep til morning to meet deadline not because she waited til last min but because she is constantly a step ahead of what is anticipated response from other party. I slept at midnight she worked Graveyard til Noon deadline.
