I would highly recommend Mr. Odimba For anything dealing with family practice. What I enjoyed was that he stayed on top of everything and if there were any big concerns dealing with the other side he would let me know what's going on and suggest the best route to take. Mr. Odimba was very personable and I felt that he truly had my best interest in mind when it came to negotiating my parenting plan. And being that I live out of state he made it a breeze, because before I hired him I did not have a lawyer and dealing with law issues especially out of state is just a nightmare, he truly took the stress away and made it as easy as possible.

Erin was a beacon of hope for me at a time when my situation seemed impossible and I would never see a resolution. After my first meeting with Erin I knew she was extremely smart, articulate, had exceptional communication skills, and was also a great listener. I hired Ms. Hyatt to help me respond to a temporary no contact order. Ms. Hyatt was remarkably calm and perceptive. In our initial meeting, I explained the charges against me and my account of relevant events. She listened carefully and gave me a realistic appraisal of the likelihood that the order would be dismissed. Ms. Hyatt has a calm demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Because she felt that we had a good case, she suggested that she contact the petitioner to offer the possibility of a contract in lieu of the no contact order, which would allow us to avoid the hearing. Ms. Hyatt contacted the petitioner worked quickly to negotiate the contract and ensure that the petitioner dismissed the order. Ms. Hyatt is very sharp, very skilled, and cost-effective. It was a delight to work with her.

Miss Hyatt began representing me in the middle of a messy case. One of which I had been falsely accused and the family court judge had already ruled against me. There was an existing sexual assault protection order between me and a juvenile. Miss Hyatt listened to the situation. She asked questions. She listened to my suggestions about how to reveal the true colors of my accuser and kept me focused. She explained why certain techniques would be seen as harassment by the judge or non-pertinent and the judge may not allow the question at all. Miss Hyatt was excellent in keeping in contact with me, following up, and making me feel that my case was important and not just one of the many in a pile. In the end she presented the DNA evidence to the judge appropriately and that was all that was needed to terminate the order. I didn't have to say a word nor did anything my accusers had to say mattered. It is very difficult to have an order changed once the judge has ruled, so this says a lot about Miss Hyatt's capabilities.

Ross defended me on a gun charge involving a road rage incident. The prosecutor was non-negotiable on reducing or dismissing the charges lodged against me after defending myself during a road rage incident. Ross demolished the credibility of the "victim" and clearly presented my side of the story
resulting in a quick and unanimous not guilty jury verdict. I'd highly recommend Ross he was well prepared, knew the law and expertly navigated the legal system which I found to be biased against gun owners.

This woman is like Mary Poppins she is perfect and amazing in every way. Let me say this, I have delt with abuse of my abuser for 15 years. After abusing myself, our child, and then another child he had with another victim, he continued on his path. He nearly got away with it. FCS bought his lies and didn't spend the time to look through the hundreds on end pages of evidence from doctors, mental health providers, and school records, as well as look into all the CPS reports from the school against him. But this lovely woman made sure the truth was heard and the evidence was seen and I was granted my permanent order. Hire her, there is simply no one better. You wont regret it. Evangeline Simmons represented me in a Domestic Violence Protection Order stalking case. My case ended up being unusual in a few ways, and she did a very skillful job building a strategy that was successful for me. I was tremendously grateful to her for her knowledge, commitment, and the way that she went the extra mile in pulling together the documents and pleadings for the protection order, as well crafting responses to other intervening events, which had added to the complexity of my case. I was married to a narcissist and if you know, you know..... FIRST OF ALL, Kelsey is VERY experienced in this type of person and court case. So, if you are worried about what will go down on your case in court, Kelsey will far exceed your expectations of what a great attorney can do for you. If you're up against a wolf in sheeps clothing and you know they'll definitely play dirty in court, Kelsey will turn out to be your dream come true in the midst of a living nightmare and will do the final mic drop for you.
Kelsey took charge and kept my exs expensive attorney from burning our son and I out of receiving justice. She spotted the lies & manipulation and pointed them out immediately to the judge in a way he finally understood.
Kelsey knows the law like the back of her hand and I was so tickled watching and listening to her put my ex and his attorney in their place FINALLY. One time she even respectfully corrected the judge because she KNOWS the law and is fearless, like any attorney fighting for your childs life SHOULD be!
I honestly feel that my judge sided with the dad somewhat in this case and because I didnt have evidence of physical abuse in court prior to the evidence of verbal, financial and other types of proof of abuse was disregarded and the judge treated our case like I had simply changed my mind about my husband one day and chose to leave instead of what ACTUALLY happened. So I felt like the judge was looking for a way to grant my ex equal parenting time but Kelsey didnt put up with any of it. I was honestly tickled by the way she addressed my ex and his attorneys accusations against me. She told the judge that he was just hurling accusations at the proverbial wall hoping they'd stick lol
I got such a kick out of watching her at work and the other attorney was and is considered top 5 in Spokane. So, I was blessed to have Kelsey advocate for me.
At one point, I told her that she was good at her job and she humbly grinned and said that law runs in her family and that her dad was an attorney and she LOVES being one and THAT is key when you are searching for an attorney. Attorneys like Kelsey one in a million and she is always thinking about your case just as much as you, if not more. You will LOVE having Kelsey on your side. I really do believe she has a gift. She knows the law by heart (shes like a walking law library calculator lol).

I really wish I knew what to say to describe my experience with Ross Amkraut. I can only convey the feelings that I experienced after each consult.
