Mr. Davis has saved my life not once but twice. I was first facing criminal charges that carried a sentence of 3 years min and I had never been in trouble for anything. He got me probation and then I violated that with two more charges and he got me much needed rehab. I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

Ron Sholes office and whole staff have been amazing to me and family during an unexpected and difficult time. My attorney was Blair Butler her and her team have been absolutely fantastic. Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the country on 4 felonies. Everything he said to me was always factual, he really was a man of his word. The D.A. Had mentioned I scored out to a mandatory prison sentence of 2 yrs minimum. Mitch worked tirelessly and around the clock staying in touch with me every step of the way. I still dont know how he did it but all my charges were reduced to misdemeanors and I was let off with one year probation, he assured and reassured me several times he would do what’s best for me and he absolutely overdelivered. Through the years he became not my lawyer that I hired But a great friend and mentor in many aspects of my life. He is a well respected and a true professional. My husband and I needed some legal help, counseling, advice, and direction. We were hoping to sit down with someone who would listen to the situation that we have found ourselves in and then provide for the above-mentioned needs. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Several times in conversation, he made comments regarding our intelligence, or lack thereof, cut us off while we were speaking, had zero interest in listening to our concerns about said situation, and was subsequently of no help. He spoke horribly about his secretary and was rude to her. He made an easy two hundred and fifty dollars off of us, and we left frustrated and with no guidance at all. If you are also in need of the same kind of help as we were, look somewhere else or seek counseling with his daughter, Angela Guttman, and don't waste your time or money.

I’m writing this as a warning for special needs parents who are looking for legal help. We contacted Shay almost two years ago, needing help with a special needs trust and a birth certificate issue. She said she could handle both for us and we paid 3k up front. During the next 18 months, we had to consistently call her office for updates regarding the trust. It took over a year for her to finish writing it, and then when we finally received it, we found she had written the wrong name down for guardianship. A big error!
As for the birth certificate issue, it never got fixed. We would call her office every few weeks for an update. But finally, we just stopped calling and we haven’t heard from her in over 6 months. This entire experience was horrible for us! I’m shocked that her rating is as high as it is on here… We paid her 3k and baaarely got half of what was promised.

Family hired him to help my brother he took the money then swapped him out he wouldn't do in person inspection of evidence for the case he begged my brother to take a polygraph test in which he passed and he still failed to do his duty my brother is 1000% innocent and if wasn't for him telling my brother he was getting released he wouldn't have signed a improper plea agreement this guy Rob us of 160k plus other fees wouldn't recommend ever he filed no motions he completed no depos he was asked numerous of times to file motion to incur cost for private investigations, officers in the case resigned due to investigations, the prosecutor destroyed evidence that was known tore up unwarranted phone with amicable evidenc even had the known suspect stating what the detectives did and done, phone bills was altered as well as videos was altered my innocent brother was sentenced to 7yrs for something he didn't do and a person he never saw nor came in contact with which is RIDICULOUS Look at case number 162019cf009692 in Jacksonville fl Duval County ALL FACTS
