Working with Laurie was a wonderful, stress free experience for my husband and I. We needed to update our wills and estate planning documents and she walked us through the process...taking the time explain and make sure we understood all the legal jargon and processes. As will most legal documents,there was a lot we were not sure about and Laurie was fantastic in explaining until they were clear. After only a few meetings, we were able to review the documents and have them processed. We left with confidence that all was in order as we left for a trip out of the country the next day.

Fred Niemann and his staff were easy to deal with and saved us a huge amount of money. The first lawyer we went to insisted that my wife and I needed complex wills, involving the establishment of many trusts, adding thousands of dollars to the cost. He actually refused to do the simpler wills. So we went to our next choice, Hanlon, Niemann & Wright. Fred, hearing the same story from us as the first lawyer, gave us the same explanation of the risk of not using trusts. But Fred listened to our explanation of why we believed that we didn't need them. He agreed with us., and Hanlon Niemann put together the two wills and the power of attorney documents that were exactly what we both wanted, and for less than the first lawyer would have charged for the simple wills that we had originally asked for. If we ever need help from a law firm again, guess who we will call.

After consulting with Eric, in 2012, we hired him to handle my mother in law's estate. He implemented a trust and filed an application for a Veteran's Widow' pension, for financial assistance in her care. The application was approved and the additional money was a godsend in helping with the cost of her care. Anytime I had a question I would call the office and they were wonderful. I was never made to feel that my silly questions weren't important. Sadly, my mother in law passed away last year. A simple phone call to the office provided me with assistance in finalizing her estate. Because of the depth of his knowledge in estate planning all of her assets were protected. Eric, Clelia and their entire staff Are absolutely wonderful.

My experience with Eric and his team has been amazing. I had no clue about what I needed to do or know before I began this process. Being uncertain is why I put it off for so long. Best phone call I ever made. While speaking with Mr. Rothkoff for the first time, he asked "why are looking for legal help with managing your mother's estate?" As Power of Attorney for my mother, I was terrified I would make a mistake that would be to her financial detriment. I lived in one state, she was currently in another and was re-locating to a third. I had heard horror stories from people who just didn't know how to navigate elder care law. When I told him such, he replied: "We'd love to help you. When can you come in?" I felt like I'd just been welcomed to the family!

Needed help with gaining US citizenship. After reading some reviews my husband and myself went in to Alberto Brothers firm. Roderick answered every question we had, walked us through every step of the process and presented us with different payment options. After hiring them they stayed in contact with us, I called for additional questions a couple of times as well. My husband and I contacted Yale Hauptman when it became apparent that my mom would need to be approved for Medicaid in order to continue her care in the residence where she has been successful. After a consultation with Yale, we hired him. Yale and everyone in his office were always knowledgeable, professional, and maintained excellent communication with us. That last part was very important, as the law office has gone through the Medicaid process many times, but it was our first time doing this, so we needed them to continually provide guidance and reassurance that everything was proceeding as needed—and they never lost sight of that. When my husband had a catastrophic accident and needed round the clock long term care I was shocked when told the cost which could have easily bankrupted my family. There was no way we could afford it and be able to support the needs of our young family. Talking to different people led to conflicting information. I couldn’t figure out what to do until I found Yale and his staff. Yale was able to answer all my questions, help me make the right choices for my husband and our family and navigate thru the maze of rules and regulations to get Medicaid benefits my husband. This has allowed me to preserve most of our savings which will help support myself and my children in the coming years while at the same time insuring that my husband is well cared for.

I was referred to Paul out of necessity by a consultant, so I didn't know what to expect. I've always had a decidedly negative opinion of most attorneys and I expected more of the same. What I got from Paul, and the associates at his firm, was the polar opposite. First, an understanding of the intricacies of my particular situation, and an explanation of the law, and my options, in plain English. Second, they took a personal interest in my situation, and even advised me on several occassions to choose a simpler resolution, even though it obviously meant lower billings for the firm. Third, I was always kept current on any status changes in the various pending issues/cases that they were handling for me. That is something I have never been able to get from an attorney. I always knew what was going on within an hour of when it happened. And all this at a very reasonable hourly rate, plus extremely detailed billing statements, which is another attorney first for me.

I have used Paul and his firm for both personal and business legal matters for over 10 years. He is an excellent lawyer and also an honest and honorable man. He was always truthful about all matters. I was always kept informed about the proceedings and the billings. He would tell me when I was wrong and recommend the best course of action. Honesty like that is hard to find.
His firm handles all legal matters for my computer consulting company. I have had to go to court 3 times for business disputes and Paul won every case. In addition to business litigation Paul also does all the company's contract work and general legal counsel.
Paul has also handle all my personal legal matters such as real estate, estate planning and taxes. Once again because of Paul I have never been on the loosing side in a legal dispute.

My case started 5 years ago with Mr. Milvidskiy and his law firm. I had a really complicated immigration case but he took his time to listen carefully, very professional and gave his honest opinion in my first consultation. What I love about his approach is how "brutally honest" he was with me every step of the way. If you are like me and hate anyone sugar coating stuffs then you have found the right lawyer. Two relatives of mine, both sisters, had strokes within weeks of each other, after discharge from a hospital they were placed in an undesirable nursing home for rehab, which eventually turned into a long-term care situation. I was at a loss on how to get them out of this place & what to do next.
