Scheduled an appointment/consultation regarding Trust. On the day of the appointment no contact. Called the office to find out that they tried to call me last week to reschedule. Did not receive any calls nor voicemail from them. Asked if there is an available time for the week or following week. None. Thanks for wasting my time and being "reasonable" on reschedule

It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
Robert and Iris, thank you for everything. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again.

Jay hausman was my lawyer back in 2011, I found him when I googled best accident lawyers in Westchester. The list came up and I chose him, Something about that name that spoke volumes to me. Best choice I ever made. He handle my case so effective and efficiently, he always kept the communication doors open. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case. Fast forward to 2024, every individual that has had an accident that I know or came across a conversation, the first thing, I say is Do you have a lawyer? Don’t worry I got one for you. My father had passed away and my mother was ill. The family needed to get our affiars in order and a friend recommend Paul Fellin. I along with my siblings decended on his office with 1000 questions, in need of new documents and on a time crunch. He was wonderful, gave sage advice, got the documents completed in a timely fashion , even drove 25 min to meet with my mother in her home. I have reached out to him here and there for advice on matters he is not even handling for me and he always takes the call, responds quickly to email and just takes care of things.. I could not recommend him highly enough.

The worst real estate lawyers l've ever met. They don't have your best interest in hand, they communicate with us through text messages and emails through out the whole process in which messages was misconstrued and when you call them they never answer. I never meet them until closing, and we are still fighting for the rest of our money from the buyers.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

Linda personally shepherded us, over a period of several months through the process of setting up a trust that included in-state and out-of-state property. She helped us solve co-op issues as well. Throughout, she provided a firm guiding hand, kept moving us along--it is hard to think about "after I'm/we're gone"--to achieve goals we had set together in our initial meeting. She was thorough, made sure all the "i's" were dotted, "t's crossed. In meetings, she made excellent use of every minute, covered everything. She kept in touch regularly, was available to answer questions especially by email, and just did an all-round topnotch job. Her advice was timely, consistent, and accurate. And her fees are reasonable, especially given that she herself oversees all the work and keeps in contact with you personally.

I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. After our discussion, it became evident that I would greatly benefit from his experience and expertise. I hired Anthony and it didn't take long for Harley to become more cooperative. Eventually, we reached a settlement that left me very satisfied. Next time I will save myself a considerable amount of time and frustration and go to Anthony first.

No question is "too stupid to ask." Time at each meeting allowed for our questions to be answered. The time frame between the initial consultation and review of our plan allowed us to digest all the information and gather the additional items she requested.
Upon review of all our individual assets, which included a vacation home in another state; separate banking, retirement and investments accounts for each of us and; multiple desired beneficiaries in addition to our one child, Ms. Cipriani advised us as to what changes we should make as well as how to make them. She developed a comprehensive estate plan and thoroughly reviewed it with us before execution.

First and foremost, the Magnell Office is a cut above the rest. They were not only cordial and attentive but displayed a strong sense of trust, integrity, and reliability when taking on my case. Back in 2020, I got a speeding ticket for driving a 53 in a 30. As an out-of-state driver, I was unaware of New York's point system. Not to mention the fact that this was my first-time offense. Long story short, I would have gotten 6 pts; however, the Magnell Office brought it down to 0 pts and a fine for littering on the highway. I highly recommend this law firm. If I could, I would give them a 6 out of 5.

He tried to contact me within a day after I tried to leave a message. After consultation, he even called a few more times after coming up with extra options regarding our case even calling after regular business hours. It goes to show how hard he works and how much he would care for your situation if he went that far just for consultation.
