Filing Bankruptcy with Attorney Michael Primus is as as smooth as it can get I originally filed with another firm and 18 months later nothing was resolved. I fiired them and hired Michael Primus in October 2024 and by February 18 2025 my bankruptcy is complete. Mr Primus is very very professional and personable. I was in need of some legal advice on a couple of occasions, and reached out to Mr. Leopoldis via Avvo. My legal issues were related to the growth of my business, and my liabilities as an employer. He provided both solid advice, as well as actionable suggestions to help with both issues. His fees are very reasonable in comparison to other attorneys. Mr. Leopoldis has a very calm demeanor, and the use of "Mr" in my review, may be implying a stuffiness that does not exist. Brandon is very easy to speak to regarding legal matters, and very easily accessable by e-mail. He does not hide behind secretaries and ensures his clients needs are met. Mr. Leopoldis/Brandon may not be the best match for your legal needs, like a Dermatologist might not be the best match for your health needs, but he should be your FIRST call, and your Go-To Attorney, as he will tell you up front whether your issue matches his specialty -- and with his many legal connections, he will point you in the right direction and make sure you are in good hands, if the hands you need to be in are not his own.

Jay helped me in dealing with a company that sent me defective products. Even after sending the company photos of the defect and contacting them numerous times within the return policy window, I received no responses from them. I contacted Jay and within less than a day I got a response from the company! Just a few days later I received a brand new product in the mail. Amazing service with no money out of pocket! Under Covide I received a Frivolous ADA WCAG website compliance lawsuit by the Frivolous "Handy Potter" Law firm who is not liked by the courts in San Francisco as their firm is an unprofessional legal milling practice & their fraudster client The plaintiff, "Un-Blinded" Andres Gomez. Of course my business was at a peril at that point in time, although Attorney Scott Karlin and his professional team, with Melissa and Dan were to the rescue. The lawsuit hit at the worse time in my family and my life as our business was struggling business. The level of service that Scott and his team brought was assuring. They even captured video surveillance of The Un-Blinded Andres Gomez walking around without any assistance discovering factually that Andres Gomez was not blind at all and consistently lied to the courts under oath. Andres Gomez and the Handy Potter has caused much harm to families and local small businesses and now, The Karlin group has brought much relief and stopped those carpet baggers from terrorising businesses using the false premises of being blind and using the ADA laws illegally. I want to thank the entire Karlin Group for their complete service from A-Z... Thank you Scott. Prayers to your team and yourself.. Case Dismissed..! Amen.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case.
