I highly NOT recommend Mrs. Kay-Ann Waite. I hired her in April and at the beginning she told me it wasn’t going to take too long and it seemed she was going to work hard for me. Then, I had to constantly ask for updates since she didn’t provided any without me asking. It is June now and since 2 weeks ago, I have been calling to her office and sending emails and text messages asking for updates but it seems pointless. If she is not planning to get the job done, I would like to get a refund and hire another lawyer.

This is first time that I had experience with my only one ( and last one )car accident….
After 3 days my friend asked me who’s my car accident Lawyer, I said no one , how ??? He didn’t believe it !!
He recommended to me Blakeley Law Firm, because some of his friends used it and they’re very happy with it.
We called the firm’s and started the case , then Mr. Carlos contacted me the very next day representing the Law Firm through the case processing, it was my big confusion as never been accident or know what to do or where to start… specially I’m over 70 years old , He was very passionate about my age and my health like a family person during doing his job in very professional styling, and very organized doing things with me and for me between scheduling appointments or change dates for it, all the small details need a lot of attentions

Greg Galloway is a terrible lawyer and a cheat! After charging a $300 consultation fee this man pretty much went on tease me about the possibility of paring up with a company that would help me get my production off the ground for 2 MONTHS only to turn around and tell me the deal fell through. What worst is when I asked if there was anything we could do to move forward, any people he could try to reach out to and talk to he pretty much said "I wish I could..but I can't" PLEASE save your money and DO NOT go to this guy for any legal advise. He's going to take your money, fake care about your project and leave you high and dry.

So I’m sure every client experience will vary based off their factors regarding their divorce but here is my take on it. The firm can be expensive without a doubt. However I am sure there are more expensive and cheaper firms out there. I will be paying off my dues for a bit to come, but you are paying for the experience the firm offers. If I did not seek representation I would have absolutely been taken advantage of by my ex. The firms professionalism and knowledge was shown when my cases counsels started going head to head.
I was represented by Chauntel Miller and she did an amazing job helping me throughout the whole process which was lengthy. Not only was she able to get a deal that I was happy with and worked best for me and my child she taught me some renewed attributes such as self confidence and discipline which was definitely lacking during the divorce. She is kind, patient and honest when you are working with her.

Mrs Alexandria who was representing me not doing her job my Ex was having in affairs I have all the proves gave them to my lawyer she said Florida law man can have many women they want. All. She was promised to do when a gave her the case At the end I come out with nothing. My Ex made 300k and I made 50k she make me pay for everything. I ended up paying him money.

Mr. Carter was subsequently hired as plaintiffs representation for litigation.
Mr. Carter successfully resolved the matter in favor of plaintiff. The case was complicated, difficult to dissect with multiple defendants.
Ultra professional, most attentive, excellent steward, and commanding in the court room.

Ivan mislead me with information on the amount my settlement would be and drew out the entire process for nothing than maybe his own gain.
I was pregnant and suffered my entire pregnancy and still now.
Ivan did not go to bat for me as I expected the lawyer I hired to do.
He did for my passenger though.

I retained Mr. Miller's firm for an Action in Partition defense. I was lied to by his partner Robert Garcia. He told me he was going to file a Motion for Mediation, prepared it, billed me for it and never filed it. He failed and refused to get a matter to mediation three times, under the guise that he was trying to save me money, after which I told to get on with and that he would be paid, and he still refused. Mr. Miller even told him to file the Motion and get the Judge to sign an Order. Mr. Garcia still failed to do so.
Then when I became angry at his failure to act, he fires me! Then there was the matter of the $2,500 retainer I paid these people. I had to ask for an itemized bill. I eventually received an email of what was left of my retainer.
Upon receipt of my bill, I discovered that I was billed close to $150 for preparation of a Motion THAT WAS NEVER EVEN FILED WITH THE COURT!! Unless it's filed, it's of zero value! THEN I was charged a $15.00 fee for "filing" another motion. THIS is purely a secretarial function! This takes minutes at best. I have worked for law firms in three different states, and know of NO reputable law firm who bills their clients for pleadings that are NEVER filed and for secretarial services.
The descriptions Mr. Garcia entered on the bill are inadequate. I've billed my time, and my time entries were NEVER called into question because my descriptions were adequate! I was taught well. You simply cannot enter "email with opposing counsel," and a next to nothing description of that email unless, of course, you don't mind redoing billing entries!
When I questioned these email charges, I requested copies of those emails I was being charged for. Mr. Garcia requested that I give him essentially "carte blanche" to have his secretary figure this out and send them to me. He added I would be charged secretarial time and he had no idea how much that would be. Now, once again, I know of no reputable firm that does this kind of thing! IF you want copies of something, you are charged per copy what the Clerk of the Court charged PERIOD! There were NOT that many entries I was questioning.
They failed and flat out refused to address the billing issues. I asked Mr. Miller if he would agree to the Fee Dispute Arbitration Program of the Florida Bar. He failed to respond. IT'S FREE! I also sent another offer to amicably resolve the matter, which also went ignored by Mr. Miller and Mr. Garcia. There was a $600 difference between what they took as their "fee" and what I believe their sub-par work and what they put me through was worth. Many times, both Mr. Miller and Mr. Garcia stated "we do not nickel and dime our clients." Just because they say this, doesn't make it so.
I am a Senior Citizen, living on Social Security. These people ripped me off as set forth above, disrespected me, and took advantage of me.
I do not want anyone else to have to go through this with these horrible people. Use them for closing, as closing are cookie cutter. BUT do not use them for anything else.
Also, this website https://www.expertise.com/fl/orlando/real-estate-attorneys, scored 141 real estate lawyers in Orlando and arrived at the top 33, Mr. Miller's firm is conspicuously not among them. They were scored on availability, qualifications, reputation, experience and professionalism. It appears obvious to me that Mr. Miller's firm must not have measured up.
Now Mr. Miller and Mr. Garcia may attempt to refute all of this. BUT Please know that I have each and every email sent to my by both of them that will substantiate everything and then some.

Dear Readers, I post this review at the conclusion of a very difficult matter. It involved Insurance and liability - property. Mr. Ossi, Mike was referred to me. He and his associated firm Florin and Roebig are respectful, diligent, tenacious and always available. His insight into the matter was spot on and without him - things would not have been resolved. Watch out for Insurance companies and private corporations - the are always out to swindle the customer and the claimant. Michael and his team put a stop to that and provide the advocate that is needed to fix what is wrong with this industry.
I have personally checked out Michael and his background as well as his firms work and can highly recommend him. He handles things and is the front man for the teams. His associates work and responsiveness of his office: Ossi and Najem and Florin and Roebig is 4 out of 5. Their voicemail system is a bit clunky and they do not work weekends - I work 7 days a week.
Frankly Mike should be a Judge!

I retained this attorney on a few cases but because it was going to take some effort to resolve they declined the cases after 3 months and after my medical bills went sky high. I contacted a more knowledgable attorney who guaranteed I had a solid case. This attorney gets you retained then pushes you off to his partner never to hear from again.

I wish I could give him a zero! I needed someone to help me with a severe case of harassment from a very large company and thought Mr. Howard could help. I called his office over 10 times I actually lost count. At the very least I should have gotten a call back. Take my case not take my case it doesn't matter. If this is the new law firm why are They NOT instructing Sedgewick Cllaims on the laws and procedures of treating the clients humainly and timely authorizeing in my case Walgreens to fill the scripts timely and monthly as they are required?? Maybe you need to contact the prior lawfirm that handled sedgwick for the assistant got to understand that they need to monthly ok the medicine for an injured client. In you need to get instructions from the prior law firm on how to instruct sedgewick how to professionally do their job i will give you info on their previous lawyers so you have instructions to deal with sedgewick as they needed to fill my meds sent to walgreens on tuuesday after my painmanagement visit. And instruct sedgewick that these medicines need approved MONTHLY. Also inform they will have emergency room bills for I am in so much pain and my blood pressure is skyrocketing for sedgewick is putting me through this aggrivation.

Alan Soven receives a zero-star rating from me. He represented me in a false domestic violence accusation by my ex-wife. Despite having a strong case with witnesses and 911 tapes in my favor, Soven persuaded me to accept a plea deal for 1 year of probation with adjudication withheld, claiming it was the best option to avoid a potential 5-year sentence if found guilty at trial. However, Soven failed to inform me that my record couldn’t be expunged or sealed due to the nature of the charges in Florida. Had I received proper legal advice, I would have opted for a trial instead of accepting the plea deal. Soven’s incompetence has led me to caution against engaging him for any legal matters. He should stick to ambulance chasing cases.

Bad legal advise and Alan Soven does not have a grip on the law. Let me explain, he advised me to accept a plea bargain from the State prosecutor and advised me not to go to trial with a good defense with evidence that I was inocente. He wanted me to accept the plea bargain since it’s less work for him. He did this by instilling fear into me that I would loose the case and go to prison. He assured me that he would simply expunge my record afterward I complied with the conditions of the bargain. He was UNAWARE and uneducated of the the age old law in place, which I later found out, did not allow for me to be able to seal or expunge my record as I had erroneously been lead to believe by the so called attorney, Alan Soven. When I asked him what he was going to do for me, he told me that there was nothing for him to do. Of coarse there isn’t anything to do because he misrepresented to me the law. I would have NEVER accepted the plea bargain if I knew what Alan Soven led me to believe was true... but was not. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It was attorney Sovens total commitment and fierce determination that enabled a multimillion-dollar code enforcement scheme to be uncovered and terminated. Enlisting the FBI and going up against a prominent Florida Law Firm not only did Allen succeed but he sacrificed. Because of his aggressive prosecution of my case his office was burned in an arson fire in attempt to silence him and prevent further action on his part. But when it came time to schedule the hearing for my ex’s third contempt charge for non-payment of child support, Mr. Thibault vanished. No response at all to many many texts, calls, and emails. Mr. Thibault was recommended to me at a time when life was very stressful. My first surprise was that he met with me on a Saturday and from that moment he repeatedly assured me that everything would be fine. He was right. Mr. Thibault also worked with me and around my schedule, and not always on his. I've had lawyers in my past, and until meeting Mr. Thibault, had an opinion that this profession lacked warmth and a personalization of an individuals circumstance. I think what makes a lawyer a great lawyer is in having social skills, a sense of strength, and confidence. Mr. Thibault's character exemplifies all these traits as well as being an outstanding lawyer.

I have known Richard for years and used him last year for an attorney, I had some complications from a auto accident and he took care of everything and was very caring. Feeling robbed by this firm and Mr Ira Silverstein. We hired him for a super sensitive case but he didn’t bother himself to even talk to the person that was in trouble. He was busy with other cases and never told us that he doesn’t have time so we spent crucial time with waiting and he charged us almost $3,000 for going to 1 hearing. Can’t even explain how disappointed I am.

Words can't describe how unhappy we are with this firm. We were referred to Ira Silverstein regarding a very delicate case with a seller our company was under contract with to buy his property. The seller is about to lose his house in pre foreclosure he is the heir of the property inherited from his mother. This attorney did not start the probate till after one month of being hired. He said he was busy and also felt ill. He acted all high and mighty when we hired him and it ended up being the biggest waste of time and money we could have ever spent. We came to him so that he can stop the sale in June which he did and got it postponed till July. He then came back and said our only option is to redeem the property and pay the entire balance ourselves. We hired him to get probate going, file quiet title so that we can purchase this property. We wasted time and now the seller has no other option but to lose his home. There was fraud involved in this case from individuals who tried to steal this sellers deed. Even the attorney who referred us to him was aware of this. We truly feel no one cared AT ALL for this poor seller. He never ecen communicated with the seller!! It's truly a shame and sad he charged us almost 3000 dollars to just go and get a sale postponed for a 1 month. He still drafted the docs for probate and sent it to the seller. I'm speechless and saddened more than anything. And in the end all he did was ask if we wanted his services stopped. Truly did not give 1 damn about anything but the money we paid him in our opinion. So sad and broken for this seller.

Doesn't provide enough information on your case at all, until you LOSE EVERYTHING. Doesn't have security parameters to protect all your personal information sent to him, amazing!!!

He will take your money and run - full of false promises. Does not listen or follow through with a plan of action and is non-responsive when it comes addressing your concerns. Still waiting on his office to get back to me on an email I sent nearly eight months ago when a suit was filed per my request and I NEVER received a court date and lost my retainer!

Mr. Katz and his team worked hard for me and negotiated an amazing deal with my bank. In the end another couple bought my home in a short sale, and I was able to walk away with out a judgement.
