The dishes and glasswares were extremely dirty to the point I couldn’t use it myself - I got to work I turned their kitchen into a mirror everything super clean even the employees and guess noticed the differences - I will not leave dishes stay unwashed overnight to avoid food and drink poisoning but to the manager it’s not important because I was mistreated by one of his third party server and he came and immediately removed me from my long term gigs - clearly he doesn’t know the importance of clean dishes when offering catering services - the kitchen doesn’t have a 3 sinks comportments and for sure nothing is being sanitized because they use 2 small domestic dishwashers. For sure anything being used right now is dirty especially plates and mugs ( I even turned all mugs super clean no coffee stains or lipstick) but the man got rid of me because I challenged a server who said I don’t know what I was doing. His decision was based on discrimination because I refused to go permanent with the company

Abhorrent, unprofessional, immoral.
Despite multiple email, Zoom, and verbal conversations regarding my preferred pronouns, Department Managers refused to respect my preferences, openly and loudly referring to me by the gender they decided they knew better than me. Be warned, this is NOT a safe place for the LGBTQIA2+ Community. Additionally, multiple comments were made by Department Managers that they hated coworkers, internal and external, because their Indian. Be warned, this is NOT a safe place for people of color.

The absolute worst, most disgusting people. A third rate lawyer, a graduate of the 125th rank law school in the country has the audacity to charge $1000.00 per hour !!!! Also unscrupulous. Take cash payments ($70k in my case) and failed to file the required IRS form on time! Had her client record my private conversations with a third party on the phone to use against me. This woman attorney even had the nerve to ask me if can get an erection during a deposition!! Talk about classless!!! This from a woman who probably is probably on hormonal therapy! Absolute low class, money grubbing pos! Would not recommend these unethical shysters!

My experience with Joyce Adriana Delgado at Venable LLP was highly disappointing. Rather than seeking justice, she appeared more focused on prolonging litigation and employing aggressive legal maneuvers that only benefited the opposing party. During my deposition, her approach felt less like a fair legal process and more like an interrogation designed to manipulate facts rather than uncover the truth. Her litigation style and strategic delays made me question whether her methods reflect an influence of authoritarian legal tactics, similar to those seen in Venezuelan legal systems. Given her background and approach, I also couldn’t help but wonder if her legal strategies are influenced by ideological or political ties, including potential connections to communism.
Additionally, she seems to focus on defending powerful entities and individuals engaged in financial misconduct rather than advocating for fairness and justice. If you are looking for an attorney who prioritizes transparency and ethical representation, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I was a client for just 7 months with a workers compensation case, when I was calling them for weeks and the woman I always spoke with all of sudden was with another client, I persist and to my surprise when she finally answered, she just said we closed the case, without even communicating with me, I was badly injured, now I’m home can not work, no compensation, no case, nothing because of the worst mistake I ever made in my life of choosing this nonsense law firm Harris , horrible horrible, unprofessional people, please their is more, don’t use them they don’t care, she was yes we closed the case and we can’t do anything for you .

I am so greatful for Mr. Restrepo-Rodriguez’s professional and knowledgeable legal service in handling Workers’ Compensation penalty matter. A few months ago, I got a letter from WCB saying that I owed a violation penalty because of no insurance coverage for the nanny I hired to take care of our child. The amount is round 26,000 for just one year from 2018 to 2019. And another amount is over 10,000 for three months in 2015 under section 26. I don’t know at all, as many families in New York, that it is mandatory to buy WC insurance for nanny. And the government might chase back to previous years year by year. The amount is big enough potentially to kill a family’s finance. I have visited many attorneys in new york area. Fortunately, I had chance to meet with attorney Mr. Restrepo-Rodriguez. He is most knowledgeable and with practical advices for the matter among these attorneys. Later, he sincerely and tactfully communicated with workers’ compensation board verbally and by written. And after his efforts, the WCB agreed to reduce my penalty (for secton26) to less than 10% of original amount and removed the other penalty (for section 52). There’re only a few attorneys in whole New York City area can make such an achievement. And most important, he has knowledge and is able to work with WCB attorney to settle and release all areas of the matter, which means WCB won’t chase you for no insurance coverage for previous years period by period. He is also very compassionate attorney and has a great personality. You will be lucky to have him if you face the similar matter of Workers’ Comp case, the same as me.

He proved to me to be one of those lawyer that will clock on your pocket as many hours as possible and stretch it as much as possible but not a great conclusion to my case. After 2 and a half of taking my money we finally arrived to the day of the trial. He kept me for almost an hour asking me questions and when it was the turn for him to ask to the my opponent, he only asked 2 irrelevant questions. Even after months of talk and strategy he just went up there and did nothing for me. It even looked to me that he took money from the other side to get the case thrown out.
The judge dismiss the case on the ground that the presentation of his paper saying that they were to loose and not specific to make a case.
He proved to be inexperience, a very soft legal fighter and a coward.
If you are already working with him think about changing him straight away.
