They didn’t represent me, so this review isn’t about their representation, but I would suggest that they discontinue advertising that they practice law in areas that they do not. I called about a bad faith insurance case, and was told that they only practice personal injury law. That just seems shady to advertise a whole list of practice areas just to get people to call them, especially when it may impact people who are in these kinds of difficult situations. What does that say about the firm? Trustworthy? I don’t believe so.

I am writing this recommendation regarding attorney Jane Cowles. I have been Ms. Cowles's client for a few months now.
During this time I have found her to be a blessing in disguise. I originally went with a different attorney and a different law firm. I was extremely unhappy with their performance. I was not treated like a person or a client. I felt I was just one of their manila files with dollar signs attached.
Because of those frustrating circumstances, I sought out a new attorney. That's when I found Jane Cowles. Ms. Cowles never once made me feel pressured. Throughout the whole legal process, if I ever had a question, she was always accessible, as well as accommodating to my particular circumstances. I struggle with dyslexia, and Jane Cowles was still able to work with me seamlessly and tirelessly on every aspect of my case.

I came to Ron feeling very nervous about my new business. I felt lost in a sea of state laws and paperwork, having no idea where to begin. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it.
