A month ago, I had FOUR traffic tickets issued to me, at one time, by a gang of mentally-ill Suffolk County police-officers—the total points of which would equal EIGHT, had I been found guilty.
I am so very grateful that I choose David to represent me in court; he was able to have two tickets dismissed entirely and the other two reduced to mere parking violations! Needless to say, I am deeply satisfied with David's excellent performance and am forever indebted to his kindness—because without him, my drivers-license would surly have been suspended and/or revoked!

I have never had to sue anyone before in my 60 years of life, but I think when some service companies see a woman who lives alone, they think they can bully her. I had 2 HORRIFIC experiences with HVAC companies…2 companies in a row! Terry came highly recommended to me by an acquaintance in town, after a previous attorney dropped the ball. Terry was patient, thorough, detailed and very professional. Thanks to a Terry’s advice, and hard work on my behalf, I didn’t have to go to court for either case! We won the first case in arbitration, which Terry suggested would be much less expensive and take far less time, than going to court. The second case settled out of court in less than a month. Both cases were won in less than a year of each other. That’s probably a world record! I HIGHLY recommend Terry to anyone looking for an excellent attorney who’s a winner!

I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. The turnaround was astounding, impressive, and much needed.
The issue was resolved the same day, and the immediate connection and ability to speak directly greatly helped everything within the process.
Unlike other law firms that you have to work through an army of admin assistants, working with Russ was easy, fast, and I received expert-level resolution without any back and forth or time wasted.

I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision. At first, I was so worried. My employer had a team of legal professionals and a lot of money to pour into litigation and I definitely do not. I was recently arrested and falsely accused by a proprietor of a business. Upon appearing in Manhattan court for a D.A.T pertaining to this matter I must admit the taste of discuss the NYPD left with me was/is horrendous. Adam approached me and immediately upon speaking with me he could feel my frustration emanating, especially after sharing false claims/ allegations made in a spruced up report by an officer. His warm and understanding demener instilled in me a new confidence and hope of justice. He almost makes me look forward to my next appearance. I recently hired Adam to represent me for my DWI arrest on the Westside hwy. I had refused the breathalyzer in the precinct on the advice of a friend of mine that was an attorney but not the type of attorney you want giving you legal advice on DWI's. I was arrested on a Sunday evening and needed to spend the night in the tombs. My wife called my sister who is an attorney and asked her to find a lawyer and my sister must have made over 20 phone calls to lawyers asking for recommendations for DWI attorneys she advised that multiple people had brought up Adam's name and when she told me "I have never heard an attorney refer to another attorney as an amazing lawyer but even better person" I knew I needed to go with Adam. My wife had the initial communication with him but even she raved about how easy he was to talk to him. He wasn't able to make it to my initial court hearing the night I got out because he was in California on business but he had one of his associates come. Honestly you could probably save yourself 1.5-2k by not having an attorney because nothing actually happens at the hearing where you're released but I would have paid 5k just to get out of that place so I didn't care. When Adam and I first met I introduced myself said to him "after all of this is said and done, I hope I can say that hiring you was one of the best decisions of my life", and even that is not enough at this point. Adam was so honest with me but yet the way he carried out the conversation I still felt reassured that the best possible outcome was going to happen. I'm a realistic person, I know that if a lawyer tells me that there's a 100% chance of me getting completely off that he's just blowing smoke but Adam wasn't like that. He actually wanted to know about who I was, where I came from, the circumstances of the evening and things leading up to that evening. He really spent his time trying to find out who I was so that he could humanize this terribly unfortunate mistake I made. The NYS stance on refusals is no pleas and he told me that it rarely happens the first time, but that if we were persistent there was a possibly we would prevail. Adam scheduled a meeting with me to review all of the court documents and get my take on everything and also did his due diligence in trying to find discrepancies in the court that he could use, not only if we needed to go to court but also in trying to persuade the ADA to submit a reduced plea. The first hearing came and went and no plea. Obviously I was very disappointed but Adam once again, reassured me that this wasn't the end of the road. Adam was so persistent with the ADA, constantly communicating with him and seeing where things stood, I really knew that he had my best interest at heart. Sure enough, in the days leading up to the second and final hearing before we would have needed to go to court the ADA sent Adam a message with the reduced plea. No misdemeanor, not ignition lock, a license suspension reduced form 1 year to 90 days and I think $450 in fines. When Adam heard the news he immediately called me, emailed me and texted me. You could just tell he was so excited that we got exactly what we wanted. Overall, if you read this, regardless of what your DWI/DUI situation is, you will 100% be making the right decision to go with Adam to represent you. Adam, if you ever read this, I am forever indebted to you!!

I cannot say enough positive things about David and his legal service. I recently had a tough negotiation with The Weintstein Company and David went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process as we went back and forth with TWC for months. David advised great strategy in the negotiation process that resulted in a very good deal for my production company. It's clear David has a lot of experience in the entertainment industry and cares for his clients and their needs. Robert negotiated several extraordinary contracts for me over the years. He always responds to concerns (almost in real time). He listens and does whatever can be done to meet expectations. He is someone you would be happy to send in to talk to Management on your behalf.
He will stand with you after negotiations to enforce the contract if the need arises. He isn't a "well that's done let's put in the drawer" kind of guy. Mr. Meth and his team have represented me in criminal defense on multiple occasions, which admittedly does not say a lot for my character... I'm a young, stubborn and foolish man; blinded by my own arrogance and alcoholism and abhorrent decision making, I found myself making the same mistakes over and over again. Anyone who has been involved in the criminal justice system, whether you're the defense attorney, the DA, a judge or the defendant, you know that presiding judges do NOT look favorably upon repeat offenders. I first hired Meth law in 2014. From start to finish Mr. Meth, who always conducted himself professionally and respectfully to me, was able to navigate my case to a favorable disposition. In hindsight, what I respect the most about Mr. Meth's representation was that he did not just focus on the best outcome for me, right from the start he strongly encouraged and directed me to treatment for alcoholism during the case and even for after the case. Had i listened there is a good chance that the story would end right there, but alas, as i aforementioned I was stubborn and stupid. The following year I hired Meth Law again for a related, but not the exact same charge. Again Mr. Meth was able to get me a very favorable disposition. Seeing the behavioral pattern, he reminded and encouraged me to seek help and follow through instead of just half-assed participation and going through the motions. Again I didn't listen. Finally, in a particularly egregious and flagrant repeat of the original offense, I once again found myself in serious trouble (like the arraignment judge sets 5 figure bail on you kind if trouble) and in need of Meth Law's service. After barely affording the bail to get myself out of jail I found myself significantly short on the retainer fee to hire Meth Law. Understand the financial ruin I was in from posting bail and seeing my desperation and ability to make payments, Mr. Meth was very, very, reasonable and fair to let me pay half down and payments on the remaining balance while representing me from square 1. Instead of being entirely grateful, admittedly, at times i was a NIGHTMARE client to deal with. Between the fear over my future and my alcoholism, I was at times argumentative, combative and belligerent with the very people who were there to help and represent me. From reading applicable law sections, several applicable cases and case citations I led myself to believe that I knew more than I did and constantly argued with my representation, which as practicing attorneys, extremely intelligent men and women and law school graduates, had to have been woefully annoying. I acted childish and selfish, like I was the only client they had to worry about when it obviously was not the case. In spite of all of that... in spite of lashing out while having nobody to blame but myself... I was given a stern reminder of the way things were and why, all the while being treated respectfully without condescension and the utmost professionalism. I finally listened to Mr. Meth's advice and he guided me to excellent professional help for my alcoholism. I am going on 2 years sober to this day, I wish I listened sooner. I wound up having to do some time, and I deserved it. If it wasn't for Meth Law I would've had to do way more and would've come out of the correctional system irreparably broken and directionless like so many others. In spite of making many awful and stupid mistakes, I was given one last chance to get things right and make something of myself before I became a washed up, old loser... and I have Meth Law to thank for that. The retainer fees were always fair, Mr. Meth and his staff: Evan, Bianca, Tara, Christina were all fantastic extremely professional and courteous. They always responded to my inquiries immediately or ASAP and despite my immaturities, I was always treated with respect. Stuck in a hotel with my two children after being ordered by judge to not leave the state to go back to our home in FL Michael Picked up my call at 7 am on Saturday Morning. From that moment on I shut up and listened (for the most part) and he has been by my side over the past year and half fighting for my rights and my children's best interest.
