So Far the Only Lawyer to Get Me a Good outcome Simply by Following my Directions. I do not know why previous attorney's were unwilling to tell my side of the story or discuss my medical condition; my motives, and the plaintiffs motives. The judge agreed with me and I got a conditional discharge.
Michael was Chosen by Suffolk Legal Aid so he was chosen randomly, as far as I am concerned.
I wanted to represent myself but the Judge ordered a 730 Exam for trying to speak to him in between attorneys.
Michael was able to get me certified competent as well. Suffolk Legal Aid was unable to do that. They were also Unwilling to speak to the Da or Judge on my Behalf. Michael was not Timid in that regard.
However, I shouldn't have to threaten to leave a Bad Review to get an attorney to follow my instructions.

I had another attorney for a while and then I had the opportunity to work with Rocco when my attorney wasn't available. Recently he handled a litigation matter for us and he always made me feel at ease even though he did not handle the trial directly. I could not have better things to say about Ms. Singh. My apartment was broken into a few months ago by a relative of one of my neighbors. A number of valuable items were stolen. I was terribly shaken up and felt truly violated by this experience.
I sought legal counsel against my landlord and asked Ms. Singh to provide help in getting me out of my lease. I did not want to stay in an apartment that was unsafe or in a building that had already experienced its share of problems. Ms. Singh worked with me to really figure out what I wanted to achieve and explained the process to me very clearly so that I would be able to understand how to move forward.
Ms. Singh was very systematic in her approach to examining the law and making sure I had a leg to stand on against my landlord. She drafted a number of strongly worded letters to my landlord which she let me review each step of the way to make sure she had all the facts accurate and was representing the situation correctly. Her language to the landlord was extremely professional but very convincing at the same time. The pressure she put on my landlord was not so aggressive to be rude, but powerful enough to send the right message.
In the end, I was able to get out of my lease, all thanks to Ms. Singh. All in all, I was very pleased with her legal approach. She was extremely professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. So much of the law industry is not only about representing your clients for their own good, but also about counseling them and making them feel as reassured and comfortable as possible during a very stressful time in one's life. I could not have been more grateful to Ms. Singh, and I know she will continue her level of standards with each of her future clients and cases.

As a professional photographer in New York, I found myself in a situation where I needed the representation of a lawyer in a copyright infringement matter I brought up with a major company. I had to file BK back in 2009, it was one of the most devastating things I have ever had to do, but my husband became sick and I just could not do it anyone, I meet Richard Zirt and he explained the whole entire process to me and held my hand through the entire process within 6 months I was already released of all my debts and it was done. The best way to characterize the work of Brett Green is to share that he has been my attorney for almost a decade now. He was able to guide me through everything from the start up to successes and everything in between. From drawing up standard contracts for protecting myself or my business, or dealing with delicate and intricate legal situations, he manages to be clear and strong while remaining diplomatic and approachable while negotiating and anyone who works in entertainment can tell you, that's not common, nor easy.
He consistently advises us so that we are protected in advance so that we don't get ourselves into legal issues and on the occasion where it's unavoidable he creates a clear path and navigates us through the chaos to where we can understand all of our options.
