Russel Frost is the Lawyer that took me seriously when no one else would. My case was regarding personal property of a lower value amount that caused other lawyers to scoff at it, because it wasn't high dollar enough for them to care. Additionally, I was located in another State while the person I intended to sue was in Texas. Which is why I needed a lawyer based in Texas to bring my issue forward.
I had sent my property out of state to a specialist to be repaired, since local services weren't up to the task. My property was being withheld and not being returned to me after paying for the repair and diagnostic services. The person holding my property had constantly ignored any text messages, emails and phone calls I sent for over two months and I finally decided to go for legal action.
I paid for a consultation and presented my issue and evidence.
Literally while on the phone, Mr.Frost immediately got to work drafting demand letters while we talked, and had them sent to the other party same day. Guess what, I got my stuff back within days of them being made aware of the letter.
I was prepared to go the distance and take my issue all the way through civil court, we had intended to present additional claims, and monetary compensation on top of it, but thankfully we were able to resolve my issue peacefully, and avoid the slugfest that is the legal system.
I can't recommend Mr.Frost and his team enough, he stuck up for me when no one else would, his rates for consultation and the whole ordeal were absolutely affordable, and had great attention to detail and communication. If you need legal help, please consider him to fight for you. He and his team will make you proud!

Worth every penny... I've had three lawyers in the last five and a half years, Mr. Hunsberger being my last. *NONE* compare to the dedication and results from Mr. Hunsberger and his firm. After retaining his services, he had done more in six months than either of my previous lawyers had done in years. If his abilities in family law have even a sliver of insight to his abilities in criminal defense and personal injury law, you should absolutely retain his services regardless of the area you need legal counsel... And if I may say so myself, family law is a whole lot harder; as it most often reverts to a "mud slinging contest," but Mr. Hunsberger understood my goal was to rise above that, and he helped me and my family obtain a ruling that was more than we could have asked for.

I initially chose JP Law Office for my divorce case based on their reputation and the promising start I experienced. Nicolette was approachable, proactive, and seemed genuinely committed to guiding me through this challenging time. In the beginning, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Their close attention to detail and prompt responses gave me hope that my case would be handled with the utmost professionalism.
However, as the case progressed, I began to notice a concerning shift. What started as a proactive and client-focused approach gradually turned into a frustrating experience. Communication became less frequent, and important aspects of my case seemed to be overlooked or delayed.Instead we were wasting hours in not so important details. It became increasingly clear that the level of care and diligence I initially received was no longer a priority. They were managing different cases but also mine and they had no incentives to spend the hours in the relevant and important details.
Unfortunately, this decline in service had significant consequences. Not only did it lead to unnecessary delays, but it also resulted in considerable financial strain and a disastrous sentence. I had expected a higher standard of service, especially considering the costs involved. Instead, I was left feeling that my resources were wasted, with little to show for the time and money invested.

She showed no capability of listening to all parties involved with impartiality and objectivity and became stunningly rude and aggressive during the course of the meeting. While I applaud Eric Willie's courageous call for a reform. We have been toggled between abusive, delayed processes without accountability or reasons by the Supreme Court of the United States when urgent signature has been reviewed and approved for by lower courts.
Let's hope the 5 is not a front-end rating but a sincere address to dangerous local threats in public at the border state. Organized assault and molestation called out. No one came close to scratching in my car. It remains a 4.5 until then, focusing on where crimes are lurking and stemming. There is no guarantee it will not happen at the same time.
Life is more than surface code compliance.
It is individual and civic responsibilities both in-office and in public to address systemic issues reasonably applying legal code passed, during and after a worldwide pandemic.

Terrible Divorce Lawyer - Do Not Hire
I would not recommend this lawyer for your divorce. Not only is he incredibly unprofessional, but he also fails to deliver on basic legal responsibilities. He never filed any of the necessary documents for my divorce, and I was left completely in the dark throughout the process. He doesn't answer calls, doesn't follow up, and completely ignores your concerns. I regret choosing him and would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

In 2012 my husband and I contacted Tracy to help us prepare a living will and overall estate plan. I will say that she was very professional and courteous, and her prices were quite fair.
My husband has been in oil and gas his whole life and we were specifically concerned about putting money away so that I would be okay and our disabled oldest daughter would be okay.
In general she did a good job and was easy to work with.
My husband passed in early 2021 and my son worked with Tracy to probate the estate. When we involved our tax specialist there was a 7 figure tax bill that was completely unexpected!
It felt like she didn't do her homework or involve the right tax specialist. We've been blessed to have more than we need but I am upset that she didn't do this properly when my husband was around to help.

Okay folks. After being audited by the Texas Comptroller and them creating a tax bill of $175,000, I hired Curtis Osterlo to defend me. Long story short, I recorded all of the conversations between Mr. Osterlo and myself. In the beginning, he mentioned the names of people at the Comptroller NOT to talk to. Two months later, while racking up legal fees, he suggested he would circle back around and speak to Jane Doe (one of the people NOT to talk to). That is when I fired him. In my opinion, this law firm is in bed with the Comptroller to generate legal fees. After firing Curtis, I handled my case myself. The comptroller didn't know what to do now? Their boy wonder was out. I proved to the Comptroller I didn't owe the money by emailing a copy of the Federal and State laws. I ended up winning without Curtis. He wanted me to settle and charge me $35,000 for his time. I will never do business in the state of Texas again!

After 3 years of an open case, Kellee was not able to make any movement toward closure and was not able to accomplish my case goals. My case was not the easiest but Kellee was more interested in continuous never ending negotiations rather than enforcement of existing orders and failed to notify me of key dates and notices of my case. If your case has any level of complication, I do not recommend her.

No for Court appointed attorney!
My Son was apprehensive about receiving a court appointed attorney for a Serious charge in Williamson County. Court appointed Attorneys are known for putting very little into their clients cases.
He was absolutely right ! The day of court Gorski still had not talked with my Son , he didn’t review the pertinent videos that would have helped showed self defense & get his bond reduced and he didn’t talk to witnesses. Prior to court my Son tried to call him but he was blown off. Every time I talked with him he reminded me how busy he was handling another important case. He would say my Sons case was going to take a long time & he was very busy. He kept lying saying he was going to look at the videos & when asked did he look at the videos he said “no I’m so busy”. That’s unprofessional. Your work load (other cases) should never be your clients problem. We understood the case wasn’t going to be resolved quickly. We asked him to at least get the bond decreased. He failed at that because he wasn’t prepared & didn’t know enough about the case to justify the request for a reduced bond. He didn’t have the decency to inform my Son he wasn’t successful. He had me do it. When my son talked to him 2 months later via phone, Gorski told him he’s setting up to go to trial in January. Gorski you’re supposed to discuss this with your client before making a decision like this. My son had to ask him to schedule a bond hearing.(the Judge recommended this in court). He still hadn’t looked at the videos & he still hadn’t talked with witnesses. I advised my Son to release him. I hired an attorney (Winters & Chidester). Within 2 weeks these lawyers looked at the video, talked with my Son, sat down, showed & talked to the prosecutor to show my Sons side of the story, the prosecutor agreed after seeing the videos it’s a probable self defense case. The bond was reduced & he was released. No matter what a person’s financial barrier is, it is your duty to treat your clients with respect, dignity and due diligence. I’m a Nurse I practice this every time I work. If you can’t do this stop accepting these clients Gorski. I recommend you ask for another Lawyer if he’s assigned to you. He lacks integrity, he’s belittling, and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I chose this law firm from my legal protection plan. I consulted with attorney Mario Flores on the phone for 8 minutes and sent him documents to review. His legal assistant put me on his calendar. Toward the end of that day, I called during business hours, but no one answered. I reached Mario on his cell phone, and he said his assistant "messed up" when scheduling. He said he had not reviewed my case and would not look at it until the following Monday. I reached out twice since then, but he did not return my calls or emails. It is apparent he is not interested in helping me further, but I would have preferred he told me that rather than ignoring me. My legal plan paid him a full consultation fee for an initial 8 minute converation, followed up by a one-minute call where he treated me rudely.

And all I got is a headachethe lady at The front desk name victoria Sampson Said her husband was busy and she referred me to one of her colleagues Name Jorge sanchez. That's when the headache got worser. I made him one time and over six months and we had Miss communications in the office and I try to fire him then. But he said give him some time so I gave him some time. While he worked his other case and for a whole year, he never made One appearance in my court Now I go back to mark sampson's office and they say that he He's not in The office no more And they can't give me none of my paperwork or none of my Receipts or documents. Bad communication bad people skills All the above I just left today. Cause they called the cops on me saying that they didn't have none of my documents. I initially chose JP Law Office for my divorce case based on their reputation and the promising start I experienced. Nicolette was approachable, proactive, and seemed genuinely committed to guiding me through this challenging time. In the beginning, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Their close attention to detail and prompt responses gave me hope that my case would be handled with the utmost professionalism.
However, as the case progressed, I began to notice a concerning shift. What started as a proactive and client-focused approach gradually turned into a frustrating experience. Communication became less frequent, and important aspects of my case seemed to be overlooked or delayed.Instead we were wasting hours in not so important details. It became increasingly clear that the level of care and diligence I initially received was no longer a priority. They were managing different cases but also mine and they had no incentives to spend the hours in the relevant and important details.
Unfortunately, this decline in service had significant consequences. Not only did it lead to unnecessary delays, but it also resulted in considerable financial strain and a disastrous sentence. I had expected a higher standard of service, especially considering the costs involved. Instead, I was left feeling that my resources were wasted, with little to show for the time and money invested.

Absolute charlatans. Initially spoke with Kennedy who told me everything I wanted to hear and referred me to Alonzo. All I was asking for is to have the court and force my custody rights in the Texas divorce decree. After draining my wallet for $25,000 over 2 years my case never got in front of a judge. My ex-wife's crackerjacks lawyer from some legal.com website kept my lawyer on her heels the entire time. My lawyer also found inventive ways to charge me more money and get a psychiatrist friend of hers into my pocket as well. Adding insult to injury, a friend of mines mother works at a competing law firm and was blown away that Gray and Becker was so ineffectual over something so black and white as custody outlined in a divorce decree IN THE SAME STATE THE DIVORCE WAS PROPAGATED.

I chose this law firm from my legal protection plan. I consulted with attorney Mario Flores on the phone for 8 minutes and sent him documents to review. His legal assistant put me on his calendar. Toward the end of that day, I called during business hours, but no one answered. I reached Mario on his cell phone, and he said his assistant "messed up" when scheduling. He said he had not reviewed my case and would not look at it until the following Monday. I reached out twice since then, but he did not return my calls or emails. It is apparent he is not interested in helping me further, but I would have preferred he told me that rather than ignoring me. My legal plan paid him a full consultation fee for an initial 8 minute converation, followed up by a one-minute call where he treated me rudely.
