Paul handled a delicate and complicated situation over the course of nearly two full years - in terms of guidance, legal support/action, and a property sale. From the start he laid out a course of action which was very direct and clear, but what made me comfortable is that he presented it very confidently but with compassion and an understanding for what I was feeling personally. I felt like he truly empathized with my circumstances, listened to my point of view, and essentially acted as a true sounding board while already crafting a game plan on which for us to execute. I never felt that I did not know where we were headed, but in a way felt I was still in control of my path, yet I was in the good hands of a true professional. I have worked with many attorneys both personally and in a business setting, so I can certainly attest to the good and not so good of attorneys, and Paul checks all the good boxes. Again he brings a personal touch to the work where you know he genuinely cares. That is huge. However, equally on a professional level and knowledge of his craft, he would be tough to match. He has a way of reciting the law but also communicating it in a way that is easy to digest and follow. Paul is also very reliable and consistently in touch seemingly at need. I acknowledged he has several clients and a full plate at all times, but never did I feel like I was on the backburner - it was as if my issues were front and center and always his priority. No client can expect that but I feel like that's what I got. To be fair, a review is not legitimate without at least one critique, but honestly the only thing I would say is that he could have convinced me sooner to take his advice and stop sitting on my hands It was ultimately only my hesitation and stubbornness but he did not stop short of giving me his two cents in that regard - and that is much respected and probably his true value. And even when I delayed in decision making, he found a way to make up for that in some way. Really amazing. On the real estate side of things, his experience and knowledge of the market and conditions is top notch. He was spot on with listing price and took prudent steps to ensure a quick and successful sale. Again all the while over communicating progress and any next steps along the way. I have sold a few properties through the years, but I have never felt so supported. I love that I could just chime in but essentially "STAY OUT OF IT!" Got to deeply thank Paul for everything and highly recommend.

From the moment of our first contact, Paul was immediately responsive, and had already done homework on our property, and the sellers. We had found ourselves in the midst of massive non-disclosures on the property we had purchased, facing a huge amount of money to make it habitable and functional, and were at a total loss on how to handle it all. We finally decided that we needed to do something about it legally, and reached out to Paul, who had been referred by a close friend. Paul worked tirelessly with us over the next few months, sending information to us, responding immediately to all questions, and making us laugh when we wanted to cry. He is quite the detective, searching out every angle possible until he finds the key that fits. Paul would not let us give up, and when we finally said we just wanted OUT of the nightmare, he said let's go for that angle. In the end, we achieved the unheard of...the sellers agreed to purchase back the property! With this incredible turn of events, we were able to immediately start looking for another property, which we found that same week. Paul navigated us forward and through it all...juggling back and forth as we sold back our property and purchased our new one (in the midst of our being on vacation out of the country!). We are now very happily living in our new home/property...something that would not have been possible without Paul, who has now become a dear friend as well as Attorney. In early December of 2023, all of my life circumstances had compounded, and I had no choice but to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was at rock-bottom and it felt like the hardest thing that I've ever had to do. The fear of it all, the immense shame, the uncertainty of how it would unfold, etc.
I searched in the LA area for bankruptcy attorneys and sorted by Google Reviews, and decided to call the four highest-rated ones. The first three that I spoke with didn't bring me any real feelings of comfort or confidence, but moreso made me feel rushed/like another transaction.
Greg was my fourth call, and within a few minutes, I knew he was the guy. He made me feel calmer, not rushed, and let me take my time - yet moved quickly when I told him I was ready to do so. He made me feel very confident in my circumstances and successfully becoming debt-free after filing.
Pricing-wise, Greg was a bit more expensive than some of the others, but still in the same general ball park. But it was some of the best money I've ever spent. This is NOT the kind of legal matter you want to leave to chance to try to save, say, a few hundred dollars. Such a non-brainer to pay a bit more to give yourself the best possible chance at the right outcome.
After making the decision to file Bk - which only took some moments of what felt like insane courage - the process was surprisingly efficient and somewhat easy (we filed within a week). I exported all of my online records and sent them over to Greg and we reviewed them over a 1.5 hour call while he completed the paperwork. He sent me the consolidated file to print out, sign, and scan back to him.
After that, I was informed within a few weeks of my "hearing" date + time (a dial-in conference where I was accompanied by an attorney from Greg's office) and some prep from Greg prior.
The hearing took about two minutes. After that, I had to wait for a decision. Greg said "I heard the hearing went well, and I expect a full discharge by mid-March." And that's exactly what happened (a little over a week ago).
So all-in, from when I filed ($100k credit card debt) to end ($0 in debt), the whole process took about 3mo.
Facing bankruptcy genuinely felt like pure ruin/an insurmountable and imminent doom.
This new fresh start is completely life-changing, and I will never forget how Greg really saved me during my absolute darkest hours.
If you live in the LA -- I made the calls/did the research -- choose Greg.
*I also just realized we've only spoken by phone/via email. This whole process - including the hearing - was entirely virtual.

From the beginning, I felt my relationship with Hailli was that of a personal one and when it was time to get to business Hailli did nothing short of quite literally, getting things done. A very long overdue thank you to Sibylle Grebe and Lorenzo Stoller for taking control of a seemingly out-of-control situation during the early days of Covid in 2020 in protecting my father and his estate from his deceased wife's children. I initially met with Sibylle to have her represent my dad after his wife had passed, in figuring out how to best protect his assets. While she was unable to represent him due to capacity issues, she was able to represent me. Sibylle had me move quickly to find the original trust documents which had likely been drafted without much input from my father a few years earlier, floating everything from making sure I had co-power of attorney and co-trustee powers on all the documents to considering a conservatorship. Lorenzo then took over the case and seamlessly helped draft new documents that protected my father and helped me keep oversight over his wife's children. My dad now resides with me in Washington state, and has since regained some capacity. Although he has shaky recollection of that year due to the stress of his grief and Covid, I am forever grateful to The Probate House for doing what needed to be done to protect the livelihood for which he had worked his entire life as a physician in Los Angeles. At 85, he has never been happier and is healthy. As a former estate planning and probate attorney, The Probate House is easily the best. Thank you, Sibylle and Lorenzo.

First off I want to say that I feel very blessed that I was recommended to Amy, I have a Special Needs Trust that my parents left me when they died .In the Estate & Will they named my sister Susan as the Trustee of my SNT, to make a long story short my sister was not impartial with me and we both had conflicts of interest. A really good friend of mine listened to my problems and immediately referred me to Amy and my life has dramatically been stress free ever since. I agree that the probate court doesn't move fast but Amy was always consistent in replying to my emails in a timely manner. She has been Unbelievably Transparent with her billing even though this is a SNT and I am a Sole Beneficiary. I really admire the level of respect and honesty she gives me. If anyone is going through a similar situation I highly recommend Amy. The cost of her services are invaluable.

I recently moved across the country to San Diego and started a business so getting a great/trusted lawyer was high on my priority list. Kris Mukherji was highly recommend to me by a friend and I'm so thankful we connected.
I needed help setting up and S-Corporation for my business and someone to review a purchase agreement. As a first time business owner I had a lot of questions and Kris was always so quick to respond and make sure I understood everything. My S-corp filing was done with hardly any effort from me and was filed in no time. My purchase agreement review ended up being must more involved than we had anticipated. I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very difficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. We hired Kyle Walker to help put together our trust, wills and powers of attorney . I had searched on line for a local attorney and felt that once I found the right one it would just click in place. I found Mr Walker after much research. What I liked immediately was that he states right up front how much he will charge! He was very professional and knowledgable from the first phone call. He was easy to reach for answering questions and concerns. He was helpful and made the whole process very straightforward and comfortable. Most everything can be done over the phone, except the final signing. We just signed our documents yesterday at our convenience and he came to our house to do this!
