I was introduced to Mr Fulton's Law Firm April 2018, HPD. My brother, a Veteran HPD officer for 28 years suffered a TBi resulting from a tragic freak accident. He was incapacitated.

I came to Mr. Broemer for help after a coup began to illegitimately attempt to force me out of my own non-profit corporation. Mr. Broemer guided me step by step on certain preemptive measures which protected me and my company. His knowledge and expertise made this possible. He is very approachable and kept everything on a personal level. He spent almost two hours with my wife and I and could have charged me a great deal for his time which I was easily willing to pay, and is the industry standard, but he treated it as a consultation. We knew we definitely needed to update our wills and powers of attorney, so we sought out recommendations from various professionals. The first one we checked out gave us a quote that really took us by surprise. It wasn't that we were looking for a "cheap" deal, but this quote was out of our league. So we considered Legal Zoom. Then we learned that this would not be the best option as our state (Texas) can run you into problems when it comes time to put your documents into force. Finally, we learned about Rania Combs, and she provided all we needed and more at a third of the price of the original quote. In addition, I will add this was the third will we've done after 41 years of marriage, and I can say without any reservations that we've never had anywhere close to the attention and information Rania provided. We highly recommend her services, and as a plus, you'll be glad not to have to get all dressed up to go to some highfalutin office. She's very professional, while being very easy to work with. We hope you'll check with her next time you need estate planning.

I was skeptical about being able to remove a Federal tax lien Voss filed on 6 different properties.
Rhett gathered all necessary documents, organization, tax returns, all federal filings, and proved it was filed erroneously on me.
He followed through with the IRS weekly. Once Rhett was able to reach a name in the IRS that dealt with this particular problem, he dug his heals in and was able to release lien from start to finish in less than 90 days.

My wife and I hired John to prepare a will for us. He was very thorough in our initial consultation determining what we wanted In our will and what we would need to provide to him. Once we provided him with necessary info, he turned around a draft to us in a reasonable timeframe. The will was well written and only needed a few minor tweaks. John explained to us in clear terms why several sections of the will and several forms were necessary. In all, very professional and I feel confident in the protections our will provides. John even consulted an out of state lawyer concerning a property held in another state, just to make sure his will would be correct and effective.

Jason Hannah handled a lawsuit that my siblings brought against my mother trying to take away her half of my parents businesses from her. He handle her with kit gloves. I was her power of attorney. The firm that he was with at that time never sent us copies of the briefs that were turned into the court that they would file representing my mother. Almost 2 years later I finally got copies. I was so impressed with the way he handled the lawsuit brought against my mother, I was left speechless. As you can imagine, they did not win.
