Rachel Hodgman is a dedicated, intelligent, and professional attorney who guided me through the divorce process. I would recommend her services to anyone going through the difficult and emotional experience of divorce and in my case, shared child custody. Rachel was personally invested into mine and my children’s well being. She was always available when and if I needed to talk. She looked out for me, but not in an overbearing way, when I became disillusioned with anything to do with the divorce. She represented my interests perfectly when it came down to negotiating an agreement with my ex wife and her attorney. I have a good outlook on life post divorce and Rachel greatly assisted me in achieving this.

We work with a variety of different professional service vendors for a few different business and private matters. We rarely give endorsements like this. Hire this man!
My wife and I hired Tim to establish our estate plan (revocable trust, healthcare proxy, power of attorney.) He also advised us on our real estate holdings and helped us restructure that component in tandem with the estate plan and also gave us general advice and quality referrals to an insurance agent.
My wife and I are very curious people and we don't sign anything we don't understand and Tim was extraordinarily patient in explaining the mechanics of our estate plan. He is also very tolerant and flexible. As an example, we made a small mistake and forgot to include a particular beneficiary on parts of our estate plan and we discovered it on the signing day when Tim had the 400 page legal documents printed and ready to sign. He said "no big deal" Went and changed it all and re-printed it and was totally nonplussed.
Also, we interviewed other attorneys and oftentimes they would have a paralegal or junior associate do the initial call. Tim does the first call with clients for 1 hour and basically in that 1 hour he laid out the entire game plan. We interviewed 3 other firms in addition to Tim, and Time just blew the others out of the water.

My husband and I contacted Attorney Timothy Robertson in the middle of the Pandemic to discuss Trust options. He responded in a timely manner and explained everything in detail, he was very personable and easy to interact with. Going through a divorce is difficult. Having Regina on my side and her truly wanting the best for me and my kids was invaluable. She gave honest, sound legal advice. I recommend Regina Mandel the most highly.
As a family-based practice she has assisted and acted for me in a number of diverse roles. These have included resolving underpaid child care funds, sorting though suggested untimely termination, and very difficult and contentious mediations that did not result in court time, but with a desired resolution achieved, amicably. She has prepared my will and other related documents. Through all, Attny Mandl has been courteous and efficient, yet forever steered me on a sensible course. Despite being primarily my legal counsel I have greatly appreciated her kindness and outgoing nature.

My husband and I hired John right after, and I mean right after, our first child was born...realizing that we needed to get our "estate" in order. He clearly outlined everything that we needed gather, discuss in advance, and then guided us through the process and planning part with recommendations. Professional, personable, and very thorough. We originally hired Megan for new trusts and wills. As a great real estate attorney, we then used her for a complicated closing. Since then I've hired her for real estate investment transactions, privacy trusts, promissory notes, business filings, and have referred her to many others who have said they were also very pleased with her level of detail, price, and service.
Things have gone wrong in business, but every time her documents have protected us. I have 100's of transactions of experience on my side, and she still catches things I don't - and that is invaluable. With most business dealings I feel like I have to be 100% "on", but when Megan is representing me I have realized that I am much more relaxed, knowing she will follow every detail until it's handled - even following up weeks after the fact to make sure other parties performed.

After putting it off longer than we should have, my husband and I finally decided to do our estate planning. We worked with Kate who did a fantastic job. She came to our home for the initial meeting and helped us think through all of the potential scenarios. She quickly sent us draft documents and a flow chart that made things easy to understand. Melissa was highly recommended to me by an attorney.
I am so glad I hired her to handle my Bankruptcy case, considering that I was in middle of divorce in 2015 and property was involved, so let's face it, I was terrified, considering that divorce attorney's and judge were watching my steps, and anxiously were waiting for the results. In beginning of 2016 my case was approved.
Personally I was skeptical, nervous of loosing the property, but Melissa was right there with me, she was on top of everything that bankruptcy court communicated and she knew the steps, and always professional, calm and she truly understood how bad/complicated my situation was.

Yuliya Fisher-Nayyer is an excellent attorney. I had a tricky child support situation, where my ex was trying to get more than she actually was owed. Yuliya's careful reading of my divorce agreement allowed her to make clear arguments that convinced my ex and her attorney to accept the proper settlement, and we were able to resolve the situation with only one court date where the judge approved the agreement we had worked out. Yuliya was very honest in her assessment of my situation, and very clear in her explanations of what I owed and did not owe, which I appreciated because I did not fully understand the language in the divorce agreement and would probably have overpaid if I had not hired her. She also was completely committed to my case. She was excellent at communicating, both with me and the opposing attorney, and I never felt like my case was anything other than her top priority, even though I know she had many other cases at the same time. The advice she gave me was spot on, and everything worked out almost exactly as she had predicted, which is impressive given how many variables there were in my case. And she was also careful about how many hours she committed to my case so that I would not get overbilled for her services, which was a refreshing change of pace from lawyers I have dealt with in the past who seemed eager to rack up their billable hours. I really appreciate all the work she did on my case, and would hire her again in a second.

When I initially contacted Mr. Hoiberg, it was upon the referral of another Massachusetts attorney who thought that his level of professionalism, his knowledge of tax matters and his attention to detail would best fit the estate matter I was responsible for administering. Andrea was referred to us by the bank my father in law uses. She offered one hour of free consultation to help us get my mother in law onto Mass Health. I was trying to do it myself but was way over my head. My father in law was apprehensive about what it was going to take to do this. Andrea calmed him down and took her time to explain everything. We hired her and she was great to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was so good dealing with my father in law I know I said it before but it isn't an easy thing to do. She answered all questions and used emails most of the time to correspond with us. My wife and I paid another lawyer for an hour consultation but my father in law would not go thru with getting her onto Mass Health. Andrea was a saint who came to us.

Going through with a legal matter can be very stressful and I have been very fortunate to have found an outstanding, thoughtful, articulate, honest and caring lawyer with Andrea Gomez. She listens and remembers everything you tell her, even the smallest of details.
Her writing skill are incredible, so much so that the Judge will take notice.
She is very patient with her client (like me) and is always thinking what the next best thing to do for her client will be.
My case has been a difficult case. She has not let that stop her. She tackles it with gusto and follows through till the end. She also has the ability to make you smile when things are getting tough.
As you can see I cannot say enough great things about her. My only complaint is that I did not find her earlier. I would highly recommend Andrea Gomez as a attorney.

I hired Beth to help me negotiate the terms of an uncontested divorce. She walked me through the process and negotiated separation terms with my ex's lawyer, as well as prepared all of the forms and paperwork I needed to file with the court.
Beth advised me on the possible courses of action and gave recommendations, but also made sure my opinions and needs were expressed to the other party. In the end, we ended up with a fair settlement without having to involve outside mediation or going to trial.
Beth was accessible, professional, and informative throughout the process. I would strongly recommend her, especially in cases where settling equitably out of court is the goal.

Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

Mrs. Caisse and her office provided me with updated Wills and Power of Attorney documents and LLC documents for Massachusetts. She also set up an Estate Trust. I have had several years of experience with Marshal, not as my attorney, but as the executor for an estate of which I was an inheritor. Another inheritor contested the will and when unsuccessful with that then challenged the distribution. The final settlement took time and patience and a bevy of lawyers. I had no experience with these legal maneuverings and was sometimes confused and dismayed. Throughout it all Marshal provided an amazing source of calm and clarity for which I was very grateful.
