My case started 5 years ago with Mr. Milvidskiy and his law firm. I had a really complicated immigration case but he took his time to listen carefully, very professional and gave his honest opinion in my first consultation. Call this attorney for on the behalf of my elderly father. He was a very kind decent person to work with, and a great communicator. I called mr.novak in regards to a letter I recieved from the IRS. I was concerned about it’s authenticty amoungst other concerns I had as well. Micheal Calabro was my attorney, my friend and my solace in my most desperate time of need. I was involved in a case where I was facing 42-48 months, 24 of those months were a mandatory sentence. I was incarcerated for 3 months and then released on pre-trial probation. During that time I was always worried and anxious about what was going to happen.I called Micheal constantly and he would always answer and reassure me it was going to be ok. He was very honest and real with me. He wound up getting my case resolved faster then expected and negotiated a sentence of time served and some probation. Whether accurate or not, and if accurate, percentage can be argued but one thing cannot be argued is the general impression across the Law Profession is that a great lawyer and a great human don't always go together. In Michael's case, they absolutely do. I was involved in a situation where one of our senior citizens/community members had been alleged in not a completely false but an over-blown/exaggerated allegation. I was tasked with finding the lawyer. In the process, as I spoke to Michael, I realized that not only was he well versed in law, he was a human who placed himself in the shoes of the victim. Above all, I felt that he would look for justice. Well, that is exactly what he did. He got the absolute best possible outcome in the case without charging any additional fees. He easily could have charged another $1K to $2K that which the person alleged would have paid without hesitation. I do NOT believe you can find many lawyers who would do that. Additionally, there was a situation/misunderstanding (caused by alleged person's daughter and niece which made me furious. I wrote an email to Michael that I wish I had not. Michael very easily could have just been mad at me/us and told us to go to hell. He did the exact opposite. He called and explained the whole situation from a legal stand point as well as the calls that caused the misunderstanding. That call from him not only embarrassed me but made me realize that this is no ordinary lawyer/human. Over the years, I have to deal with lawyers on many occasions, twice for myself directly and countless times for other people, I have NEVER come across as great a lawyer and as nice a person as Michael. If he takes your case, retain him. You will realize yourself you will be in good hands from the very beginning.

I first called Stephanie Pedrick (the absolute best lady lawyer) over a year ago. I was frightened and confused. I needed help with a restraining order and the process of divorce. From the very beginning and throughout, Stephanie was so thorough and professional. She was compassionate and patient with my anxiety and also assertive when she needed to be. I appreciated that about her. Always honest and did not sugar coat anything. I trusted her completely. This was truly the most painful time in my life. I had 3 other lawyers trying to drop some charges and avoid jail time. Which none of them could accomplish it seemed like they were all scared of the prosecutor. I hired Frank and saw immediate results although I served the jail time he got the orders I needed dropped. In an expediated manner The best thing I loved about Frank is that he listened instead of worrying about my money. He’s a beast in the court room and definitely well respected by all the judges. Not only is Harold Grodberg extremely knowledgeable in elder law, he is also very good at what he does. My wife and I used Brian and team for our real estate transaction for our first home. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about this process as we had never bought a home and have had some friends who had awful experiences. Brian was so on top of the situation, and never went a day without checking in with us. He was free for late night phone calls as well since my wife and I work during the day.
In the end, I have two main takeaways aside from what I listed above:
1. Trustworthiness: Brian doesn't sugar coat the good, bad, and ugly. The home buying process is full of ups and downs and Brian will be sure to be honest and make sure you are informed.
2. Negotiation skills: Brian got us way more than we expected after inspection and advocated on our behalf to the seller. He has done this a million times so understands when you are in the driver's seat and when you shouldn't be so aggressive.
I will remain as a reference for Brian as I was so impressed by his services.

Not being savvy in NJ alimony laws, I found Samantha extremely helpful. I felt very confident in her knowledge and advice. Samantha did her best to resolve a case involving dealing with very difficult people on the defendant’s side, who were doing everything possible to stall the case by any means necessary. While attorneys on both sides are supposed to work to resolve the problem, this wasn’t the case. Samantha has to do all the work by herself while dealing with terrible people on the defender’s side. She is highly astute, hardworking lawyer at the rise of her carrier and eventually will be running the company she works for now or her own firm.
I only regret that the firm she was working for(even though they warned me that annulment would be much harder to achieve than regular divorce) did not push harder to explain to me that it will cost me x3 - x6 times more if I pursued that option, which I did, and lost a lot of money, just to get a regular divorce at the end anyway because the costs kept rising and I said “enough” when I paid over $30,000 and the case was far from resolved... If I knew that from the very beginning, I would never pursue the annulment scenario and would’ve saved a ton of money by doing simple divorce. But it was in no way Samantha’s fault as “the client is always right” and I did say that I wanted annulment from the very beginning... Again, my only regret is that I wish the firm would try much harder to dissuade me from taking this very expensive route in my case, but since it meant much more money to the firm, I can understand why they did not push hard enough to tell me about much greater costs.
Again, it has nothing to do with the high quality work Samantha did during the case, as she is an excellent lawyer. And if her superiors at the firm, told her not to push hard against me changing to a simpler divorce case instead of annulment, she had to follow the company’s orders. And I give her overall work an excellent rating, as she was kind, professional, supportive, cared about the best outcome of the case for me and accomplished that very best outcome. A+ for Samantha.
