I had no idea estate planning was so important until my mom was diagnosed with cancer and had 6 weeks to live. A neighbor recommended Nicholas Giuditta. The first phone call and meeting sealed the deal. His compassion, understanding, and willingness to guide me thru this process when time was of the essence lifted a large burden off of my shoulders. Estate planning at any time is overwhelming but Nick was there with professional guidance and a shoulder to lean on every step of the way. He was always willing to answer any questions, give legal advice, and assist in handling a lot of family drama. Nick Giuditta was there during the worst days of my life. It's not often when you come across a lawyer who really cares. He was instrumental in settling my father's estate. His guidance is what I had hoped for. He effectively communicated each step that needed to be taken and made certain I had a clear understanding of the process. I contacted Mr. Giuditta to discuss the possibilities of my case regarding a potential litigation situation related to the settlement of an estate. He was very generous with his time over the phone. I ended up hiring him and was extremely pleased with his attention to my situation. Mr. Giuditta returned phone calls in a very timely fashion, replied to my emails and keep me updated with my case. He has a very pleasant manner, addressed my questions thoroughly and with patience. The final settlement of my situation was within the time frame he stated and the concluding details were handled without a problem. I recently worked with Drew to create a will and trust for my father who suddenly became very ill, and was incredibly impressed with his services. Ms. Schreiber was extremely knowledgeable and totally put our minds at ease while my husband and I obtained guardianship for our disabled son. She made it seem easy and worry-free. Ms. Schreiber has a thorough and accurate knowledge of the disabled. She answered specific questions regarding the guardianship of my very handicapped daughter. Ms. Schreiber became familiar with my daughter's case and did not generalize questions about her disability or her care. She made sure information was provided to me at my convenience, when I was available, and fought for my child not to have to attend a court appearance. This would have been tramatic due to her disabling condition. All questions were answered and I was at ease with the level of confidence she held and passed on to me throughout the guardianship process. I first met Annemarie about a year ago when I needed someone who I could trust & provide advice on matters of selling my parents place of residence due to illness, passing & the settling of estate matters. It was refreshing to finally have an attorney who took the stress & worry out of handling such matters during extremely difficult times. My Grandmother means the world to me which is why when it was time to transition her to Assisted Living, I wanted to find an attorney that would protect her assets so that she would be comfortable in her declining years. I have been in a professional relationship with Mr. Price for approximately 15 years. My first contact with Mr. Price was regarding my aunt and uncle. My uncle had developed Alzheimer's Disease and my aunt asked me to help her with her financial obligations and my uncle's medical condition.
I had no idea where to turn. I contacted the American Bar Association in my county and I was referred to Mr. Price's office as an Elder Care Attorney. I called his office and spoke with Mr. Price about my situation. I advised him that my uncle had Alzheimer's Disease and that my was in a wheel chair. Mr. Price advised that he would come to my aunt's home for a consultation. Mr. Price assisted me in all of the financial and legal aspects of my family's needs. He was always there to answer any questions I had on many subjects concerning my family's legal needs.
I have since then had occasion to use Mr. Price's help with other family matters.
Everyone in his office has always been courteous and efficient. Mr. Price goes out of his way to be available to answer any questions I may have. Mr. Price has even made appointments with me in evenings and on weekends.
I have had nothing but courteous and kind service from Mr. Price and his staff.

I have worked with Raymond Miller for 4 years. He has represented my clients in a thoughtful, protective manner. Each one of my clients always end up raving about how much they liked his service. I like to refer him because he keeps me, the Realtor, informed about the process. He is a real team player who treats me with respect and knows that we are all on the side of our mutual client. Most real estate lawyers are very disrespectful to all of the agents involved. They rarely thank the agent and leave the agent and agency completely out of the loop, which makes the close a difficult and unwieldy process rather than a smooth, efficient process like Raymond Miller does. When I hear closings go terrible, I know that they don't have the kind of attorney that I use. He keeps everyone informed and on the same page. I can't say how much I appreciate all that he does for my clients and appreciate the respect that he affords me as a referral source.

I was so confused as to how to proceed when 2 banks declined to accept my POA for my significant other who now has dementia and is in assisted living . He would probably not be considered able to sign another. (3 other financial institutions had accepted it). I saw Ms. Peterson, dreading the possibility of applying for guardianship.
She found no flaw in my POA. Sent a letter to the Branch Manager at each bank, which resulted in their accepting my POA.
Also, hearing questions I had about whether his care might be better in another facility, she recommended an agency familiar with over-all nursing home/assisted living environment in Bergen Co. That agency made an objective evaluation (as I was paying them), and made suggestions, which I also found helpful and reassuring. Ms. Peterson took the time to look, not only at the problem I presented, but at the wider picture. I will return if I need help in the future.

We had put off our Will preparation and POA designations forever and a day. After research into credentials, we went with Bratton Law...this was the right choice! My husband and i were involved in a major car accident in May 2015 that changed our lives in many ways personally with him fracturing his femur, etc. The fact that he has autism along with severe anxiety prior to the accident tends to be an understatement. However, how this accident effected him emotionally after it he is still trying to recover from- due to his restricted exercise , effected job performance and worsened anxiety from the accident I'm not sure if he will ever be the same again. Mr. Wenker and his assistant Kim took almost all of his calls and never lost their patience with him and exuded professionalism with us. They listened to all of his frustrations with decreased income, pain levels, and frustration which we very much appreciated. Because my husband was not the best communicator to stay on topic and explain how the accident effected him long term emotionally and physically Mr. Wenker even went as far as thinking outside the box and we gathered witnesses who knew his level of functioning before and after the accident. I believe the video was a major contributor as to why we got such a impressive settlement in the end. We have used him for two cases and would definitely refer him to anyone else who would like a calm . friendly, patient , and professional attorney to represent them on his or her case.

I have had the privilege to be represented by Alex Kemeney for well over five years in a family matter, a legal area where emotions typically run high. For five years, no matter what the circumstances, or the anger and grief it caused, Alex remained calm and steadfast in his representation. Alex gave sound advice, based on a deep knowledge of the law and experience with effectively applying it.
Alex took the case despite only having only a matter of days to review the filings and documentation before a court hearing. He negotiated a consent agreement that provided rights and protections not normally granted by law as well as oversight and accountability. It was an incredible win under normal continuous representation, but particularly remarkable for only having days to get up to speed and prepare. With every filing, he distilled the specific law and legal principles that lead to a court’s ruling, and focused on the established law and crafted successful arguments.
The state and federal laws and regulations in this area of law are woefully inadequate to protect the vulnerable. Alex was always honest about the limits of the justice system, but despite those limits, he still fought as hard as I did to enforce a consent order. Throughout this entire matter, despite odds not being in my favor, Alex conducted his representation with absolute ethics and integrity, even when faced with questionable tactics from other parties. The case involved sensitive family matters and his approach always treated the core issue with compassion and dignity.
Alex restored me as beneficiary of a contested will, another matter normally difficult to reverse, and he provided the best one-liner of the day, which I will forever remember with a laugh. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into one of my most humorous memories.

I am a business & financial planning consultant. I work pretty much nationwide. I was sued for "fraudulent transfer" in a New Jersey bankruptcy court by one of my best former clients---one for whom I had worked five years and actually done pretty well. But this guy (my former client) was a big talker and a dreamer, and he landed himself in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, represented by a lawyer who was positively legendary (I found out) in New Jersey).
It all started last summer at a moment when I was particularly short on cash. I must have spoken to three dozen lawyers all over New Jersey. On hearing the name of the lawyer who was representing my former client, every one of these lawyers said, "OH NO."
Now, I knew that my former client's case was not only frivolous on the merits but time-barred. So I had to start off by representing myself pro se. I got ONE count knocked out on the first motion to dismiss, so I did "OK" on my own, but couldn't get the case to go away completely, and I knew I couldn't possibly represent myself in Court, go to trial on my own, or anything like that---"anyone who represents himself in Court has a fool for a lawyer," right?
So I continued talked to even more lawyers in New Jersey.
Somehow, someway, I found (this is going to sound so corny, but I believe it): somehow God sent me to Graig Corveleyn.
Graig Corveleyn not only accepted my case on what I can only call very reasonable terms, he showed no "fear, shock or awe" at the idea of defending me against this very senior, very prestigious, New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyer who was, like I say, to every other lawyer in the state, some kind of "Legend of Superman."
Even in our initial interviews, I could tell that Mr. Corveleyn knew the Bankruptcy Courts and the applicable law backwards and forwards. He took my case, even though he knew he was fighting this "Superhero Super-lawyer" on the other side....
As I say, I work nationwide, so I have literally dealt with lawyers everywhere from Boston, Mass, and Bangor, Maine, to Wasilla, Alaska, and Waikiki, Hawaii.
I normally have a rather dim view of lawyers---they are conformists who cannot think outside the box or imagine anything that is new, different, or outside whatever there cookie-cutter specialty is.
In Graig Corveleyn, I found someone who actually COULD see the forest and the trees, and notice that there was smut on the bark and rot inside of even on some of the oldest and biggest growths in the whole forest.
And he could see the justice on my side---even though I'm a very unusual case.
Did you read that, folks, "he could see justice....even in a very unusual case."
THAT is really unusual in a lawyer, and it makes Graig Corveleyn a real hero---not a legend because he's been around forever and had really big clients in the past (that was my opponent's lawyer), but because Graig Corveleyn has eyes to see and ears to hear, a discerning mind and a heart to sympathize.
As of this moment, my case isn't over yet. Graig has not waivered, not dropped the ball, not showed any sign of quitting....even though the flow of money has been more regularly in the negative than in the positive towards him. That's because he has a brain and a heart to see a winnable case even in an unusual and difficult situation.
I expect Graig Corveleyn will one day be a legend himself. Not because of my case (although who knows? The other side is strangely persistent in the face of one defeat and setback after another), but because of who he is and how he does what he does.
Graig Corveleyn has worked inside the system with the U.S. Trustee's office---I don't quite understand how all that works in Bankruptcy Court, but that's why we need lawyers, right? He knows all the Judges and what's normal, abnormal, and downright crazy/fruity.
Bankruptcy Courts are Courts of equity and I would have to say, Graig Coveleyn's sense of equity and fairness is almost unparalleled in any lawyer I have ever met.

Having dealt with a number of divorce attorneys , Mr.Salvatore is a welcome change from the norm.The firm came highly recommended and did not disappoint in any way . I have had a difficult few months, with a house purchase, two moves, and a death in the family which required me to spend two months out of the country. My car registration could not be completed online because of a name misspelling, and I was putting off going to the MVC because of COVID-19.
One Sunday morning, my friend texted me that she was on a hike and invited me to join her, and so I went in my car without my wallet. A cop flagged me for going over the speed limit in Pennington, and then piled a couple huge fines because I did not have my driver's license, and my registration had lapsed. (This jolted me into finally going to the MVC the next day in Trenton.)
Fortunately, I have a legal plan through my employer, which Jenna Casper-Bloom accepts. I noticed she has her own law practice in the area, but that beforehand she worked at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender for 15 years, and thought she would know our state's system like the back of her hand.
I was right. I called her the next day, it took 3 minutes, she asked me to email her the tickets, and all the information I thought was relevant. I didn't hear back until a week and a half later, when she'd reduced the fine by 40%, ensured there were no points, and that I was not pleading guilty. Money is so tight right now, that even a 10% reduction would have been helpful, and this was way beyond my expectations.
I was very impressed by how efficiently she handled my case, and I never felt for a second that I was on a legal plan. I am very grateful I found a local counsel who is sharp and hard-working and I will be recommending her to my colleagues and friends.

It is tough to find a local attorney in western NJ as so many attorneys from the urban counties try to pretend like they practice in Hunterdon and Warren Counties. If you have any matter in the Northwestern part of the state, you would be a fool to hire an attorney from Essex or Bergen County when there is such great and competent counsel in Flemington.

I retained Rachel in reference to a unique landlord tenant issue. This issue was caused because the initial landlord accepted tenants rent but neglected to pay mortgage on leased property. The rented property the went into foreclosure and the bank wanted the tenants to vacate as there wasn’t a current written lease agreement.
