A week ago I was in New Jersey and I had the opportunity to meet Stephanie Cangialosi, a lawyer who works in Cella Associates. She took my case because seven months ago, my son's father left my country Peru, taking with him my baby, with false documents to the United States. After meeting her, I realized that there is divine justice and God put in my way to this professional in every sense of the word. I was able to check their identification and full dedication to my case, working without sparing the time, as if she was really going through my suffering. Now I thank heaven for having this angel on my way. I'm pretty sure she will recover and bring my baby back to my country, again.

Several years ago, I was being represented by a local firm in complex civil litigation. I felt that my case was essentially being ignored by each of the several attorneys to whom it had been assigned. As I was about to take my case to another firm, attorney Cangialosi was hired and assigned to handle it. As an attorney myself, I immediately noticed a huge difference. Andrew has always been very responsive. He is well versed in his areas of expertise which made me feel comfortable. And to be able to use the same person for multiple reasons makes the process easier as you do not have to get to know a new lawyer for each special need. He also will "come to you" which is so wonderful especially when we needed power of attorney for my in-laws who were not up to traveling. I hit 3 parked cars and flipped my own car landing on my driverside door all right in front of the Hoboken Police Station so as you could imagine all the cops came to see!. I was charged with a DWI and Since this all happened in a company car I knew i was going to lose my job. Not only did Robert prolong my case for about a year giving me enough time to find a new job, but I only got 3 months loss of license and the minimal fines. Amazing lawyer, if he can pull this off then he can do anything.

In October of 1991, we purchased our 1st home and Robert J. Wiltsee was our attorney for what I would consider routine contract reviews and sale closing. In August of 2018 we were about to sell the same home after almost 28 years, however our buyers had their 1st of several issues. We realized that we should seek legal consultation at this point and decided to again hire Bob to review our contract(s). Bob reviewed numerous several emails and answered even more phone conversations questions. Although we were out of N.J. during the sale and closing, we were confident in Bob after discussing the situation as he explained our options in regard to our contract and buyers issues. After 4 closing delays, the 5th and final closing attempt was successful. Bob continued to advise us of our options throughout what turned into a more difficult process than necessary. My husband and I consulted with Abigail when we were trying to decide whether a will or a trust would be better for us. My wife and I hired Toni to handle the closing of our first home. A closing is always stressful but ours was made more stressful by the seller not being the nicest guy, and we were getting married 2 months after the closing. Toni handled everything with amazing professionalism. She dealt with the opposing attorney and fought for our interests fervently. Hire Megha, she is the best! I made the mistake of going with another attorney and was under attorney review for several days where I couldn't even get a hold of him despite numerous calls and emails. I needed to be out of attorney review the following day but wasted several days with another lawyer that did not get me anywhere. I called Megha Patel on a Friday afternoon in a panic that I was going to lose my dream home that I have spent so much time finding. No other lawyer would have been able to do what Megha did for me during this busy market. She reviewed the contract within a couple hours and communicated to the sellers so I did not lose the house. We hired the Ko Firm for the purchase of our home and couldn't be happier with the experience. Harry Ko and Tom Szieber guided us every step of the way through the tricky closing process, and made sure that they were always there for us when we ran into an issue or had a question.
Harry's wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate was reassuring as it was impressive. He was able to anticipate and warn us of all of the gotchas and pitfalls well before we came across them. He tackled some of the trickier negotiation points with ease and prepared us early with advice that proved to be a big help further along in the process. This was huge for us, as this was our first time buying a house and had no prior experience whatsoever.
Equally impressive was the teamwork and coordination between Harry and Tom, as well as Legal Assistants Sarah and Barbara. Whenever we emailed or called anyone at the Ko Firm, they always seemed to all be on the exact same page.
