By far the best in the business! Cheryl and her amazing staff helped me both physically and mentally handle the closing of my childhood home after my parents passed away suddenly. Irene helped us with the joint purchase of two adjoining co-op apartments in Brooklyn recently for us and our son. We chose her based on our internet search for real estate lawyers in the area, as all her reviews were uniformly excellent. And we wholeheartedly concur. Beyond just being super-efficient throughout in helping us navigate clunky big bank loan department bureaucracies and paperwork, she went out of her way to calmly help us with our own last minute fund transfer emergencies on the closing date itself to ensure a smooth process. We would absolutely go to her for future needs and recommend her in the strongest of terms.

Nobody asked me to write this review. I needed to consult with Counsel Irina Yadgarova and she was by far the most well-informed attorney whose generosity of spirit and transparency was notable. Unlike other attorneys, she volunteered beneficial knowledge given her integrity and honesty. She was the one professional I felt most comfortable with as clients may not know what questions to ask to solicit the hopefully intelligent and comprehensive answers. Further, she is never arrogant or condescending even though she embraces the intricacies of the law while knowing exactly how to convey and translate the theoretically complex into practical implementation. She makes you know you are part of the decision-making process and thus creates economy of effort in the team and solution-building endeavor.

I reached out to Attorney Jordan's Office and left a Message. She soon returned my just to let me know that she wasn't able to help me with recovering a Judgment. But, what she did do was advised me of some resources that would allow me to get the help I needed. She spoke to me for close to 1 hour about my issue, and although I offered to pay her ...she instead told me what she would do and suggested that I follow up on my own. I have never experienced an Attorney turning down money...I was given direction, complete with numbers to resources that will assist in handling my needs..
She will be my attorney for my elderly legal needs. Attorney Jordan will be the first Attorney I will consider for all NYC real estate needs as well.

David Rubel helped me as a tenant in a dispute with my landlord. He handled the situation with a calm but firm demeanor which I believe is what ultimately helped to settle the issue- he didn’t go in guns blazing and make the situation worse. Speeding ticket, serious violation (allegedly 31 over)...a mess. I reached out to Anthony, he responded immediately, I got him the info he needed, and that was it. My work was done. His was just getting started.
Court date arrived, Anthony attended on my behalf (I did not attend). I received a fine and zero points.
I was referred to Anthony by a friend who told me I'd love this guy, and she was right! If you need an attorney, this is The Man - period. He is responsive, understanding, efficient, and really (really!) good at his job.

Michael Shilinski is a very helpful and knowledgeable person to help people make the tough decisions about what to do about making those hard choices that are involved with writing your will. As a young couple, we felt he was helpful and not pushy at all. We later sent older family members to him and they had equally wonderful experiences.
