Speeding ticket, serious violation (allegedly 31 over)...a mess. I reached out to Anthony, he responded immediately, I got him the info he needed, and that was it. My work was done. His was just getting started.
Court date arrived, Anthony attended on my behalf (I did not attend). I received a fine and zero points.
I was referred to Anthony by a friend who told me I'd love this guy, and she was right! If you need an attorney, this is The Man - period. He is responsive, understanding, efficient, and really (really!) good at his job.

Amazing! I never remember when I am supposed to be registering CLEs and as I am barred in two jurisdictions, every year without fail, I lose count. But my CLE manager Jack W. is worth his weight in pure silk, gold, milk and honey. Every year he timely reminds me for whichever state is due PLUS he pre-sets me up with courses that are relevant for my field of practice. I cannot speak more highly of him and this company. Warning to women seeking custody and protection from abusive partners: do not choose Nate Van Loon. He will provide promises up front, claim to be your champion and pretend to have a thought-out plan of action to investigate your spouse financially, reveal spending patterns, "secure what's yours," get them to move out, and protect your kids. Except none of that happened in reality. Multiple times, I would go as long as 7 weeks without a return email, call, or response from him in any way. He strung my case out for longer than necessary - telling me I would get my chance to tell my story at the next court hearing and it never came. Had I been educated as a client, (who never stopped asking questions about what to expect and how to prepare) I likely would have made different decisions entirely. Nate deliberately kept me in the dark and had no problem cashing my check for the trial he showed up for and sold out from under me by telling the referee the reason for my divorce was a lack of being heard by my spouse and not the fact that I had police reports, evidence of physical violence and a pattern of erratic behavior from alcohol use. None of it was considered because Nate didn't care to advocate for me. Worst decision I ever made. Feb - Dec 2024.

Good morning, I found attorney Nathan Van Loon online. He assisted me with child support and my divorce. Mr.Van Loon respected my privacy and explained the whole process from beginning to the end. It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
Robert and Iris, thank you for everything. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again.
