It requires one to make important, sometimes difficult, decisions and to think about "what ifs" you don't want to think about. I first met Julianne at a workshop where she was talking to the group about estate planning and how to help your loved ones handle their finances, etc., in their elder years. When it came time to settle my father's estate, years later, she was the first one I thought of and she made the difficult process as seamless as it could have been. I was in an accident where I suffered many injuries and had a long, challenging recovery.
While I was hospitalized my friend kept telling me I needed a lawyer. I did not want to get involved with a lawsuit. I thought the defendant’s insurance would take care of everything and all would work out.
My friend was persistent that I call his friend Jim Leonick and talk about the accident. I finally agreed.
Jim came to the hospital. Within a few minutes of speaking with him, I knew I needed his help.
After signing on with Jim, I was able to direct everything accident related his way. Any questions or concerns I had through the process was answered with just a quick friendly call to his office. I was able to completely focus on healing and physical therapy, worry free.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. Jim and his staff are extremely professional and personable. It felt like I had a friend supporting me that knew exactly what he was doing.
I cannot speak more highly of Leonick law. I will confidently recommend Leonick law to anyone.

Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. Jaime is a beast at this. I called this man with a situation that had me so mad i couldn't even explain to him correctly . I hung up because at this point i was so mad that im sure he could not understand me. He kindly called me back. I yelled at this man from the top of my lungs assuming he was going to treat me as other attorneys i tried calling prior to Jaime. Some even saying i dont understand you, you sound chinese. Jaime spent one hour and 12 minutes on the phone with me painting the reality of the legal system here in NY for a naïve dork who just moved here and was scammed. He was direct (one big reason I just moved back to the East Coast) and helped create a new angle that may help me with my challenge before I have to jump and swim in a whole heap of bureaucratic mess I would prefer not to play in.
