I had an amazing experience working with Jonah.
I had a small, but complex legal issue that resulted in a warrant being issued for time I had already served, and left the state for. Jonah was very communicative from the start, and was able to get me added to SF calendar quickly, so I flew in/out for court in the same day. Claude Wyle gladly took on my case and, I must say, it was the right choice.
As a San Francisco resident who has predominately commuted and gotten around SF on his bicycle since 2006, it was refreshing to be in the hands of a law firm who are fellow cyclists (both pedal- and motor-) who understand bicyclists' rights in the city and the many hazards that are put in front of cyclists in a city full of potential dangers. I hired Jason Beahm because he took care of my first case was pretty satisfied with the outcome. During the time, he had staffs that were ontop of everything and had very good communication with me. They told me every single update and what's going on in the back end. This second time I hired him was totally the opposite, it seems he's by himself now and lost some of his staff. He did not informed me about anything going on in court. He even missed a document that needed to be signed by me because he decided to wait 3 weeks to reach out to me when the document needed to be signed the next day, worse thing is he did not call but sent an email. This lawyer is only good in the beginning. Do not pay him in full because he won't take your case serious. It's the worse feeling when you think you have someone to have your back but actually doesn't put enough effort to even keep you updated. I would not recommend this lawyer at all.
PS I did not want to write this review but I think it's important I warned people.

I first worked with Frank in 2000 when he gave my family guidance on how to deal with a very complicated inheritance issue regarding some rental properties in SF. Not only did he save our family enormous estate taxes, but he showed tremendous patience in explaining the various trusts concepts to achieve our goals.
Fast forward +20 years later, we needed help in selling some properties to minimize taxes again. We were concerned that that Frank might have retired but thankfully, not only was he still active in practice but to our pleasant surprise, his daughter Erica had joined him. Again they helped us navigate a very complex situation which was made more difficult by the Covid restrictions. Needless to say, he connected us to the right people, saved us a ton of money, and simplified things for us by doing all the heavy lifting.

Frank Yuen has been my attorney for 15 years. He first drew up a living trust for me in 2003. He was able to provide a trust document that would would insure my assets will pass on to my spouse/sons without complications.
He is a trusted adviser. Over the years I have sought out his advice on a variety of legal matters pertaining to my family's business and financial interests. He has a vast knowledge of taxation laws which he applies to my particular situation. Recently he provided counsel on our family partnership. He advised us on what essentials should be included in the legal documents on the withdrawal of multiple partners and taxation implications of such a withdrawal.

I used James and his law firm on two separate occasions, a living trust which involved my mother and my divorce. Neither occasion was simple but James handled both with helpful insight and guided me to the correct answers through thoughtful questions. Not once did I feel he was just suggesting things to make the process move quicker or easier on his law firm to execute. Both times I left his office feeling as though things were handled fairly and correctly. Whatever legal issue I may have in the future, I will definitely consult with James first to see if his firm can take it on. After retiring from being a State lawyer, when I opened up my small custom corset and wedding dress business in 1990, I chose Steve for my business attorney dealing with intellectual property and contract matters, such as obtaining a service mark for my business name, and avoiding litigation by a disgruntled, irrational supplier. Later I also chose him for my personal estate attorney and have consulted with him on multiple occasions over the past 26 years. He has assisted me not only with these legal matters but also represented me in an unlawful detainer to remove a non-rent paying tenant. I always feel Steve is on my side. He assisted me come to a rational response despite my emotions regarding a disrupted relationship with my sister who at the time was Executor of my Georgia-based mother's will. I also had to hire a Georgia lawyer when my mother passed. That lawyer merely did what I asked, was slow to respond to my questions on Georgia law, never answered some questions, and in the midst of much emotional family turmoil, without reason threatened to quit. I was appalled. Steve can manage the emotions that come with legal matters and accomplish what you want but without rushing to litigation. After my own 16 yrs. practicing consumer and employment law, my conclusion is that the rational thing for anyone to do is avoid litigation at all costs unless there is no other choice. Steve's certification in mediation makes him particularly competent to do just that, if you believe the same.

Rosanne advised my wife and me in responding to a demand from a private school from which we had withdrawn our children to pay several months' tuition before the school year started. We withdrew because the school moved locations after we executed the application contract (which we knew about) to a highly undesirable location in a commercial district immediately behind an auto "row" (which we didn't know about ahead of time, but the school did).
Under Rosanne's guidance and review, I drafted a letter requesting that the school drop its demand for tuition and return our deposits accompanied by copies of correspondence, information about the criminal activity in the vicinity of the new school location and other relevant information, and indicated my willingness to sue in small claims court to settle the matter if necessary.
To our great delight, the school completely reversed its demand and agreed to our terms and we've now received the money. Rosanne's advice was instrumental to this outcome, as she was proactive in ensuring we moved swiftly, provided ample documentation, reviewed and corrected the form and content of my draft and even gave great instruction in how to assemble and package the letter and supporting information physically for maximum effect.
We are very happy with the service Roseanne gave us and would not hesitate to recommend her to others or use her services again were the need to arise.

I didn't know Nathan, but he was really good to work with. He answered a bunch of questions I had (no charge which was cool), and walked me through how a revocable trust worked. We also took care of my health directive and he told me what was up with choosing a guardian for my child if I died so that was cool but not great to think about. But he actually gave me some questions and we worked it out in about 15 minutes. SO yeah, dude was cool for a lawyer.

OK, if you want an attorney who is really smart, friendly, and will listen to you, give this guy a call. I have hired Nathan for a number of different legal matters. He defended me when I was sued twice, he walked me through my estate planning, and he helped me negotiate a lease for a commercial space. I think he is an outstanding attorney because he actually LISTENS to me, he calls me back whenever I reach out, and he sends me periodic updates on the legal matters I have hired him for without me having to call first. He also saved me huge hassle when I got divorced, he called me and walked me through what I needed to do to stop my ex-wife getting my assets if I dided, I had no idea changing my living will wasn't enough to accomplish this. If he hadn't walked me through everything, she would still be listed as a beneficiary for my insurance, meaning she, not my sister, would've received the proceeds if I died. The other attorney I spoke with didn't say a word about this. Anyhow. Good luck with your legal issues no matter who you hire.

I have consulted with Gary Sheth for Immigration assignments for my Firm since 2001 and can confirm the excellent service provided by his office. Immigration is a complex subject and requires extremely close consultation between the Attorney and Client to ensure that all issues have been covered.
In both Telephone consultation as well as Email correspondence, I have found the service to be both knowledgable and precise with subsequent succesful results in 100% of the cases.
Responses to Email and Telephone queries were dealt with the same or next day and written submissions followed very shortly. In cases where Research was required, the necessary response was provided within a week together with an implementation strategy to fit the research conclusions.
The cases that we dealt with involved preparation and application for L 1 A and H1B Visas and Green Cards. We were also very pleased with follow through information on the progress of the Application and responses to RFI's,
