Mr. Harris is very personable, approachable and has a good relationship with the courts. This is a plus if you are dealing with sensible soon to be ex’es who want to move on and act like adults. But he is also a staunch, steadfast and passionate advocate when you are dealing with a case like mine.
He is a bull when confronting non-reasonable people. He is no push over. When the other side tried to use coercive tactics, Mr.Harris pushed back! There were periods where I would be in disbelief on how well this Lawyer carried himself !
He is the gentlest yet strongest person I've ever met. He was extremely passionate as he vigorously spoke up to the Court.
Mr. Harris later told me that they were trying to take advantage of me and that he was NOT going to allow that. I was touched.
That was confirmation that he truly cares about his client's and not just your check book.
If you are looking for someone who is looking out for your best interest and willing to actually listen to your needs and your worries during difficult situations, and get results , then this is the right attorney for you. Mr. Peters was a intricate part in me forming my LLC with the state for my veteran owned and operated company. Being so close to the deadline as most of us get, he immediately went into action on getting everything done. State county City IRS and Duns & Bradstreet filings . I don't have enough positive words in my vocabulary to describe Mr Peters. Lawyers are not this honest anymore. His level of professionalism anything I have ever seen.
Talk about patience and he is more than an example. It takes me a very long time to make decisions and Mr Peters was very patient with me.
Mr Peters is the only lawyer that I've seen so honest that he tells you the things you don't need his services for in an effort to reduce your cost.
Overall Mr Peters is a great human and that makes him such an excellent lawyer. The world would be a better place if only 10% of all lawyers were as honest as Mr Peters.
Hope I will never have to hire you again given the circumstances that caused me to hire you but if the need arise you are the only lawyer I would want to handle my employment case.

After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

We consulted with Margaret in March 2019 to represent my sister for her divorce. From the moment we met Margaret, we knew we had the right person in our corner. Her knowledge and caring demeanor made a very ugly situation as painless as possible. During the entire process, Margaret kept us informed of what was going on and was readily available for any questions. She fought hard for my sister and the outcome was more than favorable.
In October of 2020, following the death of my sister's son-in-law and unforeseen and untimely death of her daughter to Covid-19, we had to retain Margaret's services to handle the adoption of my sister's grandson. I was referred to Tracy by a corporate attorney and I am writing in now to express my sincere thanks to Tracy for her outstanding lawyer services on my case. I had a complicated civil court case related to custody that went on for far too long in the county court (it was so very stressful) and then resulted in my needing to file bankruptcy (which just added to even more stress), following also an appeals filing to the custody case, as well. James is not only a great attorney, he's also a great counselor. I've never seen a lawyer maneuver through trial the way this guy does. I was going to hire him as an attorney and decided to sit in on a public trial he was arguing. Holy SHHHHH is this guy good. I never ended up hiring him because my charges were dropped but what I saw this man do in court should be made into a movie. The the Jury ate it up, the judge ate it up, and even the DA ate it up.

I cannot offer enough praise for the law firm of Richard P. Johnson and his associate Marcie Johnson. Upon the passing of my uncle in Dallas Texas, I had to travel from Columbus Ohio to the Dallas area and deal with a multitude of issues with regards to my uncle's estate. Everything from a ranch 65 miles northeast of Dallas in Commerce Texas, to his home in Dallas where I had to get a bio hazard team involved because of the conditions I encountered upon arriving in Dallas after learning that my uncle had passed. As if that weren't stressful enough, l had to make funeral arrangements, deal with stacks and stacks of paperwork, and unfamiliarity with the Dallas area. Richard and Marcie Johnson were extraordinary in terms of their assistance and professionalism in helping me with ALL my issues. They took charge from day one and offered me advice on everything from legal issues to assistance with reputable accounting firms, real estate persons, estate sale individuals, etc. Three months have passed since my uncle's passing and they have been with me all the way. when ever I had a question, concern or just needed a shoulder to cry on, they were there. My uncle's estate was extensive, but these folks were up to the challenge. After all is said and done, I consider them more than my attorney's, I consider them good friends, 'family'. After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

Kathleen Macaulay is a go getter. She does everything with enthusiasm and efficiency. Mrs. Macaulay has a great knowledge of the law which has helped lessen the stress during the different stages of processing my parent's estate. She was was able to stop the foreclosure on my parent's house and facilitate the return of the house to the full ownership of the family. She been involved with all aspects of processing and settling the estate, like helping getting tax returns completed for various tax years that my parents owed and helping to find a competent realtor to help sale my parent's house. Mrs. Macaulay is always there to help me and to answer questions. She is very reasonable with what she charges for her services. I'm a sinlge mother and my son has severe disabilites that limit everyday life for a young child. I recently started tto get back on my feet when the unthinkable could ever happen to anyone that have children with any disability. My landlord was evicting me and my family for any reason he could come up with because he didn't want my son to destroy his property. It took everything I had to get in the house so my son could have an enviroment that he could be safe in. I researched a couple of attorney's and I was so strtessed she was the thrid name on the list and I called. Kathleen was extremely personable and way beyond reproach.
