Honestly, the firm acted Immediately. For starters I called Attorney Yalda as I was leaving my original court date and she was eager to hear and represent my case. Attorney Yalda accepted what I could pay and set a timely pay plan. From the looks of my situation all odds were against me yet Attoney Yalda assured me she was confident in moving forward with whatever I wanted. I met with Yalda because I needed help with a custody case. I had become frustrated with other lawyers I consulted with, most of them barely gave me the time of day. Yalda spent over an hour with me on a free consultation and me feel as my case was all that mattered to her. As an attorney, she was sharp in court and was always prepared for whatever the my ex's attorney would argue. Yalda was also great at keeping me informed on the case. This was the second time I had been to trial for custody. Both times were stressful, but Yalda made this time much less stressful by being available to answer my questions, and talk to me about my concerns. I strongly recommend her.

I was recently referred to Rudy by another Houston lawyer to represent me in a will contest case because of his expertise in probate. I found him to be very professional, knowledgable and thorough. My divorce case was fairly simple. It was just about the money. Bill returned calls quickly, during breaks at court, or mediation. Email turnaround was quick also, depending on the complexity of the information and documents to be reviewed and modified thus removing the necessity to meet in person to go over documents time and time again. This was a bonus for me!

We dealt with Bill on a fairly simple, yet unfrequent issue: seller refused to release 15k in earnest money after cancellation of contract. The issue? Paperwork reached seller at 5:06pm instead of the 5:00pm deadline.
I sent Bill copies of all docs, set up chronologically by me. He interpolated with advice and found all possible contract loopholes. Then recommended that I, the buyer, write the seller pointing out the faults of the contract, and that they would likely end up having to release the funds, plus fork-out all additional costs - likely a few thousand each. Worked like a charm. As Tony Soprano would say: baddabim-baddaboom. His final bill wasn't exorbitant either. Def-rec!

Guys ... please don’t do this alone! I started out doing the friendly, no-lawyer divorce. We poked around on the internet, read the law and I was about to give the farm away.
I’m a relatively smart guy and able to figure most things out, but this ... way out of my league. I had a very simple divorce, no minor children, no real assets - only a house, nothing really to "fight" for. I surrendered all the furniture and was trying to be fair.
Bill was great, laid out the facts, applied his experience (don’t underestimate the need to find someone with experience), looked at the whole picture, and talked me off the ledge. I was giving too much.
We ended up going through mediation, Bill was calm and drama free, which seemed to irritated my ex-wife’s lawyer - bonus. Bill was rational and thoughtful with the mediator.
Bill listened when he needed too, asked only the questions he needed, and gave me some great advice. I know consider this an investment that has paid off. I was looking at years of support and contact with my ex-wife. After mediation, that was it. No support, no contact, life is good now.
I highly recommend you at least talking to Bill, see where you stand. Then decide, but you’ll do like I did and move forward with him.

Mr. Jessup took care of my family's important needs, and now we can breath. The law seemed more to him than just a job-there was passion. He was able to explain many things that were affecting us. He explained how certain criminal activity was going to affect immigration needs, and after listening to his advice, we moved forward with his help. He resolved everything for us, and made sure we understood it. I thought it was going to be hard to find an honest attorney that could speak my husband's language (Spanish), but here was Mr. Jessup. After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

Ten years ago when my charming Japanese mother was merely 75 and enjoying retirement, I would never imagined the family we are today. I doubt now the worthy of saving too much money your lifetime because doing so may be the dragon that eats you. Since, I’ve learned and witnessed and heard of through my associations with caregivers, this is all too common. Be careful what you wish for.
I cannot have chosen a better attorney for my guardianship case. I also can’t help but think Ryan Moe worked this case because he was sent out from heaven to me and Mom. He was supposed to and for good reason. The man is made from fine cloth and don’t judge him for his seriousness or his disappearing or his directness - he’s working it all out upstairs, metaphysically speaking - he’s got a natural clear intuit so keep things easy on yourself and answer the questions concisely. Ryan is remarkably intelligent and he imagines strategies and it’s fascinating to watch him dance with the pieces and “the bad guys”. Sorry! Had to. He’s my 2022 Super Hero!!!! Thank you Universe! I am so grateful to him and Elizabeth for taking us in!
While I believe justice and fairness are human constructs and we should not hold tight to the ideas of such - Ryan Moe will make you believe they are real if only a little while.

When my father passed away and it was clear that there were going to be disputes with my sibling I started contacting lawyers. The first 3 lawyers I contacted all told me to go to the state and file with Adult Protective Services. I didn't feel this was the way to go. I got on the internet and started researching lawyers with Elder law experience and found Mr. Ryan Moe. I contacted his office and went to see him a few days later. I liked him immediately and knew he was very knowledgeable about Elder law. When I had my first consultation with him about my mom's diminished capacity he set up a doctor's appointment so my mother could be checked by a professional. She was indeed found to have diminished capacity that no one else in the family wanted to admit to. I also advised him that my sibling was taking all kinds of money and wanted to see if he could get it stopped. Throughout the whole process I knew Mr. Moe was the best lawyer for the job. He was laid back but aggressive when needed to be. He put me at ease right away and I knew he had my back at all times. I very much respect and would recommend Mr. Moe to anyone having problems with siblings and disputes. He was easy to talk to and listened and offered advice. If the need arises for more legal help I will definitely call Mr. Moe. Very easy to talk to and puts you at ease. He is a compassionate and caring individual.

John was knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with while setting up my wife and I's living will and attorney of power forms. He was affirming and comfortable to work with as a same-sex couple setting up these documents to protect our family even prior to the SCOTUS ruling. Our case involve a home builder we hired to build our "dream house." He turned out to be a thief and completely incompetent. After more than a year of fighting with the
"builder" to fix the problems, we decided to try the legal route.
We had never had any experience with lawyers and were not even sure how to start the process. A friend recommended John and we got an appointment the same week. He was WONDERFUL. John walked us through the process, told us what to expect (including the frustrations to come) he was very meticulous, organized, and kept us informed every step of the way.
In the end he proved fraud, deceptive trade practices, and incompetence on the part of the builder. Our home was declared a complete loss and because of the fraud and deceptive trade practices,, we were awarded the full price of the house plus triple damages. The total amount of the judgement was 500,000 dollars.
I hope we will never need another attorney but if we do, John is the first guy we will call.
I recommend John to anyone in need of an attorney.

I've known John Gilliam for many years. He has advised me on Montana employment law, torts--- specifically on issues of libel and slander. The minute I contacted Amy I knew I was in the best hands. I was a wreck, crying and she comforted me and reassured me that we are going to handle this. She always kept me up to date with dockets and what not. Anytime I had a question or concern I would shoot her a text or give her a call and she always answered same day, next day at the latest. Jessi Garza is a great attorney. I had the privilege of obtaining her services about a month ago. I was unfortunately arrested for charges that I thought would never go away. When I first met Ms Garza I was able to watch her work and she seemed to know her way around the court room. She was very honest and to the point and very courteous and professional. So when I was able to obtain her as an attorney I knew I had the right person fighting for me with out a doubt. When she would consult with me it was to the point and very honest. My wife and I hired Amy to update our will, and create a small trust for our children. She was very thorough in her questioning during the process, and helped us identify some concerns that we need to address through the will. She was very helpful, and willing to work with us to develop the documents including the will and trust, and we were able to complete all of the work on budget.
I also asked Amy to review an overly complex employee stock ownership agreement from my employer. She was extremely thorough, and in fact identified a key factor in this agreement that impacted my will. I could tell she worked very hard on this, and was very complete in her summary report.
