The case was one where a family trust was questionably liquidated by the trustees to the exclusion of some of the beneficiaries. Earlier, another attorney had advised us that the harm to trust's excluded beneficiaries was not actionable and would probably result in the beneficiary plaintiffs being disinherited. Legal research by Ms Zizzo, Rack & Olansen's litigation attorney, resulted in a lawsuit that eliminated the risk of disinheritance and the case was settled out of court with the wronged beneficiaries receiving six figure settlements.

We have used Sarah for wills and other personal documents as well as rental leases. Each time she has been great to work with. She takes the time to understand her clients and what their concerns and priorities are. She goes over various options and explains pros and cons of each. She does a great job in explaining complicated legal documents in a way that anybody can understand. Mr. Hankins has help myself with neurmous cases, all have turned out in my favor with cases being completely dropped or a minimal un-surpervised probation for a 1 year period to then after completion of probation the charges be dropped. These cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious charges which could have led myself to be labeled as a felon; although Tim's wittiness save myself from facing the ramifications of the courts. I highly recommend him and I still remember his number by heart for that un-foreseen instance I get another charge. He is a doer and doesn't poke around the subject and can make an officer even doubt himself/herself of what actually happened at the time of arrest. For example, I was 20 years old, 2 months away from being 21, and I caught an underage possession of alcohol charge while fishing, I blantely told the marine police officer I purchased the beer since he stated if no one owned up to it myself as well as my friends would all get a charge, in court the officer showed pictures of the beer in the rear of my truck bed and told the judge I had admitted to purchasing the beer, Mr. Hankins then went on to perceive the marine police officer to be a total num-nuts and cross-examine him in a way that made plenty of loopholes in the officers story. Then the judge ruled the case be dismissed and to the officer who wrote the citation as well as all of the other officers in the court at the moment were stunned at the verdict since I had admitted to purchasing the alcohol and it was in my possession.

I had my initial meeting with Attorney Ryan Brown on the afternoon of 10/20/2010. I walked away with piece of mind and feeling absolutely great about my startup business. Attorney Brown went above and beyond. Not only did he hit every single question on the head without hesitation or any uncertainty. He provided print outs referencing everything he'd mentioned. There was not a single question left unanswered. Beyond this, he offered additional input and was very thorough as though he was helping a dear friend or launching a business of his own. I have commited my company to his services for 6 months and will extend beyond this as long as my company is successful. I offered to leave this review on my own accord and was not asked to do so in any way. I highly recommend at least an initial sit down with attorney brown for your legal needs. I consulted with, and hired, Brian Fayman to help with the details of my mother's estate after her passing. From the first meeting with Brian I knew I would hire him. He listened intently while I explained a complicated executor situation. I never felt rushed during appointments or phone conversations. After I told Brian what I was looking for and that I needed assistance in moving forward, he methodically outlined my options. He provided a sense of calm during an emotionally charged time. He helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish with my mother's estate. Ms. Aman did a fantastic job putting together my will, trusts, advanced medical directive, and powers of attorney. At the onset, she sent a very detailed questionnaire which she used to create and finalize my documents. She did a thorough job, asking questions along the way to ensure accuracy and, most importantly, to make sure that my wishes were accurately represented. She sent out my final documents with plenty of time prior to our scheduled meeting so that I could carefully review them. She even traveled to northern Virginia for the meeting.
