I called David Hatch's Office with a recommendation, he took 45 minutes to review the details of my case and struck me as incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Maybe it's because he's been or is a judge as well as a attorney for 20+ years. My case was unique in many ways and he found ways to work with those circumstances. I was facing a felony in a County that was known for throwing the book at you, but with a little time and patience my case was dismissed. I retained David Hatch as my attorney when I was charged with Hit and Run Unattended and a DUI. During the legal process David was on top of everything. All discovery was done and each document and the overall plan was explained to me in detail. Communication was great and Susan his paralegal was extremely helpful and supportive. When the final court date arrived David was prepared with a settlement offer he had negotiated with the District Attorney. Without going to trial David was able to have the Hit and run Unattended dismissed, and the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving with no jail time. I highly recommend David Hatch. He is honest, trustworthy, caring, respected by his peers and works totally for his client.

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

Brian and Diem changed my life. I cannot thank them enough. They truly care about their clients.

Hillary did an amazing job for me. My ex and his lawyer were throwing every curveball imaginable to disrupt, disarm and cause harm to my fragile state of emotional and financial ruin of a left over marriage. Hillary took over after I had to fire my previous lawyer who ran up the bill by responding to every outrageous thing my ex and his lawyer could dream up. I was living in a nightmare and Hillary came to the rescue. She picked up the pieces quickly and supported me as best as she could. She did not overcharge and indeed helped me to save money by letting me know that we didn't have to respond to every little crisis the other team was dreaming up. In the end I was lucky to have walked away with some of things from my nineteen year marriage. I should have hired Hillary from the beginning. She is incredibly smart, thinks on her feet and is supportive of her clients. We had a hard time at court and Hillary admitted it but it was through no fault of her own. She worked wonders at having my best friend and mother dismissed as his witnesses on the stand and I am forever grateful to her that she fought for my right to return to school to continue an education so that I could support myself after 19 years as a stay at home parent. From what I know now my case was very hard and messy but Hillary championed me through it with ongoing optimism. Thank you Hillary. Anyone who reads this needs to know that she and Renee her assistant really will have your best interest at heart and will work hard to help you no matter what gets thrown their way.

We have a handicapped son, so we needed to do some planning to care for him. Derek prepared our wills and included provisions for a guardian and setting up a special needs trust. I received a speeding ticket ( while coming from Seatac to Seattle on i-5 ) for first time in WA few months back. I contacted Stephanie and she made the whole experience seamless and very easy. She was very professional and nice when I spoke to her for the first time. I sent a scan copy of my ticket and rest everything was taken care by Stephanie. She basically took care of my ticket start to end and I never had to worry about it.
She got my ticket dismissed to non-moving violation.

Generally when one is seeking an attorney, it's not because they are looking for a conversation or a new friend, there are extenuating circumstances that have taken place in one's life and an expert is needed to help defend or represent that individual. I have had this happen to me and I was very concerned and honestly worried about what could and may have happened to me. I found Stephanie, explained my circumstances to her and she did a phenomenal job in advising me, comforting me and ensuring I was aware the whole time of what was taking place with my case throughout my legal ordeals. Every time I had a question or concern she would get back to me ASAP, never leaving me wondering if she got my message or if she just didn't care. Stephanie knows her way around a court room, a judge, a jury and most of all, the prosecution.
I hands down recommend Stephanie as she will make one's life a little less stressful in an already stressful situation, she did for me.

My partner and I recently did our estate planning with Stacy and her firm based on the strong reviews in handling pets. While we ultimately got what we needed - our wills with a pet provision - I wouldn't say the folks we talked to seemed to have any particular expertise in the matter, it was just another section in the will that we filled out.
Our entire experience took from February - August from our reaching out to schedule our initial consultation call to receiving our final signed documents. While our situation didn't seem particularly complicated or unusual, we were charged over $700 more than the original estimated retainer.
While I suppose this is just par for the course in working with lawyers and their hourly rates, it seemed like there were times where they could have been more efficient - for example, our 30 minute pre-signing phone call could have been a 15 minute phone call or simply an email, for example.
All in all, we were able to get what we needed but I would hesitate to recommend the services over others.

Rachel helped me fix a messy custody (dis)agreement, made more complex by being a military family with both parties residing out of state. I sincerely wish I had utilized her during my actual divorce, and saved some of the headaches my previous counsel didn't consider.

Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I had a personal injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver and not only did Drew make sure all of my medical care (6 months!) was covered in full but left us with $10,000 in our pockets when all was said and done. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. The only reason I didn’t end up putting them on retainer was because I needed an attorney who is local to California. I greatly appreciate their efforts on my behalf, and highly recommend them.

Anessa has helped my daughter with child custody issues. Once as a retained attorney 5 years ago and again as a consultant with another round of the same case that is currently in progress. With Anessa's help 5 years ago my daughter prevailed and was able to retain custody of her son. I had a house with an ex-wife that was not getting settled and it looked as though a short sale was our only option. I did not know much about this process and so I asked a friend to recommend someone as I had no idea what to look for. My friend gave two numbers to call and David was the one that called me back; it was literally one of the best calls I'd ever made.
David is a realistic professional with real world expectations, in that, he gave me all the tools to handle my massive situation while not treating me like I was ignorant of the processes (even though I was). He treated me with respect, corrected me when needed, and helped me feel at ease in a very difficult time.

David assisted us in preparing necessary documents for the inevitable, as well as estate planning, and was incredibly thorough in all of his documentation. During the early 1990’s my father-in-law called a family meeting to discuss which of his four children would serve as his executor and exercise his power of attorney. My wife was selected by all to have this duty. My father-in-law read the San Antonio Express-News cover to cover on a daily basis and really appreciated Mr. Premack’s thoughtful articles. He asked my wife to set up an appointment to draw up a Will and such other documents that might be needed.
My wife and I accompanied her father to his appointment in with Mr. Premack to facilitate the interview, as her father was profoundly deaf. We were so pleased with Mr. Premack’s manner and the quality of his efforts, that Ramona and I decided it was time to put our own affairs in order.
Mr. Premack drew up our Wills, Durable Power of Attorney and Medical Power of Attorney in March of 2012. While in his offices, I purchased my first copy of The Senior Texan Legal Guide. Since that meeting I have subscribed to Mr. Premack’s articles for the San Antonio Express-News by email and downloaded his seventh edition of The Senior Texan Legal Guide Texas Elder Law.
Later I found it necessary to move my parents from Florida to San Antonio due to their failing health. As soon as practical, we made appointments for my folks to bring their Wills and Estate documents to Mr. Premack for evaluation and translation into documents that would meet Texas Law and secure their Estate wishes. Mr. Premack developed a Restatement of their Living Trust as well as Wills and Durable Power of Attorney.

I was injured in a rear end accident where I was the passenger, and the insurance company wasn’t taking me or my injuries seriously. I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! After a long and unhappy marriage, my former spouse and I decided to hire Juliet to mediate our legal separation. We had initially hired our own legal representatives and that was proving to me a true nightmare and promised a protracted, painful and expensive pathway. We took a pause and decided to try a mediator and were so fortunate to find Juliet and her paralegal, Jentri. As one can imagine, splitting from a spouse of nearly 4 decades was a complex, conflict-riddled, contentious experience. Juliet somehow managed to maintain her incredibly professional, calm and neutral stance while we hammered out our settlement contract. Her billing was beyond fair and well accounted for. Her work, including the computations needed, was carefully prepared and meticulously documented. Given the behaviors she had to tolerate and the "tattling" she was subjected to, she remained supportive of both parties and respectful toward us. When it was over and we met to sign paperwork, she was very empathetic and left me with a box of tissues and time to compose myself. I know we were difficult to deal with and she must have had to use all of her skills to coach us to the conclusion. A year later, my former spouse asked for a divorce and wanted to use her to complete that last step. Again, she and Jentri were professional, brief and did not get involved in the drama surrounding the divorce. Since her work had been so thorough during the separation, the divorce was quick and simple and they took care of everything. I was so grateful! I would highly recommend Juliet to anyone that thinks they can navigate a marital split with some semblance of civility, the ability to "be in the same room" negotiating the terms and avoid a costly and destructive battle.

It was a very lucky day for me when Ken Kambich was asked to make a will for my terminally ill uncle back in 2009. This was a VERY complex estate, and Ken was able to draft a will that allowed us to carry out my uncle's wishes. Since that time, Ken has been the attorney for the estate.
