When I found Mr. Dabney I was on my way to being dis-enrolled from my ROTC program, even after the board of officers found me innocent. As an ROTC cadet I was very much unaware of how the process worked and what needed to be done in order to save my not yet started military career. When I first met with Mr. Dabney, he seemed to understand exactly what was going on and even showed compassion to my situation. I was given several options on how to move forward and did not feel pressured in any way to hire Mr. Dabney. Instead, he made sure that I understood my options and advised me to take time and think about the pros and cons to bring him onto my case. After a few days I decided that in fact, it would be in my best interest to hire someone who knew what needed to be done. He helped explain what each form I was signing meant and even contacted my chain of command when he felt like they were making me do things that were unnecessary and that didn't follow the regulation. Mr. Dabney was very knowledgeable on regulations and was always available to help me when something new came up. It was within a month of hiring Mr. Dabney that I was reinstated into my program. I owe this victory to him. I would recommend any ROTC student that finds him or herself in a similar situation to not only hire Mr. Dabney, but to not wait as long as I did to do so. I would seek his counsel during the board proceedings as well as once the dis-enrollment or LOA begins. I wish I was aware of this valuable asset when the process first started.

Mr. Dabney engaged quickly with sound advice and wise counsel when it was needed most. He provided excellent recommendations, responsive communication, and a calm demeanor. He helped resolve a very difficult and painful issue with military leadership in a non-confrontational way, which was the best case scenario.

I hired Margie to help me in a mediation process. She was diligent in getting it set up with all the appropriate parties and made sure I had gathered all the documentation to support my side. We meet several times before hand to review the mediation and I felt like I was well prepared and well represented by her. There was lots of communication before and even after to make sure the counter parties where abiding by their promises. The outcome was positive and got what I feel was a fair settlement. Jensen was instrumental in helping us break up a log jam with regards to an insurance claim. There were multiple parties involved: our insurance, the HOA, the HOA's insurance, and a few others. Opposing lawyers wanted to litigate, others were incompetent and Jensen expertly navigated them all.

I was in an Earnest money dispute where the seller refused to release my EM after failed financing. I was working with another lawyer before working with Synthia. Oh boy, that was another disaster. I felt very stressed and didn’t know where to turn to. I was very fortunate to have found Synthia. She was amazing with lots of strategies to tackle the situation. She was very thorough and keep me updated. Her cost was very affordable and clear. I actually paid the other attorney almost same cost and all she did was wrote me a demand letter. “I now live in PA but needed a lawyer in Washington State to help with my Paternity/Child Custody issues. I spoke to multiple lawyers in Washington and felt they really didn’t care and were only interested in getting the huge retainer they required up front. Feeling uncomfortable I started searching for lawyers again and came across Terry L. Smith. I went on his website and read the comments from people he has helped so I called him. Terry L Smith help me out of a bad situation, possible DV 4th degree assault charge, he kept me informed with what the prosecutor was offering, he went to bat for me and the charges were dropped to anger management two years probation, other lawyers I talked to said to plead guilty, he took the case and now I get to keep my guns and life is fantastic, he is now again working for me on the divorce and looks like a may keep most of my stuff, folks you need this guy in your corner don't go to court with out him, and the bill was well worth it and he im sure will work with if you don't have the money up front . One word to describe Phil Andrews as an attorney... phenomenal!! Phil was on top of everything! When paperwork from the other side was not filed properly or in the correct timing, he was on top of it and made sure rules and statutes were followed! His knowledge of how the court works is awesome! My ex wife drew out our divorce over 2 years and he never lost his cool with me and my frustrations over the games my ex wife played. We had made an investment in a local business and they had a 5 year pay off. When the time game for the payoff the people we invested with were stalling and were about 2 years behind in paying us back. We hired Phil to give us representation and some leverage. Phil was able to get them to commit to a payment schedule with the promised interest. While it did cost some money we have been able to get our $25K back and some profit to boot. I hired Phil due to some property issues I was having with a developer working an adjacent property to mine and concern over city decisions that would affect me and my property. Phil made himself available when needed coming on-site a couple of times to review the situation, also met with the developer when I needed questions answered and made himself available for meetings with me - some on short notice. He helped guide me to a settlement with both the city and developer which provides minimal impact to me and my property and even provides some benefits from the development, all while identifying and utilizing the only leverage I had. Phil was recommended to me by another attorney I worked with for another issue. She stated she heard good things from other clients regarding Phil. I definitely would recommend Phil to anyone and am thankful I was able to find him after being disappointed trying to work with several other attorneys - some who overstated their level of expertise. We had some questions as sellers about an addendum to a purchase and sales agreement for some open land, especially on the issue of avoiding liability for any issues that could arise in the future, and also on proper wording to be legally sound. Phil grasped what we needed done immediately and made excellent suggestions for changes in a very timely way, and in a very short period of time. All this through a phone conversation and emailing of documents. His grasp of real estate issues allowed him to be extremely efficient and therefore cost effective. We hired Alli Keller after going to a famous downtown firm that advertised themselves as the best. They were the best in billing us timely for barely any results. They nickeled and dimed us, and did not even call us to explain to us what our adoption process would be like. When we raised the issue that we needed more information, they showed us the door, and thank god we found Alli Keller's firm. Her entire office was very caring, and she cared very much about our family situation and our child. Ms. Keller is a courteous professional. She listens, offers relevant advice, and puts one at ease. I am happy to tell of my professional relationship with Alexandra Keller.
Since moving to the Seattle area from California, I wanted to assure that my estate documents were up to date and legally binding in the state of Washington.
I found a number of lawyers who could help me. When I asked for a price estimate, I found that some required money upfront or a retainer fee. Others stated that their fee would be as much as $350 an hour but would not give a time estimate. I could not promise an unspecified amount without a price range estimate. When I contacted Alexandra, telling her exactly what I wanted, she told me that iwould be $400 - $800.
She rewrote my Revocable Living Trust, my Will, a Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, and a Health Care Directive. Due to a family death, I needed my trust agreement to reflect a change. I have been extremely pleased with the five newly written documents. Alexandra did charge the $800, but justifiably so. She made several helpful suggestions for my consideration while writing these documents. and it all takes time and effort.
When we met for the final signing and notarization, she went over everything allowing me to ask questions. She followed up by sending me an itemized statement of her charges and wrote off all of the extra time to stay within her stated estimate. She also sent forms upon which to list personal tangible property, naming a recipient for those items that do not need to be included in any other document.
You will find Alexandra to be very kind and patient, very intelligent, and focused upon service that meets your needs.
If in the future I have any legal needs, I will seek counsel with Alexandra. If a concern is outside her area of expertise, I know she will make a wise referral. In addition, I want to add that her office is easy to get to, on 35 th Avenue, close to the University with ample free parking.

My brothers and I inherited the mineral rights and wind power rights from land my parents owned in North Dakota. Zach setup our LLC in WA and filed it in ND. I've been wanting to get my affairs in order for awhile...but didn't know where to start. Zach was a tremendous help. He asked me to complete a questionnaire and then met with me to review my estate and wishes. In a few weeks, Zach drafted my will, health directive, POA and Medical POA. They were perfect!

Mr. Lincoln says on his website that he is much more efficient because he uses email to communicate rather than office visits. It took him days to respond to my first email in which he asked for more information. I sent a second email with the information requested and it took him 3 weeks to respond. His response was to confirm that I didn't need anything further from him. Why would I ask for his help if I didn't need it? A phone call would have been appropriate if he was confused as to why I contacted him in the first place.
