I was fortunate to find Michelle Siebenaler to complete a probate that was started with another attorney. The probate involved disabled heirs—one on Medicaid.
Michelle is very knowledgeable, and she gave me information and options that I hadn’t heard about—such as being able to start one’s own Special Needs Trust. In a related case, she represented me and helped me provide information to the DHS, bringing their claim against the estate to a quick and good resolution.
Beyond being a very smart and skilled attorney, Michelle is also very kind and thoughtful. As executor, I was occasionally overwhelmed by the work, and she was always willing to help.

Having just turned 60 years old, the time had come to update my and my wife's wills. I phoned two lawyers. One never did return my call. The other lawyer I called was Jan. Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon, she answered immediately! She took the time to understand our needs and promptly sent me a multi page form to complete. About a week later we met to review her work and recommendations. Jan set up a trust for us, updated our wills, provided a durable power of attorney and a health care power of attorney. After everything was signed and notarized (Jan is a Notary Public) she provided all documents in a tabbed 3 ring binder for easy reference. All documents were also scanned and emailed to me. As such, we now also have it stored on a thumb drive. Access to Jan, her attention to detail, sense of urgency and skill in this area of the law are each impressive. Taken together, these attributes separate Jan from almost all others in the profession. I would certainly endorse and recommend Jan for any estate planning needs.

Our company retained Janean Kelly, MBA, JD, in early 2016 for a contract dispute between our firm and a delinquent corporate client, a Washington corporation, with the case to be heard in Nevada. Ms. Kelly is a business attorney, local to our office, and is licensed both in Washington State and Nevada; thus, she was the logical choice for our needs, and we were not disappointed. Hoda drafted new wills including reciprocal powers of attorney, advance health directives, and Community Property Agreement. Our old wills were woefully out of date. She was extremely efficient and cost-effective, excellent at walking us through each document and was able to quickly and confidently address every question and concern we had. My wife and I recently had a baby...our first, and we decided that it was time we set up a will. Obviously, setting up a will involves making plans and decisions that no new parents really want to think about, The idea of the whole process seemed very daunting and unpleasant, but we were very fortunate to have hired Hoda Mezistrano to assist us. Ms Mezistrano's warm and compassionate demeanor made it very easy to wade through a lot of tough decisions and foster conversations that are not always 100% comfortable. Mr Hardman handled custody and child support issues for me. My ex was threatening to take my child to another state and was refusing my phone calls to her. After searching for my first Lawyer, and speaking with three different Lawyers, Mr. Pautler was firm, upfront, and did not beat around the bush. Out of all the Lawyers that I spoke with, Mr. Pautler told it like it was. I knew I wanted to hire this lawyer for my first lawyer. Once, hired, Mr. Pautler exceeded what I had first asked him for help with. He told me in order to fix my problem, certain steps had to be taken. With his help guiding me to follow required criteria, he not only help me fix my problem, but also helped me re-establish contact of lost loved ones. Mr. Pautler was very respectful, curtious, and told me "how the law" sees it. When my problem was solved, he told me so and ended our interaction in an appropiate manner to end the billing. I would recommend and encourage you to hire Mr. Pautler as your Lawyer. My wife and I had Raemi update all of our estate planning documents (will, trusts, etc). It had been 10 years since we had seen a lawyer, so much had changed. She patiently explained all of our options, counseled us about changes in state and federal law, and gave us her opinion about what would work best for us.
Her communication through email was timely and thorough, and her preparation of the documents was the same. She circled back around 2 months after completion of signing, just to check in and make sure that we were doing what we were supposed to be doing on our end.
We will definitely use Raemi for all of our future estate planning needs.

Looking at ways to invest my IRA outside of stocks and bonds, I started looking around on the real pros and cons of self directed IRAs. The custodians seem a little too casual and unconcerned about the risks if a mistake is made. Having a father who lost his home to the IRS, and having recently had my business audited I am concerned about the long-term risks of this path.
Luckily after searching around I found Warren's articles about the topic, and learned a bit more.
Warren's articles were the only material I could find that had a pragmatic view and explained some concerns along with the benefits of SDIRAs.
I happen to live in the same city as Warren, and met with him for his crash course intro to self directed IRAs.
I can say he seems like a straight forward, experienced, honest attorney with deep knowledge in this area, and if I move forward with a self directed IRA I will definitely seek his help as I proceed.

I am a licensed mental health counselor, a therapist in private practice for over 30 years, and recently retained Jonathan on the advice of another attorney that I regard quite highly but was unavailable. His high praise for Jonathan proved true, as he was both very professional and personable in his representation of my case, which was basically a delusional ex-client claiming that I and members of my family were stalking her. She was able to use the state to get a domestic violence restraining order against me and my son, who did not know her, and the assistance of a "victim's" advocate at taxpayer expense as the state has written these laws to "protect" the "victim" even if everything they say is utterly fallacious. Jonathan put together an excellent defense (you have to basically prove you are innocent as the state is quite willing to assume otherwise) demonstrating that dates and times she said she was being "stalked" were times when I was out of state, along with other impossible scenarios she contrived. This has made a deep impression up me that there are a lot of very deeply disturbed individuals out there who are even worse off than you might detect or imagine in a counseling session. And should you come across one who wants to mess with your life for their own insanely self-indulgent motives, it is good to know an effective, kind, skillful and reasonably-priced lawyer to protect and vindicate you. Jonathan is one such attorney and I will be referring all of my clients who need legal consultation to him from now on, knowing they will be well served. He also gives a one hour free consultation to fully understand your situation and assess what can be done to help you.

Alexandra "Xana" helped me as a single father retain 50/50 custody of my two children. My ex-wife and mother of our two children decided that after 8 years of being divorced in another state that she would paint a completely untrue picture of me as an abusive, alcoholic and unfit father. Since the children's parenting plan was from another state, that added to the complexity of the case. My ex-wife hired an attorney from a "prestigious" Bellevue family law firm that has profiles of countless lawyers on their website. Her lawyer asked for three different emergency injunctions due to child safety. All three were rejected by multiple judges! The difference between Xana and the Bellevue law firms lawyer is that Xana uses facts, the laws and the truth.
This case lasted nearly a year, and was the worst experience of my life. It was not cheap and emotionally exhausting to say the least. Xana was always there to answer my questions and give me guidance. The Bellevue law firm and my ex-wife decided to request a dismissal of the case because Xana was more prepared, more knowledgeable and ultimately a better lawyer.
If you need a family law lawyer, Xana is the best there is in the Puget Sound!

I have worked with numerous attorneys and “Xana” is a 10 out 10. I had a very complicated case with the custody of a special needs adult daughter. It required knowledge of family law (involving stipulations from out of state), guardianship law, and special needs law. Finding someone knowledgeable in these separate pillars is very rare. I was very impressed in how “Xana” quickly got her arms around the key issues, and developed a comprehensive strategy to counter the opposing council’s motions. Alexandra ("Xana") represented me through my divorce, and was someone who I could rely on not just for legal advice, but also to keep the focus on the underlying issues, and help dial down the emotions when the other side would make aggressive moves that were simply not child-centric. At many points, it was a draining journey and she was a rock steady resource. I sure wished I would have met Theresa before I hired the lawyers I had. This was a long drawn out case. My previous attorney withdrew from my case two months before the trial. My lawyer advised me to find a contingent lawyer, nobody wanted anything to do with a long complicated case, until I met Theresa. She is not a contingent lawyer but I was very pleased with her help. Penny Henderson was a joy to work with. In our initial phone conversation she was encouraging and very supportive of our journey of adopting through foster care. I used Penny Henderson to handle my collaborative divorce. She was great. I interviewed several attorneys in town who specialize in collaborative divorce, and chose her because of her experience and expertise. She had worked in the legal field for years before becoming and attorney. I was so impressed that she had challenged and passed the bar exam, without going to law school. No easy feat for anyone, much less someone who worked full time. I was also drawn to her calm manner. She was perfect in a collaborative legal setting.
She was at all times professional with me and with the other parties involved. She explained up front what to expect and she spent time asking questions and making sure she understood all my issues. Her explanations of the legal issues were very clear. When I had questions or concerns, she would return calls promptly and always spent time making sure I understood. Her billing was fair and accurate, and about half of what my spouse paid for the same legal representation.

Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Dallas said this is how it would happen! We always paid our bills on
time but the writing was on the wall with this economy. He filed `-got rid of our debt..kept our cars and house and reasonable lifestyle.
Too many people wait to file after they fail......if you see the writing on
the wall do it now and file with Dallas. AT that point he can protect your assets. He covers all bases very well. He really knows bankruptcy law!!
You will need to be on top of your paperwork and assignments. He does not hold your hand.
