I utilized them some years ago and they were way better than this.
So sad they are now just another bureaucracy that gives people the runaround.

If you want to lose your children go here. Everything the attorney said wouldn't happen, happened. They will share your account numbers and social security numbers with the apposing party. Don't recommend this office at all go somewhere else. Would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest available.

My family acquired some lakefront property and decided to form an Limited Liability Company to manage it as a business within our family. We really had minimal knowledge or experience in this area.
We hired Matt to steer us through this process, and found him very helpful.
He provided clear explanations of the formation of the LLC, offering us guidance and options along the way to fine tune it to meet our particular situation.
He answered our myriad questions in a knowledgeable, skilled fashion, meeting with us both in person and via Zoom and emails as often as we needed. The end result is a functioning LLC that is formulated to meet our family’s needs and specifications as well as fulfill all the the legal requirements of a licensed corporation.

Matt was referred to us by one of his associates, Richard Tizzano. Matt is not responsive by phone and extremely slow with completing the most basic tasks. He took several months to complete setting up an LLC. He met with the prospective members numerous times answering questions about both the LLC and the Special Needs Trust from which the assets would come. Subsequently, he took on the case of dissolving the SNT, in which only some of the beneficiaries were involved in the LLC. He never met with both of the co-executors of the SNT, and was conflicted in his actions by favoring the members of the LLC over the other beneficiaries. He never took meeting requests or returned phone calls from the co-executor who was not part of the LLC! It was a definite conflict of interest on his part. He made numerous errors in his calculations and capital gains tax implications. He definitely should not be advertising himself as a Real Estate attorney.

After doing okay business with him for years. He took on a new matter knowing exactly what I was asking for including filing a complaint. He ran up a bill for $900 (which was paid) to essentially make a demand letter and then waited almost a month after I instructed him to file the complaint to tell me he wasn't going to do the work. Might be time to actually retire Rob.

A colleague referred Elena Garella based on very high praise for work she had done in the past. I had a difficult time getting a hold of her at the onset of COVID, but she gave me amazing advice and asked that as I moved forward in my legal issues to email her relevant docs which I did. She never got back to me. I’ve called her several times over the course of months and still nothing. It would have been great if she just told me she didn’t want to help me or if she could have referred me elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional.

I hired Elena to help recover on a slander / breach of privacy cause of action. Allegedly, she sent out the demand for my case, but I am not sure where to because the defendant corporation later told me that they never received it. And Elena never bothered to follow up to make sure they received it. Later, when defendant did not respond to the demand, Elena told me that I have the option of suing in a small claims court. I brought a case is small claims, but the judge told me that defamation cases are not allowed in small claim court, and dismissed my case. I would think that a competent attorney would know proper venue criteria. Finally, Elena was really difficult to get a hold of throughout. I think she is incompetent as an attorney.

DO NOT USE HER UNLESS YOU WANT JUST TO GIVE HER YOUR MONEY.
She charged me over 1500 just to answer emails and told me to admit that case cannot be won and i should agree to other party claims. I SAD NO and i dont want you to represent me because from her talk she wasnt trying to defend me but to make us admit and take a blame. When i told her i no longer want her because she was not responsible taking weeks for reply she email me all my paperwork and my email convesations thats all she did and charged me 1500. She didnt do anything on my case and i was out of 1500. Do not trust her at all with your money or your case. I am glad i dumped her and went with another attorney otherwise she would not get me anywhere.

Pam is vindictive, petty, and easily offended. She will go off on you over just about anything, and will make sure to find a way to get back at you. One time, I stated I was so thankful for her help thus far, and her response was to call me passive aggressive. During a long and drawn out court battle, we asked her to review some charges on our statement. In retaliation, she called us petty and decided to charge interest for months worth of services, which she had "kindly" not been charging. Steer clear; it's too easy to get on her bad side.

I am writing this only from a standpoint of helping people assess this attorney, rather than coming from point of any anger. The trial proceedings were recorded (due to zoom).
I will state the facts and let the reader assess this attorney by themselves. The Paralegal is very detail oriented however I felt the attorney is not, though I had confidence till trial, by her positive talks. I had no DV allegations and had a good report from GAL. Simply, my ex-spouse wanted to take away my daughter from me. In prep for the documentation, I had more guidance from the paralegal than the attorney.
During Mediation, the attorney steered me away from exploring an mutually agreeable solution with the other party by giving me confidence of having a strong case and don't need to bend.
On the day of trial, which was virtual during covid times, she forgot to bring in the strong witnesses I had prepared. I had to reach out to remind her, but it was too late. Later the witnesses were not allowed. During the trial, the attorney failed to ask tough questions to my ex-spouse even though I was sending her messages to ask the relevant questions. Finally after the trial, the attorney said that the Judge did not seem to like her, giving as a reason for the lop sided result. She was not even able to explain why & how the finance were distributed.
End Result: My ex-spouse was awarded more than 65% of my hard earned wealth and I ended up with just 15% of child custody. After the trial, I hardly got much help or directions from this attorney. I was literally left alone with an abysmal trial result. And later, the mother has simply managed to move the child away from me. A dismayed father from an abysmal framework of so called law and attorneys.

Would strongly not recommend using Mr. Lineberry based on my experience. He wasn't responsive to my calls and emails and didn't keep me informed; I seriously questioned the advice he gave me.. I finally gave up on him because he stopped communicating completely. I ultimately had my legal situation reviewed by another attorney who agreed Mr. Lineberry's recommendations were not appropriate. Would definitely avoid him.

I went to Doug for an NFA gun trust and was referred to him by an Army JAG officer. Doug was very prompt and professional and was very knowledgable of gun trusts and applicable NFA laws. The price was reasonable and he quickly corrected a couple minor issues I had with the trust. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a similar service.

Mr Hastings opened my case 3 different times and failed to file the necessary paperwork each of those times and it closed...i never knew any if this until I filed a bar complaint and in his own words when asked why he didn't file the necessary paperwork he said I don't know...needless to say I lost my case...do not hire this lawfirm. After a very long and challenging divorce I found myself in a position where I had to short sale my house. I had a consultation with Mr. Davidson. We discussed all of my options and decided that a short sale was the best path for me. After that he put Deborah Sorum in charge of my case and she guided me through the whole process. It was anything but "short", so I was glad to have someone who knew what they were doing and told me what needed to be dealt with and what were just hoops the bank wanted us to jump through. I don't think I could have done it without her help. She was very responsive to any and all questions. By the end of the sale the people buying the house were asking me to ask her questions. Brenda Klos helped with the closing process and I know Deborah and Brenda worked together to get the extensions needed so that the process finalized and closed. It was a very confusing process from a home owners perspective. It was nice to just turn it all over to them and let them do the worrying about the banks, buyers, realtors, closing dates, deadlines, rules and regulations. I could not rate them high enough for helping me get through a very difficult process directly after such a painful chapter of my life. Thank You!

In my opinion this guy took my deposit and gave me a report that didn't address my needs, it looked like something that a freshman slapped together the night before it was due. Spent more time blaming my records and telling me how he was busy with another case than giving me answers. Very little expertise in my land rights issue in my opinion. Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

My elderly parents hired Rick for estate planning with myself as Trustee for the estate trust. After my mothers passing I discovered that Rick had set up numerous LLC's and a labyrinth trust web that was so complex for their meager estate it was laughable. also he had interjected himself into the trusts complexity so there was really no way out other than to keep him on through closing out the Estate. through out the process Rick appeared arrogant, overbearing, blustery and uncooperative. all there were many errors - one such instance was in his attempt to clear up a title matter related to my parents house he inadvertent recorded documents transferring the neighbors house into my parents name. the first words out of his month was I didn't feel comfortable doing that but that was what the title company told me to do .............. Rick Gregorek was almost prophetic in his care of my elderly father. He prepared everything, and I mean everything, ahead of time so Dad was completely prepared when the "Fly-Bys" showed up (distant relatives who contribute nothing, complain about everything, and swoop in at the end for the cash). Rick saw the red flags long before Dad or I did and he prepared Dad meticulously. There is no doubt that Dad would have ended up in a nursing home had Rick not been so diligent. We spent a lot of time selecting the right lawyer and it payed off. It was not just his knowledge of the law, but his understanding of human nature in all its forms that sets him apart. Rick over the last 4-5 years has been and continues to be instrumental in our estate planning process including establishing multiple Trust(s) and being a Trustee. He also helped us move a Trust to Washington State from a previous location within the US.
Rick is extremely knowledgeable and we have never felt uncomfortable with his suggestions and insight into the legal and moral values during the process. This is especially true regarding family and the special circumstances which at times may arise. He listens well taking into account each aspect one may bring to the table and will make every effort to explore and find a solution. Rick also brings expertise in the field of estate taxes and how to best address specific issues. If Rick does not know the answer he and his staff will make every effort to find one.
Rick is good with being responsive and keeping us informed. If we need to send a follow up inquiry to a question he will get back to us within the next 12 to 24 hours. I know he is busy!

Don was the best attorney I have had to date. I had my divorce in Spokane buy an attorney who lost the paperwork. The attorney I hired after that in Spokane was effective but rude. Once I moved here, right on schedule the ex was finding things to go to court over, since abusing in person was no longer an option. I was so fortunate to find Don who was very well respected by his piers and served on the board of regents and as a Judge at times. Don was effective, considerate and thorough. TRASH COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!! After initial consultation everything looked great and I was ready to move forward. They said they would reach out with engagement letter. Took them three weeks to get back to me so I decided to read the reviews and man I was wrong. Apparently they work like a turtle very slow with nothing to show for. Just a BIG SCAM. After hearing from them 3 weeks later I told them I am not moving forward. Now 6 months after that email they send me an invoice for the consultation for $330 and expect me to pay even through they did not disclose the cost of the consultation or make it clear that there was a fee even. Won’t be paying it of course. If it takes them weeks to send a engagement letter for a customer moving forward imagine what it would look like them doing any work for you.

We were in the fight of our lives trying to get visitation with our grandchild. Hosannah Law Group understood the urgency in our quest and didn't waste a moment getting our case put together. Horrible attorney. He has no ethical behavior. He was constantly chastised for submitting mounds of paperwork to Whatcom County Court after being told the required amount. He is untruthful. He attempted to tell the Court that my grandchildren were afraid of their father as he was questioning the Guardian Ad Litem in Court. The Guardian Ad Litem emphatically told him that the children were not afraid of their father. It should be noted that the Guardian Ad Litem was an attorney as well. His law office was found guilty of embezzling thousands of dollars from an elderly client.
How he became a Superior Court Judge is beyond me.

Mr. Haroldson was courteous and professional even when the court-appointed attorneys were not. He gave me great legal advice and stopped the litigation from snowballing out of control in my father's guardianship case. (I was the fly in the ointment who contested my criminal brother's petition for guardianship.) Mr. Haroldson came to my rescue after my first attorney withdrew and another refused to accept my case. He is honest and honorable, a precious rarity in lawyers these days.

Edward Moore really let my friend down. She provided every scrap of information he requested for their case in Superior Court. The trial was scheduled months in advance but it appears he waited until the week before to prep. That's when he started asking questions anyway. He failed to answer our status inquires or communicate his needs to my friend no matter how often she tried to communicate with him over the months. My friend was deposed but he decided to not deposed the opposition. It appears he just ran out of time. He showed up in court unprepared, failed to challenge outlandish statements by the opposition or even ask questions that were discussed ahead of time. My friend compiled a library of over 100 videos and provided them. He didn't show any of them and when asked he said he "forgot". He also forgot to ask key questions. Obviously we lost the case but this is NOT sour grapes. It's what I personally observed in the courtroom. A very disappointing experience. Glad he wasn't my lawyer.
And of course, months after this comment, no response from the company. I'm sure they will pitch a fit if their payment is delayed.

A few years back, I had Bruce and his team work with me on several contract/lease issues (in the Snohomish area) for our church there. I have since moved down to SW Washington. Brian Chase is by far the absolutely worst lawyer I have ever witnessed. He vary rarely communicates. Not even with other lawyers. He is not prepared or even knows the meaning of the word defend. If you don’t like someone or have a fascination about being incarcerated, hire Brian Chase or represent yourself. I’m sure you would get a better deal. If he is your public defender. Fire him.

I was scheduled for a phone consultation weeks down the road from the day I set the appointment. Then I had to reschedule for personal traveling that left me unavailable. Naturally, this meant waiting an additional amount of time for a new opening. The morning of the newly rescheduled appointment finally arrived. I had taken time off work to be available. The morning of, I was notified that there was no room for the topic I needed to discuss (basic quit claim deed for county files). The morning of! That delayed me even further to complete the task because I was back to square one of finding an office to handle my case. Super simple case and they can’t tell me until the day of the appointment that they actually don’t have space for it. Very unprofessional.
