We met Heather and her staff in 2019 when adopting our first child from the foster care system. Now we are back for a 2nd adoption in 2022 with a biological sibling to our adopted kiddo. We have not had any worries or concerns about either adoption process. Heather explains everything and takes the time to answer all questions. Her staff responds quickly to emails and phone calls. When my ex-husband and I decided it was time for us to file for divorce I had spoken to a few different law firms to go over my case and I felt dumb asking some of my questions and left their office unclear of the process. HOWEVER when I called The Bellah Law firm and spoke to the office staff right away they were very friendly, caring and welcoming. I was able to schedule my initial consultation with Shasta Nolte right away and after meeting with Shasta and the staff I immediately decided this was the law firm and attorney I wanted representing me in my divorce case. Shasta made it very easy for me to talk to her about my personal situation and my overall case, I was comfortable sharing my personal information and asking any questions I had regarding my divorce. If you want justice for a loved one for medical malpractice, and wrongful death stay away from this law firm. They will only take your case if the victim and their family didn't sign any medical documents at the hospital. Not sure what planet they practice law on. What a waste of time.

I would give zero stars if I could but Zach spanier is an absolute moron, refuses to do any record research with clients, refuses to follow court orders, keeps harassing the other party about following court orders when he himself has done nothing. He is nothing but a judgmental, rude, a moron and possibly performing illegal activities due to his behavior with clients and other parties. I suggest he do better and grow up.

Amy was referred to me by a good friend, who just moved up on the friend ladder, as Amy knocked my case out of the ball park! I couldn't be happier with how Amy handled my divorce, always keeping me in the loop. The original consultation was all about fact gathering and her sharing her knowledge of the new divorce bi-laws that were going to (most likely) work in my favor- and she was spot-on! Throughout the process, which took less than a year, Amy and Erica, her amazing para-legal were in constant communication with me, and so patient when I would overlook an important document to read and/or sign. Highly recommend booking with this firm....I had my first consultation this morning (June 27, 2024) with Nancy and it was such a wonderful consultation. My divorce was finalized a few months ago, however my ex-husband wasn't trying to uphold on our agreement when it came to our assets. We did the divorce ourselves which I thought made it easier since we previously agreed on how everything was going to be divided. Long story short, I provided all of my paperwork to Nancy and she gave me such great advice as well as peace of mind. I was nervous at first but I'm so glad I went though with booking this consultation with her. Kristen was the 4th attorney that I had. The first was for the divorce; I wish I knew about Kristen then. I would have retained her immediately and likely never had to go through what I did. Kristen was up against a 'shark' of an attorney, who represented my ex. Kristen handled everything with grace and tact. There where moments when she presented the ugly truth to me in a kind way. I filed for divorce with Taylor House in 2016 and he has been representing me ever since in all family matters. I will not be able to tell all the great and wonderful things that he has done due to confidentiality restrictions, however, when I began my journey of divorce I didn’t know what I was getting into and signed with Taylor based on a recommendation from a friend. My divorce ended up being a divorce from hell and the other party signed with one of the most expensive “Hollywood Hills” type lawyer. Everything that could be fought was fought and what should have been a three month process ended up taking over a year. During all this time Taylor remained professional, caring, and I’m honored to call him and his wife Ashely my friends. Taylor is honest: when I needed to correct my attitude, he was there to gently bring me back and help me see clearly the situation and not focus on hurtful words/actions/letters/comments etc. Taylor is loyal: he has been there right next to me through thick and thin. He defended me in court against someone who tried everything to break me emotionally, financially, mentally and physically. Taylor is professional: having a man represent me in my divorce was not something I would have normally allowed unless it wasn’t for the recommendation.
