I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident in Tucson Arizona in which I wasn’t at falt and received moderate injuries. I reached out to several law firms and so fortunate to select Richard Traulsen and his paralegal Coleen. He seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced in motorcycle injuries and the settlement they fought for me showed this through. His paralegal Coleen was phenomenal she steo by step walked me through all the documents I had to gather and answered all the questions I had promptly. I am sure everyone says this but i had a very unique situation that required Cindy and her team to do research that was out of the oridnary for our custody case. They went above and beyond my expectations. Cindy and her team were able to help the judge to see things I have been trying to get others to see for years. In the end, my son is better off since we won our case and he is happier and healthier then ever which in the end.. is all we wanted. I went into the court process thinking since I am a Dad I would never get what I wanted but that couldn't be further from the truth. Cindy saw the reality of our situation and fought hard for what was the best interest of my son. We have used other lawyers in the past that were too afraid to battle custody against my son's Mother however, Cindy put all that aside and fought for the best interest of the child, she will continue to be our first and only choice in the event we need family law in the future.

My brother-in-law was facing egregious criminal charges, and Kristen Curry was recommended by my sister’s trusted family court attorney for representation. Kristen’s extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system, specific judges, evidence rules, litigation, and precedent was immediately evident, but as she began working on the case, she demonstrated equally impressive “soft skills”. Her strong intuition and understanding of the personality types of the involved parties cannot be overstated. She navigated the legal system’s many obstacles with agility, expertise, and class.
The absolute best thing about Kristen was her deep knowledge of the case. She was as familiar with the facts, events, timelines, witness interviews, testimonies, and motives as my sister and brother-in-law were. When the prosecutor attempted to paint an event inaccurately, mislead jurors to draw a false conclusion, or report dates incorrectly, Kristen was prepared. For starters, while Kristen was questioning witnesses, she would handwrite a timeline in front of jurors so they could visualize the order of events. She would ask thoughtful, well-constructed questions to demonstrate the holes and inconsistencies in witness testimony and uncover outright dishonesty. In addition, she was able to expose the motive for the charges, despite the underhanded concealment motions the prosecutor filed the day before trial began. Kristen was also able to prove how poor the detective’s investigation was.
While the prosecutor had to rely on dirty tactics, hiding facts, and a perky personality to appeal to the judge and jury, Kristen relied on professionalism, experience, and her ability to find creative solutions, present the truth, and shine light on important background/history that seemed unrelated to the case, but was in fact tightly connected to it. At no point did Kristen get riled up by the prosecution's strategies; she remained calm and confidently overcame them.
Let’s talk about litigation costs. I’d go as far as to say Kristen’s rates are extremely low considering her excellence. She’s proactive and responsive, and has a wildly capable paralegal (Isabel). She gives honest advice even when it’s not what her client wants to hear, and will represent her client based on their wishes. She has a passion for her job that isn’t found in most lawyers, and there isn’t an egotistical bone in her body. It is obvious that Kristen does not do this for the pay; she does it because she loves it.
I cannot speak to Kristen’s performance if her client is guilty, but I can say with 100% confidence that she was exceptional at revealing the truth and my brother-in-law’s innocence. She is an excellent litigator, and the trial ended in the rightful, yet remarkably rare acquittal (seriously, look into how rare that is) on all six charges. If you need an accomplished, competent, ethical defense attorney, Kristen is your girl.

When you've never even met the lawyer and live on the other side of the United States, but feel highly compelled to leave him an EXCELLENT rating, then you know you're doing so for the BEST lawyer Phoenix, AZ has to offer. There's a show on Netflix called The Lincoln Lawyer (also a movie from 2011), but there is also a real-life "Lincoln Lawyer" in Phoenix named Gil Hacohen. Mr. Hacohen was hired by my son on what seemed a losing battle child paternity/custody case wherein my son was going up against a gilded, grisly family. "Lawyers for Less" sounded like a long shot for my son, but affordable enough to try. There's a quote that states, "It's not how much money you have that's relevant, but whether you feel rich." Mr. Hacohen, aka Lincoln Lawyer, has been working for my son as if my son has paid him millions!! He got my son his baby boy back, through all the lies and deceit on the other side. There's only been one hearing and Mr. Hacohen made it happen in 30 minutes. My son has his son back! If/when this goes to trial, which I pray it does, I will return to leave my follow-up EXCELLENT review. To you, Mr. Lincoln Lawyer, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You've no idea the impact you've made thus far. Do NOT hesitate to contact and retain Mr. Hacohen!!!

Natalie made the best out of a bad situation. Divorce sometimes comes out of nowhere, and when children are involved the emotional toll that takes can be paralyzing. Natalie and her paralegal Diana did an amazing job walking me through the process with great communication and advise. Many times she had to ground me in the facts even when the outcome seemed to be unfair. Her knowledge of the law and the process made things turn out the best I could hope for. She made the process of divorce so easy. Due to the nature of the case(Domestic violence and children involved) her experience really reassured me. I appreciated that she was always just an email away and if I needed to schedule some time to actually talk over the phone about something she was usually able to get me in fairly quickly. She didn't use legal jargon, instead she made sure to explain the process in a way I was able to understand. I would not have been able to go through this process alone and Esther was the best choice in representation. I worked with Connor and AJ with Cantor Law firm on my family law case, and I was very impressed with their level of expertise and the quality of representation.

I hired John in 2009 for a messy divorce. There were many complex issues to handle including: custody, cps orders of neglect, domestic violence, and military pay. John knew exactly what to do. He was familiar with everything and was professional the entire time. I was able to receive joint custody of my kids without having to pay spousal maintenance or alimony. John's legal assistants are great as well. They are good with communication and professional. If you have the money, John should be your choice for a divorce attorney.

Thabet represented me in a lawsuit against a restaurant in which I fell off an unlit corner of an outdoor stage and broke my leg. I found Mr. Khalidi to be duplicitous, perfidious, unorganized and lacking knowledge of the financial aspects required in dividing community property. Additionally, Mr. Khalidi and the opposing council Mr. Robert Lewis III erroneously tried to utilize 2005 superseded case law Biddulph v. Biddulph (1985) to massively overvalue community property in favor of the petitioner.
My goal was to settle as quickly as possible, and Mr. Khalidi made this process very difficult for them. I provided Mr. Khalidi with evidence and expert witnesses, which he dismissed. I also tried to hire a different attorney, but Mr. Khalidis peers refused to take over my case or were busy. I gave Mr. Khalidi one star because I couldn’t give him a lower evaluation.
