Palmer Law Group is truly amazing! They are knowledgeable, considerate, patient, and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a legal group to represent them. They made me feel valued and they listened to all my concerns and explained every step in a manner that was easy to understand and at no point did they make me feel inadequate about my level of knowledge about the law. We met Ann after our last law firm dropped the case 3 weeks before trial. It is a pretty simple adjustment to visitation but we are dealing with a very unreasonable mom. Ann took the case and has been on top of it from the start. It is a pleasure to work with her and I know that regardless the outcome on 04/01/2019 she has worked hard and left it all on the table.

Kevin is very efficient, smart, direct, and aggressive with counterpart. In addition he genuinely tells you what he thinks and that is refreshing coming from a lawyer. I met Kevin after meeting several lawyers in the valley and settling for the one who promised me more strategy. Well she was a disaster and I had to change lawyers after spending a lot, a lot, a lot of money. I wish I would have found Kevin sooner.

I was recommended to Buescher Law Group through my sister’s friend at work and after hearing about his experience I knew I had to give them a call. Before coming to Buescher Law Group I was in the dark about the whole process of pursuing 50/50 custody for my son. With having done some research of my own online, one with little experience on the situation, it was easy to become overwhelmed. The next week I was in the office for my consultation. Right from the start I knew Jan Buescher was our lawyer. Her confident yet calm demeanor was refreshing. Her knowledge and past experience on the situation put my worries at ease. I walked out of there and said to my girlfriend, “She’s our lawyer.” Jan and her team at Buescher Law were very supportive throughout the whole process and were quick to call or email back if questions came up and needed answered. With an unusual work schedule, they had no problems working around it. The day of court is one I will never forget. Jan was able to get us everything we were looking for with ease. I finally had my son 50/50 with no questions asked, upon other request. It was a new start for my family and the feeling we had leaving the court house was indescribable. I had a very sticky situation. I feared for my safety and my daughters life because of the very unsteady history her father put us all through. From the moment I met Jan and began to work with her my fears were put to rest. I had the confidence that she and her team would do what was best for me and my innocent child. She reassured me of my rights as a wife and mother, my ability to parent alone and the fact that filing for divorce was the best decision for me. I met with Jan 2 months before I separated from my husband and she was so right when she said that I would "wake up one day and know that it was over". That was the day that I called her, ready for her to represent me and help me in this process. Divorce is not easy, it's sticky and heartbreaking.. But Jan and Alicia did everything they could to make it easy for me and the family that supported me. It was a long 15 months but it is over. Alicia was amazing in making sure I was aware of what was going on, what could happen and what to do when... and Jan worked so hard in the court room to give me the outcome I was hoping for and I will forever be grateful for them both. I would gladly (and have already!) recommend anyone I know who needs representation in family court to Jan and her team at Buescher Law Group because I was so happy with how I was treated as a client there. Not only was I treated with respect but I gained relationships there that I know I will be able to depend on in the future.

I hired Iva Hirsch to represent me in my divorce which was a complicated matter. From the beginning I felt very comfortable and knew she would take care of my best interest. As a dedicated family man challenged with a complex and often very traumatic divorce situation involving the ex's mental health and many other issues, I needed a lawyer who was an expert not only with family law, which Iva is 100%, but also a lawyer who took the time to understand my needs as a father who cared for his kids and my own wishes for the outcome. Iva worked with me not only on the initial divorce and decree, but remained my lawyer over a 10 year period helping me with various issues as the kids grew and the situation (life) changed. Mr. Tutnick listened to my issues, and helped me resolve them. He explained estates and wills to me Including powers of attorney, so that I could make informed decisions. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, and could squeeze me in for an appointment, if needed. He also did an LLC for me, and has filed law suits for me resulting in favorable settlements. I would recommend him to anyone, because He is informative, quick to respond, and also will go to court for you.

Kathi is the best attorney ever! I knew halfway through my case that I would be writing Kathi an amazing review regardless of the outcome. She was so great to work with. I am a forty-three-year-old single father who has been fighting for more time with my ten-year-old daughter since her mother ran off with her in 2012. I have had three other attorneys over the past eight years. It was truly a blessing that I met with and hired Kathi. Kathi took the time to get familiar with my past and present court issues. I could tell that she was less concerned with time and money, and more concerned with taking her time to understand exactly what has happened in the past so she could defend and represent me aggressively and in an informed manner. She did such a good job of asking me deep background questions, that at one point I was nervous that she might have been padding the billable hours. When it came time to discuss how much of my retainer was left, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how fair she was in billing me. The process was still expensive, but I truly feel like the service I received outweighed the fee she charged. I’m not kidding when I tell you that I am buying her a gift card to a nice restaurant to send her in a thank you card. She was that good. I think the opposing counsel was really bummed out having to deal with Kathi. She is extremely knowledgeable, tough, but fair. She is a good negotiator. In the end, I was awarded far more than I thought possible based on the past eight years of getting ran over by the court system and my daughter’s mother. I now have 50/50 legal decision making and I spend equal time with my daughter on a 5-2-2-5 schedule. My ex fought us right up to the bitter end but ended up settling the case the night before our trial date. There is NO WAY my ex would have settled if I didn’t have Kathi, so she even saved me the expense and stress of testifying on the trial date. I am eternally grateful that God gave me Kathi. Recently we were looking for someone to restate our previous Trust. We found Amy and had two meetings with her before we had her restate our Trust. We wanted to be sure we could work well together. We all agreed to move forward and Amy took the lead to get the process started. Amy was very generous with her time. We never felt rushed and she was always easily accessible by phone or email to address questions and send redrafts if needed. (LONG POST, BUT WELL WORTH YOUR TIME) Jami was recommended to me by my Mother's estate attorney. I'd just traveled back to Des Moines for a class reunion, and received files from my ex-husband's business partner (who lived near us in Scottsdale part time.) These files not only proved he'd been embezzling from the company, but had also been using that money on "seeking arrangements dot com" to be a "Shuger Daddy" to many women around the country (at this point in our marriage, I didn't even like him much, but he knew because of my religion the ONLY way I'd ever divorce him would be infidelity--which I NEVER thought he'd commit...) So, after seeing the file (AKA: my get out of jail free card) and getting Jami's info, I called her from Iowa. I told her that what I was about to say was going to sound crazy, but it was probably only the tip of the iceberg. I'm not sure if she believed everything I was telling her, but as we both found out over the course over the next nearly 2 & a 1/2 years, I was right -- it was not only the tip of the iceberg, it wasn't even 5% of it. The divorce itself went very smoothly and quickly. However, to "punish me" for not getting back together with him after the divorce (I'd lied and said I HAD to divorce him to save face with my family--even though at this point he made my skin crawl), he decided to "get revenge" by fighting me for custody of our 4 children. While this probably would have been a "no brainer" for anyone else, my issue was with my oldest daughter; her birth-mother (my ex's 3rd wife) passed away shortly after my daughter's birth. And even though I'd raised her since before her 2nd birthday, I couldn't adopt her because the ONE thing I needed to complete the process, but didn't have, was my ex's tax returns (he'd never filed them for around 20 years.) This left me with absolutely NO way to adopt her, and absolutely NO legal rights to her whatsoever. Thus, a very LONG, ugly, and disgusting battle ensued (I've been diagnosed with PTSD), with the crescendo being a 2 & a 1/2 day trial. But by the end of that trial, I still have the VERY distinct impression that the judge could not STAND my ex. I could never gauge how he felt about me, but, man, he REALLY seemed to see what a scum my ex was! Regardless, the judge ended up granting me soul custody of all 4 of my kids, the OLDEST included (my ex was granted paid visitation every other weekend -- which, of course, he never took.) Granting me soul custody of my oldest was ABSOLUTELY unprecedented, and I don't think entirely legal in AZ, yet Jami made that happen. Granted, Judge Ryan also played a HUGE role in it all, but Jami was the person who methodically painted the pictures, both big and small, and put every piece of the puzzle into place for the judge. To say that Jami is an amazing lawyer doesn't even come close to describe her skill, talent, and expertise. However, there honestly aren't ANY words other than AMAZING that come close. I genuinely do not think a client could find a better lawyer than Jami Wilenchic. ANYWHERE.

Mary is a wonderful family attorney in Yuma, Arizona. I would definitely recommend her for anyone going thru a divorce or in need of legal services involving family matters. The original judge we had in my case was extremely biased and ruled against me. Natalie made the best out of a bad situation. Divorce sometimes comes out of nowhere, and when children are involved the emotional toll that takes can be paralyzing. Natalie and her paralegal Diana did an amazing job walking me through the process with great communication and advise. Many times she had to ground me in the facts even when the outcome seemed to be unfair. Her knowledge of the law and the process made things turn out the best I could hope for. Supreme! It is unarguably true that this firm’s dedication, professionalism, and skill are without equal. As lawyers, as professionals, and as people they are of the highest kind, quality and order. There is no possible way I could fully express how wonderful Gary and Hanna of this firm are both at their profession and as human beings. I had heard so many horror stories about attorneys in the past that when I found myself in the position of having to find a family law attorney I was consumed with panic and concern about finding the best firm to take on my case. After researching multiple firms of the area I came across Gary Frank P.C. and I decided to call. I was surprised when Gary himself answered the phone, it wasn’t a receptionist or a machine, and in that moment I knew that this was the type of firm I needed to help me navigate through this difficult time. Gary listened attentively to me in what I could only describe as the most panic-stricken state I have ever been in, he never rushed me off the phone, nor did he turn me away despite my being without a stable form of income and his knowing that there was nothing that could guarantee that he and his firm would be compensated for their work aside from my promise to him. Gary set a meeting two days after we spoke and there I met both Gary and Hanna, his co-counsel, and they were very adept at explaining all of my options and providing suggestions that made the most sense for my case. They were open and honest every step of the way and regardless of the day or time they made themselves available to me whenever I had a question or concern. Gary was recommended to me by a relative. I was in a long term abusive marriage and had had enough and was ready to put an end to it. while being "ready" i was scared to death as i was someone with low self esteem and so afraid of how my Ex would respond.
