Adam is such a great lawyer that truly cares and supports his clients. He does a great job at explaining every step in the legal practice which like many is extremely helpful if one does not have any prior knowledge. With my case he always had a back up plan and made sure I was updated once information has arrived. It was easy to get into contact with him which effective communication is crucial amounts your lawyer and yourself. Adam does a great job at offering advice but is also willing to support any decision you have. He is an honest person, great lawyer and is definitely worth hiring as your attorney.

I had the opportunity to have a consultation with Mr. Gross about a legal situation I am currently in. He was extremely helpful to me. To me a genius is someone who can take information that would be impossible to understand and make it accessible to anyone. So when I consult with an attorney I expect to hear ...this is the trouble your in and this is how much its going to cost. I do not expect to want to take back the last ten years of my life and become an attorney myself to join the good fight! I think they call that inspiration, and that is what you need from a lawyer. And getting a genius doesnt hurt..

Adam and the DM Cantor team were incredible in handling my DUI Case. It was my second time getting a DUI and the team was successfully able to get my case down to a first time offense. I ended up with a first time fine, home detention and ultimately a reduced penalty in the State of Arizona for a second-time offense.
The result of my case was a very favorable considering that a normal second time DUI requires a minimum of 6 days in jail and 24 of home detention and more significant fines and fees. I can't express my gratitude to Adam and the DM Cantor team enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Vincent Matioli’s law service on a couple occasions. The first time was when I found myself in a pickle. I attempted to waffle my way through it alone because I didn’t think I could afford an attorney. Finding Vince was a god send. Not only did he get my DUI charge dropped he made the process painless. Between his experience, availability, knowledgeable paralegal, and flexibility with payments I was able to move on and get past this unfortunate event rather smoothly.
The second time I contacted Vince was for some legal advice pertaining to my Sisters divorce. He was able to help me understand how the process went which in turn helped put my mind at ease that my sisters lawyer was doing his job.

My family was in an accident caused by another driver and we had a difficult time agreeing with the offer the insurance company initially presented. We were referred to Mr. Tijjani and are completely satisfied with the results he achieved. Right from the start he explained the whole process and negotiated with the medical providers and insurance company. We were able to stand back and let him handle the whole situation which took stress away from the family. He consistently kept us updated on the progress of the case so we were never in the dark. He is quick to respond to questions and willing to explain how the legal system works when we did not understand the “why” behind something. Mr. Tijjani stood up for our rights as the injured party and made sure the final settlement was fair. Kyle was contacted by Christopher Deacon of Stewarts Law, a lawyer in England. My mother enlisted the help of lawyers when I had come out of Intensive care at Southampton Hospital, England. My accident was: on 29th April 2017 I was cycling accross America. When I was in Arizona a truck crashed into me. I broke many bones and was in a coma. Scottsdale hospital in Pheonix saved my life. I have now received my legal settlement. Kyle had a big involvement in achieving this.

I contacted Kyle for a consultation regarding a dispute I had with my neighbors regarding their tree uprooting our shared fence and the subsequent frivolous counterclaim they made to scare us out of proceeding with our case.
Kyle was very sympathetic and fantastic at listening to our situation and asked great questions to frame the case.
Kyle ultimately guided us in a way that did not warrant hiring him as we were able to pursue the case in small claims along with our insurance provider defending the counterclaim.
I was very appreciative of the time he spent helping us as well as not trying to take advantage of us by coercing us into hiring him.
I hope I never need to engage an attorney again, but since that is unlikely, I will be contacting Kyle and highly recommend him.

I cannot describe how grateful I am that I found Lynda! Facing a truly daunting court case, I knew I needed a truly competent attorney. I interviewed several attorneys in the Phoenix area, and after only a few minutes I knew Lynda Vescio was the representation I needed. Due to Lynda's ability, the legal case was settled months ahead of what I was told to expect by the other attorneys, and in my favor! Not only that, but she traveled to meet us for the original consult, unlike the others, and in the end the fees for the entire case ended up being very nearly what she predicted. The billing was succinct and very fair. When we spoke with other attorneys about who we chose for representation, they were unanimous in praising her, and assuring us we chose well indeed.

Charles had a special way of handling situations that to say the least, we're my oversight and poor judgement on my part and he would flat out tell me my position and what we could do or not. He doesn't waste your time or his trying to undo what has been done. I had not put my name on a house we bought 2004, put in her name only for personal reasons, then got married the next week in Maui. 2013 ex wife filed for divorce, I had never put my name on Deed of Trust. I thought for sure it was like Chicago and I was going to to get My fair share. Had alot of hard knocks, fun time remodeling.. The return when sold netted her a fortune, which in my case not so good. I learned a valuable lesson and my attorney teased me which he does to lighten the grief, shock. He means no ill will, just some words to ease the pain. He has helped me when I did not think you needed a lawyer, such as DUI blood test had me convicted before I got to court, not so fast he said, then proceeded to dismantle the states shotty blood analysis by doing our own independent blood lab. Had a little luck of the Irish behind the gavel also. Reckless driving be OK with your client. As a fellow lawyer that recommended him in 2012, Did I want the fancy clothed, big building, TV commercial guy or do you want the guy that fights the fight, gets the job done, and tells you the truth, bills a fair dollar, and also tells you your wasting your time and money. It's about results some good, some hard to swallow. If you hire him, tell him to shine those shoes and wear a belt and get one fancy suit, which will have to be made since he loves the gym...

I recently used the services of Michael B. Halladay for a pre-marriage contract. Mr. Halladay was outstanding in every sense of the meaning!
He was very knowledgeable about the issues of such a contract, knew the various laws that are unique to an Arizona marriage, and he took the time to completely, and in a down-to-earth manner, explain the details of how the contract should be written ... and why.

Laura Oven is a great lawyer. She is an agressive atorney who will tell it like it is and goes above and beyond what would be expected from a lawyer. She helped us get through 2 hearings and both were successfully in our favor with better results than expected. She is supportive and up front about costs and will even work with you if you are struggling financially by offering payment plans and/or providing resources to help permanetely reduce your costs. We think she is fantastic and has proven herself repeatidly in our case. Even if you are looking for someone simply to get legal advise on occassion, she is your go to.

Maricela handled my case very well. She expressed she cared and was always well prepared. I was extremely happy with the outcome of our court hearings and she pursued my requests despite our differences in opinion. I was delighted with the outcome of her approach and was motivated by her boldness in court. My ex-spouse seemed to back out of a continuance that was scheduled part due to Maricela's performance. He was quite adamant about having his way at the beginning, but later Maricela's persistence helped push him to come to an agreement. I was very well pleased with Maricela and how she presents herself before the Judge and how she uses good judgment in her approach. I have to say although I'm happy it's all over and I won't be going through more heartache in court with my ex-spouse, I'll really miss her! Rest assured that Maricela will address your concerns! Jeffrey Pollitt has been my divorce attorney and worked with me for over a decade. While it is never a "fun" time having to get an attorney in any matter, Jeff and his wonderful staff made every effort to make my life easier and to make me feel like I was important to them and not just another case. Jeff is a very personable attorney and he and his staff are very easy to talk to and communicate with.
Divorce proceedings are always emotional and difficult. Jeff was extremely supportive and helpful. There were many nuances and idiosyncrasies in my divorce, but Jeff was able to strategize and have a backup plan and was able to anticipate what the opposing counsel was trying to do.
My court hearing was on a Monday. Jeff had me come in on the prior Saturday and spent about 5 hours doing a prep for Monday's hearing. Thus, I was extremely comfortable going into the courtroom and was able to effectively handle my cross examination.
I would highly recommend Jeffrey Pollitt and his staff to anyone who is contemplating an upcoming divorce.

When our family was threatened with homelessness by heartless bureaucrats, as a judge she gave us a strong written decision that ended their persecution. Subsequently, we did have lunch together a few times, and had some very good discussions. Have know Mr. Riggs for over 25 years, but had not had to use his services until recently. He is the antithesis of the image most of us have of divorce lawyers. Really outclassed the opposition. While we are still ironing out some of the wrinkles in the case, I have been pleased overall. I am anxious and have OCD and he handled them all in stride. I have never felt put off and have always have extremely timely responses. If you have a family law issue you won't find a better or nicer(can I say that.....?) person to represent you.

I went from anxiety to relief once I met with him and he and his staff did an outstanding job in my case. I would refer him for a divorce or child custody matter to anyone. The ending of a marriage is never easy even in the most amicable of situations and my guess is that more often than not, one ends up learning things about the character of their spouse that they never knew, or never suspected or knew but chose to ignore. Inevitably this brings about a whole myriad of emotions and feelings. Bob Jensen understands all of this.
