Ms. Williams and her team are absolutely exceptional! I needed her expertise due to my failure to disclose a juvenile matter. A matter in which I was told I didn’t need to from the counsel of a previous lawyer who worked that case many years ago. Ms. Williams understands the board on a level that many others do not. After my initial consultation, she went straight to work to construct an outstanding letter of explanation. The letter itself was thorough, thoughtful, and allowed me to finally be heard and be seen in a manner that not only granted me my ATT and license, but also a tool to help heal my wounds from the trauma that had occurred during that juvenile matter. I cannot say ENOUGH great things about Attorney Antavius Weems! He is a BOSS in EVRY sense of the word. I hired Atty Weems when my company was experiencing some growing pains. I must admit that I had not done a great job in keeping things in order (which is why I had to retain Weems) but I thank God for sending Weems my way. The craziest thing is that I actually met him in line at a concert! We began talking after I eavesdropped on his phone call to a client....I remarked to him, 'You're the kind of Atty I need....answering calls in the middle of a concert' Atty Weems response was 'im your guy then'....and he was telling NO LIE. He came in, cleaned up the frivolous litigation that we had, and allowed us to move forward into our 8th location. His staff is top notch too! I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH! And yes, just like everyone else says about him, he's a Super hero with a brief case, and he literally treats you like you are family. Attorneys just dont do that these days! Thanks Weems!!!

I am incredibly happy to write this review of MY Attorney, Antavius Weems. When I first learned of Atty Weems was through the tv show Braxton Family Values, where he represents Toni Braxton and her family. Once I got him to represent me, i knew i had made the right decision. In addition to sharing an Atty with Superstars like Toni Braxton, Trina Braxton, Angie Stone and Karlie Redd, I was mesmerized by Antavius' command and recall of the law. I was thinking wow, does he study this stuff in his sleep?? And just as EVERYONE here has stated, he IS a PIT BULL I n the Courtroom. He is not to be played with. In my case, not only did we win, but the other side ended up having to pay Antavius' Atty fees for me because of their actions. THANK YOU ANTAVIUS WEEMS. You are my Attorney fir life!

Imagine walking into a Courtroom with a Dictionary, a thesaurus, a pit bull, a security guard, and of course, a legal scholar--I've just described my experience with Attorney Antavius Weems. I cannot say enough how protected and cared for I felt by he and his team. I had heard wonderful things about Attorney Weems and his legal skills from a friend of mine who hired him, so I thought I would give him a try. Now I brag about him more than my friend. She had to remind me that he was her Lawyer first! I just felt incredibly protected during my entire case. He was concerned, informed and prepared. His entire staff makes you feel the same way he does (special kudos to his Office Mgr, Ms. Finch!) What I really liked was watching how he has such an amazing command of the law! I have never seen anyone rattle off legal cases and laws like I saw with Weems. My impression was that he either had memorized all of this stuff for my case, or he already knew it...Either way I was fine with it, and I benefited from his knowledge. The Judge gave us most of what we had asked for, and although I was incredibly happy, Attorney Weems was still a little upset that we didnt get everything that we had asked for! I am just elated to call this man my Lawyer. The Weems Firm is my team for legal issues. I love him and them!

I’m Kai... This Review is about Michael Schlifka and Lisa Jackson, both who ended up being heaven sent angels in my life! Michael and Lisa are two of the most supportive, heart felt, hard working, determined, people I’ve ever met.. Im blessed Michael was my divorce attorney, and that Lisa was the paralegal over my divorce case.. They were an AWESOME team over my case, my divorce was everything BUT pretty. My ex wife and I have 2 kids together, my ex demanded the divorce but was being very difficult with the kids. It had even got to the point where I was set up by my ex, and my character was assassinated by my ex. To try to obtain full custody of the kids.
Through it ALL Michael stayed by my side, and fought for me and my kids diligently and affectively. Michaels sense of compassion but ability to be firm when need be is on point! Michael really knows his stuff, and fought for me tooth and nail! He did not give up on me or my case, he showed up to every court date, every hearing, and fought so hard for me. Sometimes I sit back, and thank god for bringing Michael and Lisa into my life. And putting Michael as my attorney over my divorce.. When I began my divorce, I knew nothing about divorce. Was highly hurt and emotional. Heartbroken is an understatement..
I googled divorce attorneys, not knowing where to start. I came across Meriwether and Tharpe, got put in touch with Michael Schlifka. And the rest is history.. Michael always kept my kids and I best interest in mind, and never gave up on my case. My divorce was LONG and drawn out, but he stayed by my side. He answered every email every phone call, and was highly effective. In the end of my case, due to Michael’s drive and will not to give up. My divorce worked out perfectly, everything went how I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney!.. Lisa Jackson is a very determined hard working paralegal! Michael was kind and compassionate about my terrible situation. My divorce was very unpleasant. He worked with me (and my ex-husband) to get to a very specific parenting plan and next 8 or 9 years plan. We agreed to co-parent 50/50 and maintain the "homestead" 50/50 until the last child graduates but MAN it was hard to get to that point. All the anger - he worked with me and often times I took out my anger on he and his team of paralegals (who were all wonderful!). He never had any anger back, mostly just some humor. He understood me. He took time to understand the unreasonable situation I was in and worked hard to get a great settlement. We didn't even have to go to court! Thanks so much Michael Schlifka!

Worse attorneys ever don’t ever go there I promise it’s a waste of time they made me pay a retainer fee and made me took am loan to pay them now that I didn’t end up finishing my case and had it close they still sending me to collection with the 3rd party saying I didn’t pay they only care about money.

Very Raciest company.... I was appointed to them and they treated me like bad New!!!!! I was insulted because I have a heavy voice, they laughed and said I was yelling then told me I didn't have a case. I was hit in 2022 I have Mri before the accident to prove my arthritis was not in my hand. After the accident my body start taking a toll with arthritis and start affecting my hand which was on steering wheel and window when I was rear-end. I had previously had a reading in my spine that said arthritis but Never in My hand . They offered injections but I said why treat only my hand when it's my whole body, they said only your hand was part of the accident. So I stopped due to my other health issues.... when I mentioned that the accident caused my underline health to arise this lawyer laughed!!!! I m not ok!!! My hand was fine before the rear-end!!!! White verses black.... not ok
