If I could give this firm a zero I would. I was in a car wreck almost two years ago and by accident, I found this firm (someone told me a name and I thought it was this one, but it wasn't). I was rushed in signing with them when I only wanted a consultation. I had a concussion so I didn't realize what I was doing until it was done so I went with it. For the entire case, I provided every last doctor's notes and itemized bills. Cindy did not have to spend time requesting them (it saves on costs in the end because they charge a by page fee if they have to request it). I called to get updates. Not once was I called with updates. When I did call, all I was told is that I have to wait for the doctors to discharge me before they would start to do anything. There was a time that I emailed asking for an update and was ignored and the excuse I was given was that Cindy was on vacation. That vacation was for a month. She apparently does everything from what she told me so nothing got done while she was out. There was a time or two that I broke down crying on the phone to her because I was going to cancel the services so that I could deal with the insurance myself. She convinced me to stick with her and she would reduce the 33.3% fee they charge and that Paul would just have to be mad at her after the fact. Well, that was not done. Also, I asked for help with my case because the person that hit me wasn't who he said he was. I want them to help me get the other insurance company to take responsibility instead of using mine which takes a $250 minimum deductible which Cindy said I would get back, but I still have not seen that. When she submitted my paperwork to the insurance, after me asking several times to do so, she charged me to look up one bill which I know I gave her and she never reached out to me to see if I had it. Per my insurance company, the firm was provided one quote and they ran with it and convinced me to take it becuase it was just under my uninsured motorist limit and they wouldnt do anything else. No fight was given. Then Cindy created the paperwork for me to sign. She was so mixed up, the numbers on my first form she wanted me to sign were not my numbers. I asked her again about the reduction of the fee and then all of sudden, she had to ask Paul, who I was told by her that he lives in Florida and she only talks to him one morning a week. I emailed to ask the status and she told me to reach out directly to Paul. I did via email. I got no response. I then sent another and copied Cindy and John since John is the other person in charge apparently. I was ignored. I sent another email and finally Cindy stated she would speak to Paul and have him reach out to me. Well he did today and he called me with a complete attitude. He did not let me speak. He told to to go find another f*ing lawer and pay them money for them to call him. That was very disrespectful and interrupted me after every other word I tried to say then hung up on me. What kind of lawyer does that? I had never spoken to him my entire case. For him to call and start out with an attitude and not hear, or want to hear, anything that I have to say was extremely rude. And for him to curse was very unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone, not even my worst enemy if I had one.

For my divorce she advised me to reject my ex's settlement offer cause, it was way too much. She said she could handle my case save me money and do it quick and cheap. She was wrong about everything. As soon as i paid the retainer her attitude completely change, she delayed court dates after we spoke about accelerating the case. Then told me her 1st estimates where off. In the end instead of advising me to take the first offer she had me spend another 2 years in court and paying 4 time the original offer plus lawyer's fees, she had no remorse and acted like it was just another day for her. And why not, she got paid and in hindsight her advise made her a little money, but it cost me everything.

There are so many adjectives that I could use to describe Allyson since I first met her......professional, tough, trustworthy, wise, accessible, ethical, courteous, attentive. But the adjective that I use now for Allyson is friend. I didn't know what to expect when I had our first meeting about my custody case since I had never needed a lawyer before. From the moment I met her, she put me at ease. We just clicked. She told me upfront what to expect and that it wouldn't be easy but that she would help me thru the whole ordeal and she definitely did that! Allyson would call me after hours and on weekends when she could tell I was upset from the numerous voicemails that I had left her. She would just talk to me and reassure me that it would be ok. She basically held my hand thru the entire process knowing that I needed firm guidance and reassurance. She worked w/ me on creating a co-parenting schedule that worked for my family. After many long, heartfelt discussions with Allyson, my ex and I have been able to work together and co-parent in a civil, less stressful manner for the best interest of our daughter. Allyson started off as my lawyer but now I see her as more of my strong, older sister!!!

Terrible communication.
Took my $500 and did nothing.
Didn’t answer calls or emails. Office was filthy and unorganized. I would not recommend. It feels like a scam almost. Although I did meet him in person he’s unfortunately did nothing for me or my case what so ever. Especially when you’re looking for representation that reflects you. Praying for his company and professionalism.

This place doesn’t want to help those in serious accidents that matter for customers. First off the receptionist in the front desk Kim is very rude, unprofessional and doesn’t like returning calls. The lawyer himself Jeffery talks a big game about helping and fighting for the clients but he doesn’t!!!! He looks for his money only for the law-firm and five other more money just for being refurred to them, more than the person that’s being handled on the case. Nobody returns calls until they get annoyed by the client/clients!! I can recall calling 4 times in one day just to hear back for information then waited additional 15 till they can to the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using him for help. There’s no real justice dealing with him except laying him off and making him look good when truly he’s not!!!! And he take weeks to resolve issues and get any updates on what’s happening with the case.

Do not waste your time dealing with these people. They are only out for their selves and are very selfish. They do not care about my concerns about my recent case and aren't fighting hard enough. I rather deal with another attorney than them. Was referred by the wrong person anyway!!!!!! By the way Kim (at the front desk) is very rude and unprofessional! Donna (the other woman who works there) is the only person who is nice and seems to care. Jeff Miller (the actual attorney) is BS he will look you in the face and act he cares but really doesn't. DO NOT COME HERE.

write a review for attorney Andre Blakely of his service to be posted on Google. this man lacks the aggression that he needs to have as an attorney he is more concerned about someone yelling at him and the opposing council being upset with him then representing his client. also he's fully motivated by a desire to get paid and if you need him to do anything outside of the scope of what he is paid for he will drop you. he dropped me before I got my settlement and was unwilling to advise me as to what to do to get my settlement. All he really wants was to get paid for doing as little as possible. he if you try to help him he will fully take that help but when it is time for him to help you he will do as little as possible. I was very disappointed with him as an attorney and I would never use him again as my attorney for any type of divorce proceed in nor would I recommend him for a divorce proceeding.
Review for Attorney Andre Blakely:
I had a disappointing experience with Attorney Andre Blakely. He seemed more focused on avoiding conflict and pleasing the opposing counsel than aggressively representing me. His motivation appeared to be primarily financial, as he was unwilling to go beyond the basic scope of his paid services. When I needed guidance outside of our agreement, he dropped me before my settlement was secured and failed to provide adequate advice. It felt like he prioritized minimal effort over advocating for me effectively. Overall, I would not recommend him for divorce proceedings or any legal matters requiring a dedicated and proactive attorney. He will say what he has to say to get you to be his client but he is not aggressive and he will not really fight for you. Very disappointed I felt like I was misled and strung along.

Regrettably, my experience with Andrei Blakely as my attorney was highly disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, I encountered numerous issues that hindered the progress of my case. Mr. Blakely filled out my paperwork falsely, causing significant complications during the court proceedings. Instead of addressing the matter appropriately, I had to go through the additional burden of fighting under domestic violence charges and proving my claims, which should have been a straightforward case of infidelity.
Furthermore, Mr. Blakely's unprofessional demeanor was evident during our court appearance. He showed up sitting in his non-tinted vehicle, which reflected a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. This left me feeling unsupported and concerned about his commitment to my case.
Communication was another major problem throughout the entire process. Mr. Blakely frequently refused to answer my calls, making it challenging to obtain updates or discuss any concerns I had. Additionally, there were instances where he displayed a clear lack of understanding regarding important details of my case. For instance, he asked me a question about the birth dates of my children, not comprehending that they were born 11 months and 2 weeks apart. This displayed a lack of attention to detail and an inability to comprehend information accurately.
Sadly, due to the unprofessionalism and incompetence demonstrated by Mr. Blakely, my experience has resulted in wasted time, energy, and financial resources. As a result, I am currently in the process of recovering my funds and pursuing legal action against him.
I strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to consider other options and avoid entrusting their case to Mr. Blakely. It is crucial to work with a competent and reliable attorney who will provide the support and guidance needed during such critical matters.

Brad filed for a warrant motion recall when he should not have, just to take my money. I had hire another attorney first and I should’ve stayed with him. My son was falsely accused and he was found innocent from questioning, so the detective told me that I didn’t need an attorney. I told Brad macfee and he acted like he was in shock. If I would not have said anything about a refund he would’ve kept my money. I paid him $1500. Who would allow someone to keep their money for nothing. Not me! He told me that he would give me my $1000 back. He got his secretary or whatever she is working from her home, because he has no office to send me an invoice. Saying that he charged me for my affidavits $300 for an hour. We never talked about that, if we did I would not have agreed to that is what I texted him. He never called me back and he ignore my calls after the day he told me a lie about my money. I called and texted a week later asking about my money and Liz said that she didn’t have my address, but Brad had it. Poor communication on their end. I went to her address to pick up my $825 check. I wouldn’t recommend him to a cat. This is what I text Brad and he just read my messages everytime that I text him. Coward
Why are you trying to rip me off? You told me that you were sending me a check for $1,000. You did the motion like Rodney did and really should not have because you knew that it would not work. I need my money back. Not, $825.00

Brad was the worst lawyer EVER he stole over $500 and never returned my money he played so many games and never barely called us. Not to mention it was like pulling a persons heart out with your bare hands. That’s how hard it was to get in contact. He has a iPhone so I would see him many times read my messages and keep them on read. I guess it’s no surprise we lost our case. He was the worst ever and I wouldn’t recommend him for not even the simplest case. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

First, the one person who gave a bad review is obviously lacking intelligence. The review does not sound like Gerry at all, and spelling the word 'rude' as 'rood' does not help the reviewer's credibility.
A while back I had a situation where my ex was filing false charges against me almost monthly in an effort to get custody and support. Just like on TV, Gerry skillfully picked apart my ex's claims and made her look ridiculous in front of several judges. Eventually my ex was told that if I ended up in their court again, SHE would be the one going to jail. If I had been given a public defender, I may have gotten 20 years or more in prison. Because of Gerry, I only spent about 7 days total in jail (one or two days for every time she made false claims to get me arrested). Not only that, Gerry won for me full custody of my children. If you have ANY type of domestic issue, Gerry should be your first call.

A federal indictment should be soon for this office for the amount of money stolen from their clients. This office represented my wife grandfather personal injury and wrongful death case. Peter was hired in December 1996, a year after opening this firm. My wife father died from asbestos lung cancer in 2003. Sadly, the estate only saw 100k over the past 20 year and her grandfather never received the settlement money neither did she or her grandmother who are both named in his Will. To this day, this office is sending small checks to the estate but have claimed over 40 million of dollars from the companies trust funds in relations to the injuries and deaths of their clients.
